Pork loin sandwich- Monday special

Great sandwich and the place is pretty cool. A little hard to get to but worth the journey

Cute little place right off the 35 fun decor and staff was really nice. Taylor was my server I have her the option to bring me whatever she wanted for breakfast. I got 2 tamales and eggs with hash browns. I prefer my tamales a lot more spicy but these were really well done. Would recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Smothered Breakfast Burrito

Rocky Mountain Grill offers travelers a hot home-cooked breakfast just off the highway. The simple dining room was small but uncrowded. Service was friendly and fast. If you're really hungry, order the humongous Smothered Breakfast Burrito! The bacon, eggs, toast, and grits were also on point. Easy on/off the highway and quick turnaround make this place a convenient breakfast option.

Pretty good smothered breakfast burrito. Service was good. Prices weren't bad. Nothing fancy. Pretty basic.

Front, burger basket lunch special with side of green chili sauce, must try! Back, beef and bean burrito covered in chili, its huge!

The food is excellent, hot, fresh and fast. Service is good, friendly people. Ambiance is different, but im here to eat, not look at art. Prices are fair, and you will NOT leave hungry! Check them out.

Got the fajita beef and rice burrito. Rice was not just undercooked it wasn't cooked. It was completely crunchy. Disgusting.

I got the spicy burger (which was a PERFECT combo of a little heat and a lot of flavor. The "pink fries" were actually really good as well. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Dinner for two won't break the bank, so when we don't want to spend a lot, but still want yummy food, usually we head to Spark. I haven't had a dud here yet. My latest favorites are the Smashie with an order of queso fries for sharing. Get additional dipping sauces for the queso fries-their ranch, Spark sauce, mustard, and ketchup are excellent additions-yes, all of them, it's a whole sheet pan of fries. For my dining partner who's less enthusiastic about burgers, Spark knocks it out of the park here too. The Park Power Bowl or a Burger Bowl are delicious-both in the rotation. For me, they are very flavorful-consistently tasty, but lack that yummy potato burger bun, I guess that's the point of the bowl. Team Spark is great, they always greet us and wish us well when leaving which makes us want to come back. I can't count how many times we visited here in 2025--too many to count. I don't really do too much chain fast food, so for a fast casual affordable restaurant burger, Spark Chisholm Creek is my go-to spot. I'm sure it won't be too long before I have my first 2026 Spark burger and I'm excited. January 2026

Gage, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us make good choices. We started with three mule cocktails. We had the Oaxacan, the Moscow and Kentucky Mules. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails. One thing that stood out to me for my Oaxacan Mule is that the Mezcal's smoky flavor really shown through and it was not overly sweet. A very clean cocktail, which I highly appreciate! We ordered the Chef's Salad Wrap with Onion Rings, French Dip with the tomato soup, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with seasonal side of grits. I enjoyed the Chef's Salad Wrap but I would probably be a little more bold next time and get the Cortez or the Reuben. I craved a lighter choice and was more sinful with the over the top delicious onion rings! Wowowow! Hubby enjoyed his soup and French dip and son enjoy his Philly cheesesteak and grits. I would definitely love to revisit and try more of their items.

The bacon and cheeses seem to do the heavy flavor lifting but wasn't quite enough. The rest of the entrees were fine (cheesesteak & caprese sandwiches, the spinach salad). It is a great location, the service and drinks from the bar were good.
