Just got my summer nails and I am in love! Kim was so professional and patience. I can be very picky with my nails but Kim met/exceeded my expectations. She got my favorite shape (pointy) just right and the color was perfect! I also got one of their special pedi and it was worth every dime. It was so relaxing and it made my feet super soft! The chairs and everything inside was so pretty and clean. Everyone was so nice and sweet. The location is kind of hidden behind other stores but it is a gem! From what I heard they're under new management + staffs and I they are doing a great job. I definitely coming back and be Kim's regular. I have found my perfect nail tech. Love her!

Look at how PERFECT my nails are!! SERVICE: Moon gave me a mani/pedi and as picky as I am, I was impressed! Everything from the shape down to the cuticles- she is meticulous! SALON/CLEANLINESS: Hands down the cleanest salon I've been to in Vegas. No exaggeration. As soon as you sit down, you'll notice how clean everything is. ALL their supplies are disposable & they use pedi chair liners (which I think should be standard now). There are plexi glass partitions & they make you wash your hands as soon as you step in. PRICE: definitely in line with other salons & if you mention Yelp, they'll give you a discount. *** Favorite part- most salons will convince you to do gel or dip, quite simply because they make more money. Yes, it lasts longer but it does weaken your natural nail. Moon did not try to upsell me at all, she was super sweet! Refreshing to see such integrity! Found my new spot & I hope you'll give it a try!

Have been coming here and I highly recommend. I've got several different type of nails and I've loved them all. Anna did my nails today and she was fast, efficient and they are beautiful. The inside is beautiful and welcoming, definitely the place to go not just for nails but pedicures too!

One of the worse gel manicures. 8 hrs later the first nail chipped. Then the second day I had a nail start to peel. By the third day three nails were peeling. I won't be back

Kim did an amazing job on my mani and pedi.She gives the best hand, foot and leg massage. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep.

If you want a regular mani and pedi that's fine but don't go there if u want any designs. I had tell her numerous times to paint the sides of my nails.

Ask for Moon she does an amazing job and she's soooo sweet and helpful! The whole staff is very helpful!

Rockstar nails I think not rock nails yes because that's how crusty they look. So The one star is for how well these people are able to play off that they're a real nail salon. Don't get caught in the matrix paying these people your money. Consuming something you don't even want in the first place. The man that works there is the only one that does half way decent job and even then it's gonna look like what I asked for versus what I got picture. They have loyal clients ha idk how. They are fake nice don't be fooled these people are not your friends. Weak massage, pretend manicure, and way over priced. Don't think your gonna get these pictures and nice 5 star reviewers got cuz your not. Yeah I got to go bye read more

I was a customer for nearly 2 years, last month, made an appointment by phone, When I arrived, they did not have me listed for pedi appointment. They told me to come back in 45 minutes, I did and they did not apologize or offer any additional comp services for their mistake. I went this week to another salon down the street (there are so many to chose from, customer service is important to retain your clients). I was told I have a nail fungi - what! Three months ago, Rock star said I had a bruise on my toe! If I had known, I would have been using some meds. Also, new salon said I have another one starting on another toe, as if you let it go, it jumps to other toes. Not good! I won't be back and I had recommended several friends about this salon, I will have to give them heads up. Good luck! read more

It's honestly going to be a huge no for me! I had to go to sprouts and decided to make an appt I did my grocery shopping then stopped by. Massage mediocre customer service was good but my nails omg no I got a simple gel mani and pedi and had to go to polished to get them redone two days later. They were chipped snagging on everything 125$ wasted but worse my time wasted. read more

Had a manicure and pedicure here for the first time, and was very pleased with the whole experience! The staff were friendly, very professional, and did excellent work. They are nice but I won't return. I went in for a pedicure and could've done a better job at home. She didn't even clean the cuticle. I had to go to the different place to get the actual pedicure. Don't waste your money here, plenty of better places in the area read more

Please save your time and money and avoid I came in for a gel mani and pedi for the first time & instead of soaking off the gel on my toes the nail tech drilled the polish off which is extremely harsh on nails & the service was basic and fast barely any effort for the overall experience not to mention it hasn't been a FULL 7 DAYS and my polish is chipping so bad you would think I got regular polish and not gel .. I will not be returning 110$ down the drain read more

