(Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling.
