It is a clean space with lots of metal and concrete. I like the look. When you peruse the menu you quickly realize this ain't no typical sports bar. The menu offers upscale bar food and has something for everyone. We started with the Pimento Cheese Dip, which comes with a generous portion of dip and lightly toasted bread. It was very good. My wife ordered the Kentucky Hot Brown (although here it is simply called Hot Brown). It was on point and excellent. I had the Chicken and Waffle, mine was very good but the Hot Brown was the star of the day. Service was extremely friendly and dripping in Southern Hospitality. Prices are reasonable. I'm not sure I'll ever be back to Bowling Green Kentucky, but if I am I'll certainly stop at Pub By Novo!
