I have to be honest. Love your food very tasty. Clean place no problems. BUT when I ordered the double cheeseburger the patties used to be so big. When my burger arrived it was small. Why? And your chicken parm dinner very tasty BUT again your chicken is so thin like paper again Why? Is everything ok I'm sure business can't be bad. Especially that I order from you guys 10 times a month over 30.00 dollars worth easy. Exceptional pizza -- with a few strange quirks, like the restaurant serving Cuban bread instead of Italian. You'll also want to order a small antipasto first to be sure that their ingredients are to your taste. Still a great product, and fine service in home delivery, as well. read more

We order from Romano's all the time. They serve up delicious pizza, garlic knots, Greek salads, sandwiches and any other specialty your family pizzeria makes. It's along Park Ave in Weehawken, NJ just off the 'Boulevard' where everyone goes for the stellar views of NYC. Convenient for after your trip to see the city views. We get delivery from here probably once a month. The food is good but we do go somewhere else for pizza. I have tried ordering burgers on separate occasions and they are hearty and seasoned well but OVERCOOKED every time. I ordered medium rare because they do have cooking options on their ordering app online. Always cooked Well Done. "Sigh" They just need to cook a good pizza and a decently grilled burger. I ordered a pizza at 6:55pm. The place was nearby, but I went with delivery since it was raining and I didn't want to go outside. The guy told me the wait would be 45 mins. At 8:55pm, I called again and asked what the deal was. He told me they were very busy and the driver left 30 mins ago so he should be there soon. Understandable, it's the Giants football game on primetime. At 9:41pm I call again and tell the guy to forget it. If the driver had left when the guy stated, then my pizza had been sitting in a car for an hour and 15 mins and I wouldn't want it anyway. He tells me the driver couldn't get ahold of me. This is BS. I didn't have to work today, so I literally haven't left my apartment not one time on this rainy day. I told the guy I would be there in 5 mins and show him my phone with no missed calls. He said that wouldn't be necessary and he would personally deliver me a free pizza right now. At 9:56pm the delivery guy arrives. I buzz him into the lobby door and expect him to come up. At 10:02pm I get another call with the guy angrily telling me he's been waiting on me. After 3 hours of waiting on my pizza... never mind. I was like screw it, I'll come down to the lobby to get it. The delivery guy tells me that he never had my apt number. Again, this is BS because he had to type in my apt number for the buzzer to call me to ask to buzz him into the lobby. And in the imaginary world where this could be true, why not call me and ask for the apartment number (a second time)? After being offered the free pizza, I wasn't planning on writing a review, but after being lied to multiple times and making this sound like it's my fault for getting a pizza 3 hours late, here it is. The food is great and me and my husband love this place!!!! but the service sucks. I went there on a Thursday and me and my husband eat only veg and we ordered for 6 plane slices with only mushroom and spinach as toppings. A layman knows that a pizza has 8 slices. This guy there kept saying that he will waste the other slices if he makes a whole new pie at 11 pm. If we order 6 slices of pizza there will be 2 slices wasted. But the sad part is he can't make right decisions wherein there are customers coming in for plain slices and he still kept saying he cannot make it. The fact is he was benefiting out of it. This place closes at 1 am on Thursday and we reached there at 10:45 pm. He lost a customer who really loves his pizza. It makes no sense to do this and I saw other customers walking away just because he was not willing to make a whole new plain pie. I use to order from this place twice a week at the least. I like the sandwiches and the salads but my experience tonight will end my business with this establishment. Please I am begging you ask for the amount of your order over the phone if you are paying cash because this place conveniently will not give you a receipt, only if you are paying by card. So some of the scum bag delivery guys round up the change to the nearest dollar. I know that may sound petty but its the principle,If I am dropping over forty dollars on my family to eat then play by the rules and charge me the proper amount, not to mention the scum of the earth got a two dollar tip on top of the additional money he stole from me.It really sucks because I like a lot of the delivery people that came to my house but this one rotten apple spoiled it for the bunch.
