Rodizio has specials at different times of the year when we signed up for their newsletter. We have been here several times and decided to take advantage of their July special. My son joined us and we had the full Rodizio for $38.99. Even if you didn't get the full rodizio but you got the unlimited salad bar you'll still be satisfied. Salad bar ranges from seafood pasta salad, meats, cheeses, dressings galore, cheese bread, French bread, battered fries and mashed potatoes . My son had the regular Pina Colada and I had a non-alcoholic pina colada served inside a pineapple ...yummy! Took a group here today for lunch. First time for all but me. 9 different meats served, sampled all but the chicken hearts which I used to love. I have been ordering take out here since they first opened. The side dishes of Cole slaw, Potatoe salad, beef stroganoff and ceviche are all exceptional. The garlic or parmesan sirloin are seasoned to perfection but can be chewy at times. Placing the order though is a challenge. On my latest attempt the previous Saturday, I called at 11:05 to hopefully be the first one in "the cue". I was and the hostess greeted me with "Can I put you on a brief hold?". 9 minutes later I'm still on hold. Frustrated once again, I hang up and call back. This time the line rings for 3 minutes and no one picks up. So, I hang up for good. Why offer a takeout menu if the majority of the time your hostesses can't be bothered to take a phone order? read more

Finally had our first experience at a Brazilian Steakhouse last night! We went with two friends, who made our reservation for 5pm. Glad we had a reservation, because it was really busy! Service was excellent, our server(s) (change of shift happened during our meal) were great about refilling drinks and checking in with us throughout. The food was pretty good, but I was expecting a little more for the hefty price tag. My favorite meat was the lamb - taste was on point, but it was a little chewy for my liking. The steaks were all well-cooked (medium) but had so much gristle I often had to get rid of pieces. The bacon wrapped and spicy chicken were also really good! The salad bar was nice in terms of all the options presented, but there were so many flies, I was really off-put by it. It was very clean in the restaurant otherwise. read more

We've been coming here for my partner's birthday and were encouraged to sign up via email to receive a yearly coupon around the time of your birthday. Best part of the evening was Kelsey our waitress! And of course, Joey our gaucho! Kelsey was very attentive and tried to make us happy. We forget how these places work and have decided they are not for us in the future. You make a reservation, but you are never seated close to that time. Even though the place is clearly over 50% empty. They try to manage seating to get the most people in. We were finally seated in an empty area in the corner. Slowly they added more people. Gauchos did not come into that area as they were always focused on a table of 10 people. Until we mentioned this to our waitress. They say all you can eat but the meats show up very slowly, so you fill up on salad and bread. This is normal too. We will not be coming back to this grill or any other Brazilian restaurant. read more

The food is soooo good. Infinite meats and salad bar to your hearts content. It all goes so well together. Parm steak & sweet and sour chicken are DELICIOUS MELT IN YOUR MOUTH. Dont pass them up. They have pina coladas (yes you can get them non alcoholic) served in pineapples and they are delicious. Everything is tasty, hot, and infinite. Hands down best buffet. All the servers are friendly. I went for my birthday and the song put a smile on my face it made me so happy the preformance they put on for me! You also get a free flan on your birthday which is awesome. Dont pass up the email club you get a lot of great discounts. Never had a bad experience with the food, nor the staff. Fresh, friendly, fun! Rodizio is somewhere that my family, friends and I visit often. It's always great when many of the servers and gauchos know you, and fire up the chicken hearts and bring a side of sweet and spicy sauce. That takes service to a whole new level! The salad bar is by far one of my favorite salad bars that I've seen in years as the selection is not just fresh, but plentiful! To top it off, you have gauchos coming by to offer freshly sliced cuts of meat and one of my fav - grilled pineapple! I love that they notice if you keep passing on items, and ask if you are looking for anything in particular. Also, they have no problem grabbing you new tongs or the like as they are all there to serve you! Love this place and will be back! Every year, they have a gift card special during the holidays. Buy $100 gift card, and get 4 $25 off coupons (one for each quarter of the year). This place is way to expensive for the salad bar. Lunch $26 a piece for a half assed Salad Bar. The lettuce was Romaine, horrible selections of hard as a rock buns, beef stroganoff was ok, but the salad bar with the price should have had more hot food. Our waiter never ever gave us a menu to look at, so after he suggested the salad bar we just regrettably done that. Could have went to Jason's Deli and had a cheaper and better salad bar experience. Rodizio came highly recommended, and left us sorely disappointed. It started with our "6:45" reservation. Typically a reservation guarantees your mealtime, but not here. We weren't sat until 7:25, 40 minutes later. There were crowds of people outside, also waiting for reservations. They seriously overbooked. If we hadn't heard such great things, we would've left. We should've left. Once we were finally sat, we were hopeful. Our waitress Sheridan was a sweetheart, and very good at her job for being so young. We got food from the salad bar area and ordered our drinks. The bartender was the second major problem. I ordered a cocktail that was supposed to have gin, Passionfruit, mint, and soda. It did not have gin. I had my fiancé taste it, he also couldn't taste any gin at all, so we asked Sheridan for a replacement. The bartender told her that she put "a lot of alcohol" in it and wouldn't make a new one unless we paid for both drinks. I get that they were busy and she made a mistake, but to not own up to it was not okay. I didn't even want to keep the non-alcoholic cocktail, and Sheridan was kind enough to get it removed from the bill. I then ordered a glass of cava so as to not risk another cocktail, which I never received, for the entire rest of our dinner. We were there for about 2 hours in total. We were told the cava was delivered to the wrong table, and another just never made its way, so I never got a drink. The food was good, and our waitress was lovely, but unfortunately those were not worth the wait and the rudeness of the bartender. We won't be back. read more

