    Plain Classic Grilled Cheeze Sandwich

3 stars because they were friendly people, however this cost me $11 + $2 tip. I was expecting something more I guess, maybe at least like 2 kinds of cheese. I can say I tried it but I don't think I'll be back.

We were at Pershing Square on Saturday night for a concert and needed to grab some food. Their food truck selection wasn't that good. We settled on Richeeze, specialized in grilled cheese, mac and cheese fare. We eyed their cheese fries and that's what we got.The customer service was good, they were moving pretty quickly. The food, not that great, the cheese fries (they use mediocre cheese) have jalapeno and onion as toppings. Well, they serve huge pieces of plain jalapeno and onions, they don't bother to cook them, grill them or anything. For $9 I wasn't impressed, I had way better cheese fries in my life, I wasn't taken with their cooking. I'd skip their food truck in the future!

    Best grilled cheese everrrrr!!

Hands down BEST grilled cheese sandwiches around!! Had this place at an event in Whittier & it was thee best choice of all the trucks!! The buffalo grilled cheese was delicious & the bacon one was spot on! Fries were fresh and so yummy!! Definitely recommend!!

Decided to try something different other than their tomato soup.. well , i was better off with their tomato soup . For what i ordered i feel like i got ripped off . My Cali sandwich looked like it was just half assed made , def not worth 12 dollars especially when it taste like store bought guacamole, now my stomach hurts. Their mac & cheese bites were ok but def not worth my $20 bucks McDonald's was a better choice lol . 3 stars for the soup

We had the absolute pleasure of having Richeeze, the fantastic grilled cheese food truck, cater our wedding welcome party, and it was an experience that left us VERY satisfied! They surpassed our expectations with their mouthwatering grilled cheese creations, delightful service, and overall culinary excellence. If you're craving a grilled cheese experience that will take you to cheesy heaven, look no further than Richeeze! Thank you for gracing our celebration with your cheesy delights! I have to admit that my personal favorite was the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese. So much so that I had 3 of them (don't tell my wife). Our other guests were equally thrilled!

On a sunny day in California, I was walking down the street outside of my apartment as I saw a charming food truck. As my stomach rumbles, it immediately catches my attention with its quirky smiling block of cheese mascot on the side. Alright guys, I was having fun with the beginning of this review but honestly these guys are great. I had a hard time choosing what I wanted because of how great it all looked. After I decided I was greeted by a charismatic employee that made my experience ordering even better then what I originally expected. I got the Caprazy and the Lobster cheese fries. One word. FIREEEEEEEEE Definitely stopping by again

    Mostly bread.

Good food, but Over priced. For $16, I received a small patty melt, which was mostly bread, and a small side of fries. For $8, I received 3 Mac and cheese nuggets. I wish I read reviews beforehand. ): Won't be back, unfortunately.

Whaa?? A food truck sighting in Glendale?! Rare... It was nice to see a food truck posted up near Wilson & Orange near where all the new luxury condo/apts are being built. The name Richeeeze caught my dad's eye as he was headed home and he went to check them out. He got a lobster mac ($6.50) and a small regular mac & cheese ($4.50) The lobster mac was pretty good. It wasnt overly cheesy so that part was just right for me. I could have used a little more of the bigger lobster pieces as there were more smaller pieces scattered about. The big lobster pieces were scarce. The macaroni was cooked well and it was served in between 2 perfectly buttered & pressed pieces of sourdough bread. I found the bread to be so good. Perfect crunch and flavor to the sourdough. It was a great compliment to the ingredients it held. The regular mac n cheese was indeed cheesy and gooey. It wasnt bad. The small order I'd say is enough for 2 people to share if your were splitting another item on their menu. I think I would opt for the bacon mac next time so there is a smoky component to break up all that cheese flavor. Richeeze... check em out. Might be in your hood soon.

