Our current service writer/adviser is amazing and we fully trust him with all of our vehicles. The current group that works on our vehicles is amazing with working with my schedule, helping me rotate the vehicles so they all get serviced. For it being a high end car dealership/service center they're actually decently priced. Every time we get our vehicles back they're returned in the same or better condition then when they were dropped off. I'm NOT an easy customer either my car is my baby and I make sure it gets the best, they do not disappoint...they even make sure I have access to a vehicle if needed. I do recommend this service place for Bentley (might have said differently in the past though).

After weeks of research, I finally found The One; gently used, well-maintained, competitively priced, well presented, and described as "ready for a serious buyer." I spoke with the sales rep, and made plans to buy it sight-unseen, trusting the reputation of the Bentley/Rolls-Royce dealership. What I got instead was a scene straight out of a horror film. I am out of state, so my sister and niece scheduled an appointment at the dealership to preview the car on my behalf. They were led through a grimy back room, up some precarious and rusty stairs to a rain slicked rooftop filled with neglected unsold vehicles- The Island of Misfit Cars. There it was - my dream 911-coated in bird droppings, spiderwebs covering the interior, reeking with a stench so foul the dealer admitted they were "ripping out the carpets." My sister reluctantly sat in the driver seat. My niece refused to get in. A piece of lettuce rotted in the back like a punch line. The car was not prepped. Not treated with care. Not even treated with a basic respect. Meanwhile, I had: - Arranged financing through my bank - Scheduled a pre-purchase inspection through a local Porsche specialist - Arranged closed transport - Planned a flight to Seattle to finalize the deal and celebrate on my sister's yacht. I expected a video from my sister with her beaming in driver's seat- engine revving, instead I got what she aptly called, "a horror movie." A luxury dealership showcasing a high-performance automobile in this state- with no disclaimer, no apology, no explanation, and no accountability - is shameful. I was ready for James Bond. Instead, I got, "Nightmare on 20th Street." Dream cars deserve better. My family deserves better. Serious buyers expect better. The dealership should know better. If this is how they present a flagship car to a qualified and motivated buyer, imagine what they're hiding.

They inspected everything and did quite a bit. Aside from the actual service I got new tires, new rear brakes, valve covers sealed, spark plugs, license plate tightened, repaired the rear trunk hinge, rear light bulb, and they even replaced the sticky radio knobs! Anastasia my service coordinator got me a beautiful Macan loaner while the work was being done which took 4 business days. She kept me in the loop and sent me a video made by the mechanic to show me what he needed to be fixed and what could wait until the next visit. I hate having to drop off cars so I asked them to do everything they suggested. My car was washed, vacuumed, wheels cleaned, even the tires were sprayed with a protectant. My car drives and looks perfect. When I saw it in the dealer lot I didn't even realize it was my car! It was a great experience. I will post a photo soon.

Fast forward to current times we were ready to finally pull the trigger. We made an appointment to check out the Defender and fell instantly in love. The sales representative Vitalli reached out to us and held our hand throughout the process. Upon the test drive we knew we were in love. After some talks with the sales manager Leon and some back and forth, we agreed and made a deal and could not be happier. Leon sealed what Vitalli started for us adding those finishing touches for customer service and we could not be happier. Not to sound corny but we were teary eyed once the process was done. It was honestly a dream come true. We named our new Defender Belle (after the city we bought her in). The sales team here at Land Rover Bellevue are just fantastic. The whole process when they showed us our new baby was TOP NOTCH WHITE GLOVE (not going to give away any spoilers but WOW when they hand you your keys and show you all the things these cars can do....and the environment they do it in...I'll just say if I am paying this much for a car, this is exactly how I wanted to be treated). This is not a one-time problem -- the vehicle has been brought in multiple times, yet the issue continues to come back. What makes the situation worse is the service experience. There has been no loaner car available, communication has been poor, and it has been extremely difficult to get a clear answer on what is happening with the vehicle or when it will be ready. Every time I call for an update, I feel like I am being pushed off instead of being given a real timeline or explanation. The person handling my case was not working one day, so someone else took over, but the experience did not improve. The attitude was unhelpful, and I still could not get a clear answer on when the repair would be completed. For a 2024 Range Rover Sport, repeated battery/electrical issues are already frustrating enough. But the lack of responsiveness, lack of loaner support, and lack of clear communication from the dealership have made the entire experience even worse. I expected much better from a Land Rover dealership.
