I recently wrote a review of my experiences on facebook and received a lot of backlash. I've never been a fan of the place. The food was good many years ago, but the quality has gone down and the service could be improved. No one sitting at the rail should have to wait more than a minute to be greeted. Since I've posted my review on facebook, I was told I should switch to salads, and called an escort. This was all done through fake facebook accounts, which were screen shot, then reported. Facebook has since removed the fake profiles. I have photos to show these responses. The company is claiming that I wrote the review because a "friend" is no longer allowed there, but I do not even know the person they are referring to. I would steer clear of this place because, in my opinion, they are unstable. read more

The service here sucks bad. There are 4 patrons here and the bar tender took 15 minutes to get a beer and a shot of tequila. The service here has gone down hill big time. I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews on here, this place is great. Owned by a local Arvada family that wanted to bring something great to the area, great food, very clean, great live music, car shows, and convenient location. I think all businesses can have off days and that things can get very busy, very quickly in this particular type of business, but I've been coming to this place since they opened and I haven't had a bad experience and the food is crazy good. There are a lot of regulars that frequent the bar area and seem to know the bartenders and servers well, but I see attention given equally to new people too. The burgers are soooo good, the fried green beans are awesome, the bands they bring in are fun...I guess people will always find a reason to complain. You have to try this place! read more

Still horrible. Lisa is the only thing good about this place. I live close so I keep trying to get a good meal here. Undercooked every damn time. Are you trying to get people sick? Fire your cook already. I did have one good breakfast there. The cook that day was great and made me some wicked biscuits and gravy. Night cook should be fired. read more

Blindly, I took 3 steps into this smoke ridden excuse for a restaurant, and now I wish I had turned 180 degrees, and taken 4 steps into the other direction. Me and a couple of friends met up at "Rock-a-Billies" restaurant for a couple of drinks one night, hoping that we could have a conversation to go along. We were dead wrong. We battled against the smoke traveling into our lungs, intensely loud, annoying music, and day dreaming employees for ten minutes until it was a unanimous decision to leave. I'm sure there are some biker gangs that would like to waste their time here, but I am not a biker, and that is why I gave this establishment a two star rating. read more

Updating my review. This place used to be awesome, all the way from the food to the crowd to the shows. However, the last few times we tried to go for burgers, they were... crap. Friend suggested we meet here and I was familiar with the intersection so was easy to find and there seemed to be ample parking even with a busy Mexican restaurant out front. Located in a strip mall it doesn't look much from the outside with a smallish smokers patio but inside you are instantly transformed into a different era. Its pretty big with a long bar with a long hightop table parallel to it, table and chairs in the middle, huge comfy booths along the outsides and a stage in the corner. They have live music Thurs-Sun and on this Thurs evening we were told the PA system was out so the duo did an acoustic set with upright bass and acoustic guitar. The guy singing without a mic did an awesome job and it helped that pretty much everyone was listening to them. As always I ask what they have for dark beer and they had a milk stout tho it wasn't specified from which brewery? Server asked Pint or Tall so I had to ask which was the larger as pints over here aint 20oz. Not sure how big the tall is but it was deffo a decent size. The burgers looked huge but I ordered the smoked wings Buffalo Hot and they had a pretty decent kick without burning the fur off my tongue. Server was very attentive even when she started getting more tables as the night went on. They have car shows in the summer and book all types of rocker psycho billy punk bands so I will definitely be back again. read more

I wish to comment on the "Elvis" burger. If you knew anything about rock and roll history you would know his favorite sandwich was a simply fried peanut butter and bananas. No jelly and no bacon. Putting his name on this burger is a disgrace to his name. You should be ashamed! I also agree with Kyle that is too smoky. The staff could use some training and the food was way slow and sub par at best. read more

Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Came in on a Saturday night and the restaurant had 4 tables when we sat down. So not too busy. It became apparent quite quickly that they only had one server and a bartender working when 4 more tables rolled in. It took 45 minutes to get our appetizer (only after two tables who came in after us had received theirs.) 15 minutes later our food finally arrives and our server tells us that they burnt one of our chicken sandwiches.... (Seemed more like she had forgotten to put the order in, after she had to ask which sandwich it was.) Our burgers were over cooked. The chicken sandwich that "had to be remade" showed up after everyone else had finished eating, so we just ended up getting it to go. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Super slow service, mediocre food- definitely skip this one. read more