It's not as good as the larger more popular chain restaurant of this kind, but given its price it's OK and I would recommend. The salad bar is pretty good with plenty of selection so if you just want a better salad bar, this isn't a bad place to go. It gets pretty crazy in this place if you go during a holiday or otherwise a special occasion and my only hesitation is they botched a graduation party that we had reservations for and we had to wait a very long time. read more

We chose to celebrate my husband's birthday at Rodizio Grill tonight. We live in Buckeye but its most definitely worth the hour drive. Our server Tyler was attentive and courteous. My husband and I came here for a late lunch on a Sunday. We were thinking it wouldn't be busy around 3pm, but we were wrong! They start their dinner service at 3pm. Our server was very helpful and explained everything in detail. My favorite part was the huge salad bar that had so many selections to choose from. My husband loves all the meat, so we definitely got our moneys worth! The restaurant is a little small, so my suggestion would be to make a reservation if you decide to go. I think I'm part Brazilian because I am OBSESSED with these steakhouses!! I cannot get enough of Brazilian steakhouses and finding this chain was a God send! I love how it's more affordable than Fogo de Chao yet equally satisfying with their meats and buffet options! Quick service as always and honestly I think is even better than Fogo. Perhaps because the size of the restaurant is more manageable in that aspect but everything was so efficient, including the buffet. The place is comfortable and not as fancy which is great for a fun night. I love it more here because you can also get your own fried polenta and cheese bread from their hot buffet options! Worst birthday dinner experience ever! We waited 20 min. for our reserved(!) table and were finally seated the farthest away from the buffet possible. The meat servers did not stop by frequently in this "forgotten corner". In the end they charged us for the dessert that was supposed to be complimentary for my birthday according to the waitress who wasn't very attentive at all. The food was not bad, but not outstanding enough that I would miss it. The restaurant itself was hectic, crowded and I could think of dozens of better ways to celebrate my birthday at restaurants that honor their guests. First , We had scheduled a 1800 (600pm), dinner time frame. We got seated 22 minutes later. No explanation no sorry we are really busy no nothing. I had to go up and ask just to be told that there cleaning my table as we was speaking. But what they didn't know was I seen the table they was sitting us at and it was open already. But we still sat there and watched three other families get seated. Second was we asked if there was anything they do for birthdays and we was basically told a free dessert. Well I paid for this dessert and it wasn't free. We had a friend tell us they were there a month ago and they sang for her and gave her a free dinner. We seen the photos of them singing so we knew this happened. The free dinner we wasn't to sure about this so we didn't put to much water to it. I am handicapped and they could clearly see this but they sat me the farthest from the buffet. So I give this day an F for customer service but a B+ for food and the servers that walked their asses off all day long. read more