I stumbled upon the Richeeze food truck at the 1st Thursday event held every month in San Pedro. We arrived late in the evening because we went out to dinner elsewhere, but we were looking for a late night treat. Lucky for us, this truck was still open and serving customers. We walked up and noticed our favorite word splattered against the side of the truck: CHEESE!!!! Before we could even get up to the truck, Severin, the owner immediately greeted us, asked how our night was and introduced his truck to us. He was SUPER friendly and engaged us in regular, everyday conversation. We immediately ordered the Bacon Mac, which comes on a sweet grilled Hawaiian bun with "Richeeze" mac and cheese and applewood bacon. I have to say that we were surprised when we got it. We didn't take our time to read the menu, so we weren't expecting mac and cheese on our sandwich. We were so full from dinner, but the sandwich was really good! Initially, we just ate the inside mixture (not the bread), but the insides were so good that we put it back together and took a bite. The bread was FANTASTIC! Severin told us that everything on his menu is locally sourced. It all tasted fresh and not out of the box. Anything with cheese makes me weak in the knees! I definitely want to try more options on the menu, like the Classic Grilled Cheese!! Can't go wrong there! Of course, I'd want to add bacon to it. They also have Grilled Cheese Roll-ups that you can dip in tomato soup! SINFUL! More options: The Bacon Maestro, which comes on a sweet Hawaiian bun, as well, but has crispy bacon and provolone cheese! STOP IT! The Cali Club, which comes on whole wheat along with provolone, sliced turkey breast, bacon, and avocado aioli! SHUT UP!! There's even vegetarian options available! Ally's Special, which comes on sourdough bread with marinated portobello mushrooms, fried mozzarella cheese and a pesto sauce or even the Jalapeño Popper Melt, which comes on grilled sourdough with stuffed jalapeños, jack cheese, tomatoes and grilled onions! BOMB! There are even salads and plenty of sides to choose from, like mac and cheese nuggets and sweet potato fries to "Richeeze" fries complete with grilled onions, jalapeño rounds, and chipotle sauce! JESUS! No one was rude, in fact the service was PHENOMENAL! My phone ended up dying and Severin handed me his phone to take all the pictures I needed! Who does that??!! I told him that I am a Yelper and needed to post my pics and he even offered to make us a second sandwich free of charge, just so I could try more on the menu! Again, who does that?! We thanked him profusely for the offer, but stuck with our one sandwich that we ordered. I felt bad not paying for it. We WILL DEFINITELY be back! THANK YOU, Severin for bomb food and service!

3 stars because customer service was great. food not so much. ordered lobster cheese fries... cheese was only in the middle and hard. i stabbed my fork into the middle and the entire thing of fries lifted. not enough melted hot yummy cheese & not enough lobster. not a fan in general. too expensive for cheap food.

Where do I begin?!!! I'm such a fat kid at heart and I love when I can find food that brings that out! Service: Gentleman in the video (part owner) is super friendly and welcoming. Explained all the melts and made them that much more mouth watering! Melts: Picked up the Bacon Mac. Bacon taste just as great as it smells when you're in line. Bun was soft and warm, Hawaiian bun. My girlfriend ordered the YOLO, I was jelly! Nice thick BLY style sandwich. Thick slice of ham, thick turkey, bacon, tomato was juicy and fresh, and cheese perfectly melted. If this melt catches your attention, get it!!!! Since this truck brought the inner fat boy out, also order the cheese fries. Eat those first, fries got a bit soft and melted cheese fries quickly. Peppers and cheese flavors mixed well, but at a must eat before your melt I believe. Keep it up guys, love your food!!!

Oh man, I like food trucks but gonna have to skip these guys in the future. $20 got me a pancake grilled cheese and blackened cheese balls. Those aren't gimmick food titles, the sandwich was pressed to an inch of its life and the balls fell asleep in the tanning bed. Hopefully some colorful commentary will help the cooking staff step it up.

This location on Wilshire Blvd in Koreatown is the smallest of the three I've visited, with under 10 seats available. It's a compact shop, and most customers opt for takeout. It's a narrow shop, and most customers take their orders to-go. I've previously enjoyed the La Paradiso and La Toscana, with the La Paradiso being my personal favorite. For our first visit with our son, we asked the staff for recommendations, and they suggested either the Venice Beach (Turkey) or the New Yorker (Roast Beef). The staff was incredibly generous, offering a roast beef sample, which our son loved! We also appreciated them providing ice and straws for our water. We ordered the New Yorker ($19.00) with roast beef, porcini cream, tomato, and arugula. The sandwich was thoughtfully cut in half, perfect for sharing. The schiacciata bread boasts a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior, which beautifully complements the meats and cheeses. We opted to substitute the porcini cream for mozzarella, which was sliced into perfect bite-sized pieces and tasted incredibly fresh. The roast beef was thinly sliced and tender, the tomatoes were fresh and sliced to perfection, and the arugula added a delightful peppery crunch. It's a well-balanced sandwich and one of the best in LA. We would definitely order it again. A big thank you to the female staff member who expertly cut the meat and offered samples, assisting us in making the perfect choice for my son's sandwich. This experience was truly a positive one for our family. I would definitely return to AAV for the excellent food and service. Given the small size of the shop, takeout is recommended, especially during peak hours. The sandwiches at AAV are so good! Fuggedaboutit!
