Once I found the list of numbers on the website, trying to reach the parts department, my attempt was unsuccessful. The line rang, and then went silent. Tried calling again, line rang multiple times, and then was disconnected. Tried calling service, also unsuccessful, same issue. Made an attempt at reaching sales, wash rinse repeat, same issue, line rang once, and then silence. Understaffed or unreliable phone system incapable of holding calls, either way, disappointed and frustrated. Update your systems, hire more staff, or get better management. Customers simply deserve assistance. Now I understand it's a few days after a holiday, and that doesn't mean you can't be prepared. read more

I had a difficult and confusing situation with my vehicle and had received confusing information from Nissan's main customer service. Chito helped me figure out what was going on. Throughout the experience he was friendly and informative. When he wasn't available, the rest of the service team jumped in to help, which was a pleasant difference from other dealerships. Guy was the technician working on my car. When he couldn't figure out the issue, he had me sit in the car with him and walk him through it. I appreciated this because it was so different from other places where the technician tells me I am imagining a problem. Once Guy saw the issue, he was tenacious in fixing it. After he finished his end, I needed help connecting the app to my car again and it wasn't working. Even though his part was done, he again sat with me while I called customer service until everything was working. He insisted on making sure I was completely satisfied before he walked away. I've taken my work vehicles here multiple time and service has been ok. However I brought it in for squeezing sound and told them I believe it's back breaks they charged me $300+ for breaks and told me it was front breaks but they are the professionals not me so I did it. A couple days later my technician said it was making same sound so I had him take it back to service department and then they told me it was back breaks I was very upset and eventually took the loss and understood I probably needed both from and back changed so I paid another 300+ for back breaks. Fast forward to today I'll call service department and asked if they had anything available for me today to get 2 vans oil changed they informed me at 11 as long as I brought them in before 2:30 It would be taken care of I had technicians bring vans down to service department to change the oils as I was promised, for them to tell me bring them back Tuesday or Friday of next week . Why couldn't you tell me that before so not only did they lie,waste mine and my technicians time. They could care less........ I hope they go out of business read more

Took my Nissan Murano because the right turn signal didn't work and the engine revs up to 2000 rpm after start-up. I thought this is best dealt with by the dealer who has all the diagnostic equipment. Also decided to have the transmission maintained. After about 4 days they said they think there was a short in the harness. I told him just let me know when you find and fix it. He said that they couldn't go any further, it would take too long. I said it needs to be fixed, so what do I do? He said the harness is not available, so I might have to get one from the junkyard. I asked him why the tech can't locate the short. He didn't even sound certain it was a short. I asked him about the high idle problem and he said it didn't happen to them. It has happened at every start-up before and since. When I got the car home I was looking under the hood to find an a/c hose they charged me for and found they left a bolt on the idler pully loose, back to the dealer it went. Needless to say, taking this car to this dealer was a mistake I'll never make again! And for the electronic tech at the dealer I have this advice, watch Diagnose Dan on YouTube and maybe next time you won't waste your customers time. He doesn't quit until he finds the problem. read more

The service manager Ryan is obnoxious, rude and definitely does not care if you have been a loyal Nissan owner for the past 16 years..My complaint was why would you charge me 60$ in labor to put in a new battery...considering my car there was there for repairs caused by accident..the accident punched my oil pan..no oil so of course..so all the gages go on..I actually think the battery was fine I gave them benefit of the doubt that okay new battery...but was starting and driving fine before accident..so I asked Ryan don't you think that is a little extreme..but all he was about was the $$$ How lucky I was they didn't charge you me 90$ to put in a dam battery...terrible attitude and not very business smart when he comes to making sure his customers are happy and will come back...it was a nice run Nissan....you lost me and my wife What a shame read more

I really got the short end of the stick. All I have to say is they have no problem lying straight to our face along with being sneaky and pushy. After finding out that my payment went up because the "first" car loans on both cars fell through, after Carlos Martinez assured me that both payments stayed the same with the new loan, the bank called and then I found out that my payment did go up! Now that I'm trying to return the cars because it's not worth it, And they all knew I wouldn't be able to afford anything over $600. I'm not getting a return call back from Carlos Martinez , Bayron Aragon or even from who ever I got transferred to after I left a message . There's so much to say, but enough said for now! I came in with two working fobs needing battery replacement one is no longer "programmed" to my car it was before now it suddenly isn't. But they did replace the battery. Car battery drained after 10 minutes AAA said had to be replaced. Nissan ran battery test while the car was on and battery charged. They said since at that time with the Nissan device the test was good no replacement and the AAA test is invalidated. Hope my battery doesn't give out at a critical moment took 4 hours to get this done. read more

I came in to get my battery replaced under warranty, and come to find out a few days later, after my battery died, that they didn't actually replace the battery! I opened the hood and the battery had dust on it. It was clearly my old battery not a new one. I never went back again. I bought a new 2020 Nissan Versa from this dealership. The sales guy was great the price was also reasonably good. However after only 5200 miles my car begin to Shake crazy and it turn off randomly. Took it to service it was covered under warranty they fix the problem which was with my air valve. Two weeks later the car was reviving really high and will not shift into third gear. Took it in again and it was fixed under warranty. One week later the car began to shake again and at this point I wanted to return my new car with only 7200 miles to get a refund. And yea you guess it the refused to get me a refund or let me change the car for another versa. Please don't waste your time at Nissan look into Honda or Toyota these people don't care about you and only want your money. I sold the car to Carmax and bought a Honda. A much due review, but here goes! With a recent purchase of my newly pre-owned Mazda CX-5, I couldn't ask for a better experience than with the staff at Riverside Nissan. It had been over a decade since I've bought a car and the two sales guys, Kevin and Jorge, were a great pair to work with. Kevin was the vehicle knowledge expert, while Jorge broke down the numbers with any questions I had. This pair was the friendliest and honest guys who will work with you, and find you the ride you want. Their general manager, Angel, was also very helpful, and gave great detail about my ride. Kevin and Jorge also went beyond their duties and helped deliver my old ride to the location of my new buyer of that car. Talk about service! Also, their Service Center are staffed with a great team (wish I caught their names, but they were two 30-something service reps: one buzz cut blonde and one dark-haired goatee gent). They couldn't service my Mazda at the time, but they took care of me with their neighbors at the Mazda lot next door.  The fact they suggested their neighbors to get my car serviced was just the best of the best. So hey, if you're looking for a new ride or have car needs, stop by Riverside Nissan. I still may get that Nissan 370Z someday from these guys! read more