Great dinner with friends last night. I'd definitely recommend this spot. The staff were great. The restaurant is good sized and chill vibes. Had my Thanksgiving dinner here tonight and the variety of quality meat was delicious and the service was even better. The meat came out quickly, Key(Kay) specifically spoke Portuguese and Spanish with me to make it a better experience. And Holidays are always special here. For instance, On Thanksgiving they serve the best Turkey I have ever tasted. Christmas Eve.....just got home from Rodizio. Pressley' s got us dialed in...again! Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had at a Brazilian steakhouse. We were a party of two, sat down at 7pm and our server seemed completely uninterested from the start. She asked for our drink order multiple times, only to forget it, and after 30 minutes still hadn't brought anything. It honestly felt like she was avoiding our table altogether. Throughout our entire hour-long visit, we were only offered three items: chicken hearts, pineapple, and bacon-wrapped jalapeños--not at all the variety you'd expect from a place like this. We weren't the only ones frustrated--other tables around us were also visibly upset with the lack of service. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were told it would take a few minutes. Ten minutes later, we were finally greeted by Aaron, who seemed young and completely dismissive. We weren't looking for a discount--just wanted to offer feedback. His response was a very nonchalant "okay, sorry," and it was clear he didn't care. The experience felt more like dining at a casual chain than a premium steakhouse. Service, or the sheer lack thereof, was an ongoing battle throughout the meal. The restaurant's survey included a checkbox asking whether a manager had visited the table. The irony here was painful--I had to practically beg for a manager to come over. Despite requesting their presence, it was abundantly clear that they had more pressing matters to attend to, or at the very least, that was the impression they gave. Eventually, one did arrive, only to inquire what my concern was. After explaining the issue, he casually informed me that he would fetch the actual manager. The interaction left me feeling like a burden, as if my mere existence was an inconvenience. I wasn't looking for a discount or compensation--I simply had a question. The unwillingness to engage with customers in a meaningful way was palpable. When the manager finally arrived, I posed a simple question: Could I take home one of the red/green table indicators? If not, how much would it cost to purchase one? I was met with an unexpected and seemingly arbitrary price--$40 for a small wooden block. I couldn't shake the feeling that this price was not based on actual value but rather an effort to deter me from asking any further questions. If this truly was the standard price, I urge every reader to inquire at their local branch and report back. The rushed, impersonal ambiance further compounded the disappointment. If their goal was simply to churn out plates as quickly as possible without providing thoughtful service, they would be better suited as a taco truck--one where patrons line up, receive their food, and return to their seats without expectation of hospitality. A meal consisting of cucumbers and french fries should not cost $36. A small wooden table indicator should not require extensive negotiation, only to be quoted at an outrageous price. This establishment has abandoned the principles of good service in favor of efficiency, and in doing so, it has sacrificed what makes dining out an experience worth remembering. It doesn't mean that I won't remember this dining experience that cost me 220 dollars for 5 people. I just won't remember it in a good way. read more

Been almost 2 years since we've been here. The last time, was a less than stellar experience. I'm pleased to say this time was way better! Made reservations for 3 of us, and was promptly seated when we arrived. At 4pm, not crowded yet. Noticed that the place seemed to have been upgraded. Table settings were nice, and the salad bar was very well laid out and spotless. The offerings were less than I've seen before, and I wouldn't say high end,but we're there for the meat anyway. Hot buffet items were well set up, plentiful and very good. Everyone really enjoyed the beef stroganoff, beans and rice. And then the skewers started coming around! All our servers were very nice, and graciously supplied us with whatever we asked for. An additional slice of grilled pineapple, or picanha, no problem. Quality of the meat was highly improved since our last visit. Some a bit dry, but most slices were quite good. The variety available was very good. Particularly enjoyed the picanha, marinated lamb, and tri tip. Though quite satisfied with our meals, celebrating my Brother's birthday, we each had a desert. Wife had an enormous chocolate cake with bananas and ice cream. Great presentation, but the cake was inedible. We all tasted it and agreed it had an odd chemical taste. Brother had the special churro which was very good, and I had flan which was okay. We did have a good time, came away satisfied and agreed that Rodizio was much improved and we'll return. read more

This place is located on the West side of Val Vista off of the US-60. This is the first Brazilian Steakhouse I have been to away from The City. On their website you can make reservations but today, Saturday, there was no availability between 4:30 - 7:30pm. It also says if you time or party size is not available call (480) 813-5400. So we called and my son and I were able to get a 5:45 reservation. We had a NuVision certificate, but they know all about these so it was very smooth. The greeters and servers were all very friendly. They have the normal Green-Red signal for still going or taking a break. When you put it on its side, it means you are ready to order dessert. We ate alot. I don't remember all the names but they actually do list them on the website. The favorites were Presunto (sugar glazed ham) and Franco agri-doce (sweet and spicy chicken). Also the bacon wrapped chicken and sausage were very good. My favorite was the beef ribs. Very tender. We asked one of the servers about the ribs and he came back with them not much longer after that. Great service. The Polenta and Arroz were very good sides. Everything was really great. $46. Pretty good for what you get and great service. There is a 2 hour seating limit but that wasn't a factor. We were not there for 2 hours. Kids under 3 are free. Kids Age 3 and over are $8.99. The Bolo Brigadeiro dessert was rich and a good way to end the meal (see photo). It actually looked exactly the the dessert on the display tray. We will definitely be back. read more

Went here for a special date night with my husband. We had the full experience with both the meat and salad bar. I had the sangria he had the iced tea and even though we were full, we still couldn't stop ourselves from having a fantastic dessert. The service was exceptional and the food did not disappoint. We will definitely be back even though it's a drive for us about 45 minutes from our house if you have anything special coming up and you wanna have a great experience I recommend coming to this place it's not cheap but you're paying for quality and ambience. Literally the best food I have ever had! For the quality and the portions you get, you really can't beat the price! It was $48.99 each which included the salad bar and the meats that were being brought around on the skewers and sliced right onto your plate.