We were looking for a good burger and, based on Yelp reviews, decided to try Rockabillies. It was just okay. Hubby's burger was overcooked, buns were very thick (burgers were thick, too, so that helped, but I don't want that much bread). I got the Nashville Jack sandwich (pulled pork, coleslaw). The BBQ sauce was too sweet for my taste buds and the coleslaw was almost nonexistent. And the service was S-L-O-W!!! with no apologies or explanations. Table of 6 seated next to us got much faster service, so not sure what was up with that. Oh well, still looking for a really good burger in Arvada! read more

Food was 4 star in quality as far as burgers go. The condiments on the table needed cleaning. The waitstaff was inattentive at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The game machines had a sticky film. I've only been here for lunch during the week a handful of times when it's been mostly empty, so I cannot speak of the general atmosphere of the place which I'm guessing is found in the evening. I can speak to the food, namely the burgers. If there is a better burger in Arvada, please let me know because they are amazing here. Very juicy, many toppings to chooses from, and a homemade bun (seems like it). The macaroni and cheese is phenomenal as well. Don't be fooled by appearances as they say. Can I wax poetic on this place? Awesome! U walk in & think "nice bar but how is the food gonna be?". In a word: delicious!!! Fast service. Had a couple ice cold draft beers & sampled the buffalo roll appetizer. Hot & good. The burgers are amazing. Hand formed patties cooked the way you want them. Hubby had Blues Burger, he enjoyed it. I had one with jalapeños & cream cheese...what a combination! All this while good old rock n roll playing. Great place, can't wait to come back & bring some friends! Stopped into check this place out after driving by so many times and reading reviews. Had Cindy as a bar tender and was great and attentive to our needs. Had wings as appetizers as well and where as good as recommended. Have sampled the burgers upon coming back and did not disappoint. These guys have absolutely the best burger ever! It is juicy and amazingly delicious. All this coming from a previous vegetarian, and that even astounds me! As it is a newer business, I believe they have a few bugs to work out, but nothing that really matters. Best bar in Arvada. Haven't been in for a while and I was glad to see they still kept the car shows going. I've seen some other reviews from people who claim to know good food. You can't even get a 1/2 pound burger and fries at Good Times for less than $8. If you want to keep on eating that frozen garbage , go ahead....or Maybe you will be happier eating a $12 burger in old town. Green Chile burger is my favorite. I have been here several times and thought we were going to have a nice lunch with friends. The waitstaff was wonderful. However our group was large (nine in all) so we needed to move some tables around. Owner comes in and starts to berate us about moving a table. Not because it was a fire danger because she lost a seat one more person could have sat. We dropped around 180.00 dollars and with tip closer to 200.00. It took over an hour to get our mediocre food which consisted of 6 burrito bowls, two hamburgers and a salad. This was one of the most Embarrassing, degrading experiences i've ever had while dining out in a restaurant. I will take my money across the street and go to Randy's where the atmosphere and the owners are always accommodating and pleasant and the food is better. When we called, we were told that that there was not live music, but we checked the website and it stated that the live music would start at 8. Bad brunch. I would rate a 1 but my husbands run of the mill eggs bacon and hash browns seemed to be as described. I ordered the eggs Benedict. Looked good but let me deconstruct. English muffin bottom was not even toasted. Not even warm much less toasted. Maybe if it was it got a 2% touch of a toaster. Then a thick slice of Canadian bacon but way too thick of a cut. Like 1/4" more like a ham steak. Then the poached eggs were #1 egg hard set yolk and the #2 egg when I cut into it was super runny white and very undercooked. I could not eat any of this and I sent it back. The server was very gracious and offered something else. I said sure let's do a simple biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was a bit warmer than the English muffin but in my opinion from a bag or a roll like grands biscuits. If it was homemade it would be craggy and rough edges. This was not. And the sausage gravy was horrible. First it had 1/4 pcs of links vs browned and ground sausage. In my opinion you can't make sausage gravy with links. Unless you are using packaged dry gravy. The roux of the grease and the browned and fried sausage pcs make the base of the gravy when you add your milk. Plus it had some odd sweet flavor I could not identify. No thanks. Staff is really nice and sweet. The kitchen neeeds help. I know it's a bar but sideways in Arvada does a cheap and excellent biscuit and gravy and it's from scratch. read more

I love this place. Always very friendly, and inviting when we walk in. The service is excellent, and always right there when we need them. A really fun place to go if you like live music and dancing. The place is called Rockabillies and true to the name they have the best local talent playing the best Rockabilly music you can hear anywhere. They also have bands that do Country Classic Rock, Blues etc... Great burgers and a nice selection of bar food reasonably priced. The service is really good and gets better the more regular you become. read more