First time here and would never come back. Moon was my nail tech and I had asked her multiple times to fix my nails because I obviously didn't like them. I wanted shorter length and she kept laughing at how short my nailOne of my thumbs were longer than the other so I asked her to fix it and she said it's because one of my thumbs is too wide and my nail would look too short. I told her I wanted my nails to match ... she then filed it and the paint came off so I asked her to repaint it and she said "cause you tell me to file it so it come off." Well, if that's the case then you should be fine with repainting it since you know the paint would come off. So she repaints it but it's still not satisfactory. She then goes to cuss me out in Vietnamese. Next time you cuss someone out, at least make sure the person doesn't understand it. I've gone to other nail salons before where they're able to make my nails skinnier, not wider than they normally look. For $65 it is definitely not worth it. I already want them redone and I had asked Moon to fix them at least 7 times. read more

Stopped by last minute as a walk in for a pedicure. They got me seated quick and started working. I didn't feel like they were rushing at any point. They really do a thorough job. Only thing that knocked a star off was their payment process. You can pay card but only tip cash. If you don't have cash they tel you to venmo them. kind of weird to me but didn't really have any other option because I wasn't going to not rio the man that did such a thorough job. read more

I am updating my review, it was a very clean salon and the pedicure was great, I still feel that they are a bit overpriced compared to other salons in the area, I understand your rent is high, BUT people might do more services if they were a little more affordable and comparable to the area. Maybe a discount for cash paying customers or customers that do multiple services should be considered. read more

I booked a manicure and pedicure, and the same technician performed both services, even though there were other staff members available and not assisting clients. Instead of creating a more relaxing experience, the entire appointment felt hurried from start to finish. My manicurist was impatient, hurried, and gave the impression that she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. There was no warmth, no conversation, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Her movements were rough and, at times, painful. Even after I indicated that something hurt, she didn't slow down or adjust her technique. The manicure reflected the same lack of care. She didn't bother cleaning up excess polish around the edges or correcting small imperfections before finishing. I had to insist on a separate nail file from the one she had just used on my toes - I must have broken "the bank" cost-wise based on the raised eyebrows and argument I got. The little plastic container housing the files and buffer and such was dirty, y'all! The entire appointment felt like I was just another stop on a conveyor belt rather than a valued customer. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.

It's beautiful inside.The decor is gorgeous. And we were greeted so warmly when we first got there. Dat was our nail tech and he was fabulous. Very kind and very meticulous with his work. My mom is a very hard customer to please and she was tickled with Dat's work and kindness. There are brand new massage chairs, drinks available, and the prices are competitive. She got a gel acrylic fill with a deluxe pedicure for $150. Will definitely be back! I'm just sad it took so long for me to find this place! Check it out if you're in the area!

I'd never had a steamed pedicure before, and it was such a relaxing experience. My legs and feet felt silky soft for days afterward, and I couldn't wait to come back. Over my next four visits, I had different technicians each time. None of them were bad, but the experience was very inconsistent. Even though I ordered the exact same pedicure, each technician performed it differently, and it never felt quite like my first visit. On my fifth visit, I happened to get Nina again, and it reminded me why I fell in love with this treatment in the first place. She did every step just as I remembered, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. My only feedback is the inconsistency. The Milk & Honey Pedicure seems to vary depending on who's performing it. Since each pedicure includes specific treatments, I think it's important for every technician to perform the service consistently rather than interpret it differently. If you're booking the Milk & Honey Pedicure, I highly recommend requesting Nina. She has been consistently excellent with this treatment, and it's easily my favorite because my legs and feet stay incredibly soft for days afterward. The other technicians may be fantastic with other pedicure options--I just haven't tried those yet. If every one of my visits had been with Nina, this would easily be a 5-star review. Because my experiences varied so much from technician to technician, I'm giving it 4 stars instead. That said, the staff has always been friendly, their extended hours are a huge plus, and I really appreciate that it's usually easy to walk in without needing an appointment.

I typically get the drop fade with a small comb over but tried the burst fade and he did a great job, the world just wasn't ready for it so I went back and got the usual. See how clean it is, how attention to detail. I also have a flat head I. The back and with this cut u can't really tell. X takes his time to get to know each one of his clients' hair and he's gotten the hang of mine which is why I go back. That's what you have to do once you find a good one. Got to barbershop and the line was 20 deep. Ruh Roh. It did end up being 40 minutes wait but we made friends in line (ended up all hanging out inside). We almost gave up to back to ski lodge but decided to not be quitters....so glad we stayed. Love the decor. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

