A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

Tabitha quickly responded to my inquiries about getting work done on several pieces of furniture. She came to the house and did some initial repairs on the trimwork on a large antique cabinet. Her pricing for the work was reasonable and the quality is excellent. Additionally, I delivered to her a round wooden breakfast table that needed to be stripped and restained and an old bed frame that had a broken spindle between the posts. Dan anchored everything to studs and fixed up the wall and it's been great ever since. Fast forward to today, where I've found myself in a boot situation. I ordered a custom shelf on Etsy that came in many pieces with heavy shelves. We figured we'd see if Dan could install and while he was at it, fix an outlet, fix an outdoor light fixture, hang an irritating heavy photo collage, and fix our bedroom door that keeps pulling apart at the hinges. He came out to take a look at everything and fixed it all same day. We're so pleased with his work, not to mention he is a a genuinely friendly person who takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
