Rosati's never disappoints! The thin crust pizza was perfectly crispy with generous toppings . The Italian salad was fresh and crisp, loaded with veggies, and the sweet Italian dressing tied it all together perfectly. Fast service and hot delivery too.

    Amazing Brownie

We ordered for our Christmas party at work and the food was amazing and the service as well. Those brownies are delicious

I imagine the Rosati's corporate inbox will be flooded with messages similar to mine: while the idea of celebrating your 60th anniversary with $3.50 large 2-topping pizzas sounded awesome, it was anything but that. I placed my order over the phone at 12:05pm for a large pizza to be picked up at 3:30pm. I arrived at your Elmhurst location at 3, just in case it was busy. The line was down the entire sidewalk of other businesses (blocking their front doors). I was told by other patrons that 1. There were no new orders being placed and 2. This was the line for pickup FOR ORDERS ALREADY PLACED. I waited in line until I finally reached the front of the line for my pizza... at 4:28pm. People in line shared a sense of frustration but for the most part kept good attitudes. We cheered whenever someone walked out with their pizza. When I got home to open my pizza, my ticket said "medium" instead of the large and I even measured. Sure enough, I was given a medium size pizza 1 hour after it was promised to me. The real reason for this review is that it seemed that not one person at that location was in charge or taking charge. It seemed like all workers were clueless and moving about without a sense of urgency. There was a worker in flip flops! Bare feet!! At a place serving hot cheesy pizza! With a giant promotion like this, I felt like the Elmhurst location fell short of the level of customer service I expect would be coming from rosati's customers. I'm unclear if there was lack of support from corporate or a lack of management in store that day. It was a terrible experience and I will never return to that location. Yikes.

This is the best Rosatis pizza I have ever had the slices are so good me my daughter and wife love them.

The slices are so delicious best Rosatis pizza I've ever been to. Me and my family love it. Very nice customer service.

Is a 12" pizza supposed to weigh this much?! Good pizza, next time I'll ask for less sauce - it over powers the rest of the ingredients.

You place your order on the tablet, there is just one guy working in there who makes the food and places it on the counter. The decor is simple and just right. The food is the best food ever! I had the rice paper wrap with tofu in it. I could only eat half as I was so full. The seasoning on the fries is so good.. and the cucumber salad was top notch. Even the drinks in the cooker area were very interesting that I had never seen before. It's very clear that this is a very well thought out restaurant. The only feedback I would give is to add a couple of options for vegan gluten free in the menu. My wrap had to be customized and communicating with the chef was a bit of a challenge due to language.

Zenwich - Tasty Food, Lacking Warmth…read more My family and I recently visited Zenwich and tried a little bit of everything--two sandwiches and two rice bowls. Let's start with the good: the sandwiches were delicious, with standout bread that really elevated the meal. While I wouldn't go out of my way to make a special trip just for them, they were definitely enjoyable and well-executed. The rice bowls earned a solid 7.5 from my husband and son. Flavorful and filling, but maybe missing that little extra something to make them truly memorable. Where Zenwich unfortunately fell flat was the customer service. We visited around 5 PM on a Friday and there was only one person working. Not only were we not greeted when we walked in, but we stood at the counter for several minutes without even being acknowledged. I even saw another customer politely thank the staff member after asking for a napkin, and he didn't so much as look up in response. It left the whole experience feeling impersonal. If the service matched the quality of the food, this would've easily been a four-star visit. With just a bit more effort in the hospitality department, Zenwich could really shine.

At first, I was disappointed they didn't have Chicago Italian beef. So I asked what they would recommend, and the very polite lady behind the counter said, "You should try my meatball sub." I laughed and told her, "I don't know... my late grandma (100% Italian) made the best meatballs ever, but alright, let's do it." Then she asked, "Do you want peppers?" and of course my reply was, "Heck yeah!" She chuckled. When the sub came out, I have to say, it was huge. I sat down, took one quick smell and a bite... BOOM. I was instantly transported back to my grandma's kitchen, eating Saturday pasta and meatballs. I highly recommend checking this little gem out. The service, the atmosphere, and especially the food were all amazing. I definitely was not disappointed. P.S. Don't skip the desserts -- once again, absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the memories and the great experience!

Fair warning, the red sauce has a nice kick to it! For the main we had the Caesar Salad and the Prosciutto/Arugula Roman pizza. I love a fluffy savory pizza and this one hit the spot. Service was decent. When we arrived we were told that the dining room would have a 45-minute wait but the bar was open. We opted for the bar. Obviously, when seated at the bar you have some trade-offs. It was a bit noisy and the bartenders and hustling to care for everyone, not just you so it was a bit slower. Not a bad thing, just something that was noted. Parking is street and wasn't too bad for a Friday night! All in all would absolutely recommend!

So I had to find a new Italian deli in the area and this place had an authentic Italian sub on the menu with prosciutto, Genoa salami, capicola, provolone cheese, Italian dressing, lettuce and tomato that I added raw onions, hot giardiniera and mayo. It's a deli/mini mart/gambling machine/cafe with friendly service. The meats were skimpy was my first thought, see my pictures. My first thought after taking the first bite was WOW this Italian hoagie bread was perfect/fresh with that great chew/pull. Even with the skimpy meat the whole combination with me tweaking the sandwich was so fu#king delicious I got a second one to take back to WI for dinner. The area probably has a better Italian deli the residents will tell you but I'm in town once a year so next year I will try another Italian deli until I find one to start a new tradition like my old friend for many years that is no more. My final thought is that the price point is similar to the chain sub restaurants with a high quality sub sandwich and why anyone in the area that goes to a chain with this gem is beyond me because they do an authentic Italian sub very well.

Got the trinity and a 1/4 chicken with the slaw and rice (I haven't had rice in a bit. My genes were craving it). Off menu they added some slices of pork steak on as a free treat. And that probably was my favorite item. A wonderful sticky pork steak where it ate similar to a beef cheek. A slightly sweet honey(?) glaze. Who needs chapstick when you got these. The ribs also had a slightly sweet glaze that gave a great competition style bite. Very meaty on top. I always fall back and forth on if I prefer full spares vs St. Louis cuts and today I'm a StL guy. The heat and spice level for the sausage today was nice and I'm taking bites in my hotel room while typing this. The 1/4 was Smokey but the skin was a little tough. Tho still flavorful and idk why but the sauce that came with it gave me some graham cracker vibes that I'm all for with how good it was. I kinda got distracted by a bird outside rather than the one on my platter so I wasn't fully paying attention. lol. A nice crunchy black pepper bark on the brisket with a moist interior. I love the contrast of texture it brings. I'm stoked about finding and stopping by Golden Boy Barbecue today. Especially because I totally spent at least an hr.