My barber Cesar moved to this store a few years back, and despite me moving to a house in the North West of the valley, I am still happy to make the drive here for his awesome and friendly service, and for the overall experience. I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I wanna start off by saying I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old I am now 34 years old. So to say I have experience in the way nails are supposed to look feel and how long they last and all that is to say the least. Me and my daughter came here on her birthday to get her nails done and to get pedicures I paid almost $300 after it was all said and done. I am going to post a picture of what I asked for when I was getting a pedicure versus what they pushed on me. (Witch they said they didn't push and they don't do that) I even showed them the post of their own yelp review. These nails lasted four days and then they cracked this is why I don't spend my money at nail salons anymore because they Expect a 200% tip for a 1% effort. We got our nails done on the ninth and the nails didn't even last till the 12th of this month. He said that dip powder nails would last me three weeks and I googled it and that's what it said also. It didn't even last four days unfortunately on the 13th my dog had to go into the vet and get surgery on the 14th where I had to watch him. I could not rush back in to a nail salon to fix nails that I paid almost $300 for and I paid extra to remove callus on my feet which I've been having to do on my own every single day. They laughed in my face act like the interaction we had was not true and said they could not give me a refund but I need to sit in there and spent another two hours while they remove them and put them back on. This is ridiculous I'm sick of it and I'm not spending my money and nail salons out here in Vegas no more because they all suck. And to the so called loyal customer that want laugh in my face with them you are wrong. This is what's wrong with corporate America today is that we don't stand together because it's not our experience. We need to start standing up for each other and start making people in higher positions act right entry or money with value. read more

Paid for a pedicure and a manicure yet I got no manicure I got dip powder nails pushed on me that didn't even last me a few days they cracked they were lifting yet they want me to come back and have them do it all again so they look horrible again in three days. They expect to be paid for their time of doing a horrible job but not to do a refund for the time I spent there in the hard earned cash that I spent. Of course the day you leave it's gonna look mediocre or acceptable but the real test of time is the next three weeks or two weeks that is supposed to last. My toe nails are crooked The polished I picked was a tan and it came out pink. Me and my daughter picked out red and tan for our colors and yet they kept bringing out the same purple. That's what is wrong with these nail salons is that they think they're worth more than they are I remember I used to pay $35 for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics with airbrush design all sorts of stuff where they were enthusiastic to do my nails and make them fly. Now they want you to pay for the full say add extra five dollars to take them off $10 to put them back on five more dollars for nail Art five more dollars for the color by the time it's all said and done these people don't charge you for absolutely what they're supposed to do in the first place. Me and my wife visit to this Rockstar Nails the first time for my wife the purpose of getting a Pedicure for me and a Manicure for my wife. The place is decorated very nice, clean and the people there are super friendly. Moon did the Pedicure for me and I feel no pain and clean after its done. My feet feel 100% lighter. Leo did the Full Set Acrylic for my wife and she really loves it. My wife and I feel this place is the best! There is safety precautions that you have to wear mask. They have clear dividers to make sure that everyone's in their own little bubble. But the most important thing besides your safety is they do amazing work everyone there is skilled and talented and does an awesome job. We will be back and would recommend this place to our families and friends. For those who have never visit Rockstar Nails, I would recommend you try it, you will like it! I've been going to Rockstar Nails for a few months now and they always do an amazing job! They are now my go-to nail salon and the place I recommend people to go to! Everyone is so kind, it's always a delight when I go in. They are extremely COVID-friendly with plastic separators at every seat and desk. Everyone is always wearing a mask, and they kindly ask every client to wash their hands when they walk in. I've gotten full sets done by Leo and Moon, and both have yet to fail! They are so meticulous here, I always leave more than satisfied! Every time I get a new set, I tend to get many compliments and questions about where I get them. So, I repeat, go to Rockstar nails!!! Moon and her husband are 20+ yr Pros in the Nail and Salon Business. 35 years ago I did nails during college and have to say that they are the first salon I have happily found that not only does an exceptional job with all their range of services but (let me say this in CAPS) are the only salon Ive been to that STERILIZES THIER INSTRUMENTS OVER AND OVER during the service process! I went in today after work to get my eyebrows done which the lady was very gentle, lol this was my first time here. I've passed by this location quite a few times I also saw that it had good yelp reviews so I decided to try it out. The wait was really short. Not even 5 minutes. The service was fantastic with Mrs. Moon did my eyebrows was super friendly and did a great job on my brows and gel mani with beautiful evenly stilleto perfect shaped for a fantastic price!!!!. I brought my sisters and I here and the service was excellent! We made our appt the day before and they were able to accommodate the three of us. They take extra precautions during covid with requiring masks and hand washing as well as dividers between you and the nail tech. And all three of us left in love with our nails! I had Kim and another lady, whose name I forgot. But both so nice! (Also, because they are newer they don't really do tipping on the credit card. Cash tips are preferred which I try to do anyway.)
