Anyone that says this business is bad in any way is wrong! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff here is great, always clean, good and hot food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Each time I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile, I am very thankful to work so close to this restaurant. They have great lunch deals and prices in general. Try Wa-Me!!

I loved the wor wonton soup.

This time, I was in the neighborhood, so I decided to stop in and have lunch in the restaurant itself. It's a nice space, very clean, but I was not overwhelmed with the food. The service was good, and fast. I ordered the oyster sauce chicken from the lunch menu. It came with a small cup of egg drop soup. The soup was very good, but it had a little pieces of tomatoes in it, and the tomatoes tasted like they had been boiled. Not very appetizing at all. The chicken was as I like to say, "extremely just OK." . It tasted good with the oyster sauce, but the chicken was a little tough, and there was way too many onions on the plate. Not only that, but the onions we're not cooked all the way, they were very crunchy and the onions themselves didn't taste very good. You've gotta cook them all the way through! The chow mein that came on the side was just your average Chinese restaurant chow mein. Nothing spectacular. I probably won't order from here again. There are other Chinese restaurants that are much better and a lot less hit and miss. Thanks anyway.

I keep spitting out the chicken. This is terrible. I'm at a loss of $65 on this crap my dog won't even eat. Please close this restaurant.

Won't even feed this to my dog. Disgusting smells awful. Meat is grey tastes worse than dog food. How are they open?

Our waiterS were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable in their menu options. One of them was super friendly -- maybe even a bit cheeky! -- and he made us feel at home. Second, the ambiance was dinner date night worthy so long as you don't mind a few TVs. They didn't bother us nor was the volume obnoxiously loud. The bar area is fun and modern-looking. Third, ohmygoodness! The food was sooo delicious! The Cantonese-style Seabass paired quite lovely with Shrimp Fried Rice and Combination Veggies!!! The seabass was topped with sliced ginger and onions. It was super tasty! It reminded me of home cooked meals growing up. The shrimp in the fried rice was tender and lighted dusty with some type of flour that made it perfectly crisp. And the combination veggies was perfectly cooked and served in a light sauce! Thing is, I'm not a huge fan of "Asian Fusion" but this place seemed to hit all the boxes for us. Go give Folsom Palace a try! p.s. Each dish was beautifully presented and smelled amazing as they walked up... that I totally forgot to take pictures (lol).

Here's a natural English version of your review:…read more Overall, I really enjoyed the dish. The noodles were flavorful and well-seasoned, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were fresh. Everything tasted great together. However, for $20, I expected a little more. There were only 4 shrimp in the box, which feels like too little for the price. If they had included at least 6-8 shrimp, it would have been much better. The food is delicious, but the value for the money could definitely be improved.

SoCal and the Bay Area are where it's at for Asian food... and Vancouver!! Okay, sorry, I'm rambling now. Anyways, I'm glad I ventured a little farther out to Folsom to grab some delicious food. Their orange chicken is super flavorful, and I loved that they used real oranges. The Kung Pao chicken is amazing--they include a variety of veggies and squash, which I loved. The beef chow mein was on point as well. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the chow mein was a little too soft (though the flavor was there), and the price felt a bit steep for the portion size. Three orders for $60--eeep! I miss the good ol' days when a whole plate was filled to the rim and overflowing from the to-go box for $12-$15, but it is what it is. Anyways, if you've got the dough, I'd spend it here. Have a great day!

It was good but the pepper had a hint of burnt so it gave a bitter taste to the dish. - Salt & Pepper Calamari: Not bad but not the best. It was fresh but may have been overcooked or cooked too fast since it was a little tough. - Salt & Pepper Shrimp: Flavorful and was better than the calamari. Flour coating was not too thick so it was enjoyable. - Beef & Broccoli: Broccoli were cooked well. They had a nice crunch. The dish was saucey but was not as flavorful as I expected. Also the sauce was not as thick as well. It was more running. - Fried Rice: It was good but not something to rave about. - Chicken Chow Mein: The kids loved the chow mein. It was better than expected. It had a light flavor that made the dish taste delicious. The noodles were not chewy, tough, or too soft. It was also not lathered in oil. As for the chicken pieces, they were tender and easy to chew. Service: Very friendly and attentive. They also welcoming and observant. That made things easy for us so we didn't have to ask for anything.

I said yes, and we went into the restaurant and noticed the decor and the lighting. After walking in and being seated we were then presented with our Drink options and since we are Pepsi people we chose Pepsi. In that same breath we also ordered Crab Rangoons, aka WonTons and when they came out they were hot and fresh and delicious. The amazement though came when we grabbed our Pepsis they were Ice Cold, to the point where they felt like they were on the brink of freezing. But that was a good thing because it was Ice Cold and Refreshing. We then ordered our food and I ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork with Chicken Fried Rice, and my wife ordered the same entree but with Chicken Chow Mein. The food came out several minutes later and it was hot, and also delicious. So far this is a win for my book because not only was the food good but the friendliness of the staff was also delightful to work with as well. With having to try and find a good Chinese place in the area, its always delightful when you find something that you like and the people at the restaurant are friendly as well.
