IF this place was open anywhere else but Lemont it would be SHUT down. I have been ordering from them since they opened up. THEY ALWAYS mess up the order and never give you anything extra for the inconvenience. Example I ordered sausage pizza got pepperoni there solution wait 30 mins for them to cook it come back and bring back the unwanted pizza for a exchange. ARE YOU CRAZY. Who does that. I was traveling through and stayed over at the D Lux Hotel. Ordered one small 13.99 pizza. Didn't realize a 4.00 delivery charge was added. Plus an on line charge. I put a 30% tip total 35.15 for a small thin pizza. I would say that's high prices. Over all the pizza was hot and very delicious. read more

If you get the 2 slices and pop for $6 its good usually fresh and hot and the slices are huge. Otherwise be ready for disappointment. Each time I've ordered for pick up and showed up on time my pizza is cold. I tried ordering hot wings before YUCK. Definitely not something I'd recommend. read more

Things didn't go well from the start. I ordered online and received a confirmation email that my ordered was placed at 4:47pm and would arrive in 30-45 minutes (5:17pm-5:32pm). The order arrived at 5:54pm. So, by their own time estimate, they were 22-37 minutes late. It's Tuesday afternoon; I'd hate to see the delivery times for a Friday night. Anyway, we ordered a stuffed pizza w/sausage & pepperoni and garlic bread w/cheese. The garlic bread was fine. The pizza gets a mixed review. The cheese and toppings were good and the size was generous, but the crust tasted like cardboard. All in all, we weren't big fans. read more

OK, pizza is good. Delivery is terrible. First time, the order took almost 90 minutes (when I called it was "on the way" and arrived 30 minutes later, and I live a 5 minute drive away), but the pizza was good. Next order took over 2 hours (I was told a delivery person called in sick-then tell me that when I order!). When it arrived, the pizza had been in a warmer, WITH our salad, for a long time. Both were a soggy mess. Next time, we opened the pizza box to find the crust intact, and the entire toppings over to one side in a slimy heap. Not ordering again. read more

If there was a zero rating I would give it. I have been ordering here for a while and my order has been wrong too many times. Recently I ordered an 18 inch sausage pizza and an 8 piece chicken dinner. I couldn't believe that there were very few pieces of sausage on the pizza. There were huge areas with no sausage. Then with the $14, 8 piece chicken dinner I got one small order of fries a little bowl of lettuce as a salad and 2 breasts, 1 thigh, 1 leg and 4 that's 4 wings. Which were so tiny. Ordered Deep dish pizza and garlic bread. Delivery guy showed up with pizza and salad. Was on phone with Rosati's (because if you pay by credit card you have to call...?.). Guy said he'd be right back. Started pizza ( which was warm, not hot- place is literally 5 minutes away). Pizza toppings were good, but crust kind of overlooked and dry. First, the good. I stopped for a lunch pizza slice. They tried to upsell me to the 2-slices-plus-drink combo, but I stuck with the one slice. It was darn good. I was familiar with other Rosati's around town. Now, the really bad. I saw on their menu they offer a 18-inch "Chicago Deep Dish." Using a coupon, I thought I would give it a try but first questioned the phone gal if they really make an 18-inch one. As I feared, the thing wasn't really "Chicago Style," and not really fully cooked. Slightly thicker than normal crust with a little cheese and extra sauce, and a soggy mess. Never again going with their so-called deep dish. Pizza Hut Pan Pizza is 10 times better, beside the true winners like Geno's East or Lou Malnati's. read more

Horrible. Actually signing into yelp to share because the owner likely would not care if called. Ordered a beef sandwich and chicken parm sandwich, along with an order of fries and pizza bread, Told to pick up in 30 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes to find order ready. Home in 2 minutes. Beef sandwich ok, nothing more. Chicken parm was not edible and ended up in garbage. Believe it may have been microwaved. Fries cold and pizza bread could have been made by a 10 year old. Also landed in garbage. Save your money and go anywhere else in town. read more

Ordered chicken parmesan and there was no chicken in it. Called and complained and was told they would refund me. 10 days later we never received a refund. Called to complain and was told it was past the 10 days to report it. Told them we were promised a refund and never got it the 1st day we called.
