This will be THE last time ever ordering from here again. I don't know what changed, but this place is not the same about their customer service. I ordered the same three burritos that I do all the time and asked for 15 green sauces FOR THREE BIG BURRITOS. I figured since it was a phone order there wouldn't be a hassle. I was wrong. I got home and there's four red sauces and four green sauces. Anybody that eats sauce knows that the sauce is half the flavor of the meal. This place has gotten so chintzy. Three times skimping on sauces I will never come here again. I hope the pennies saved was worth a customer and possibly more. Joe's taco shop down the street is way better. My husband and I tried it out recently and everything about that place is spot on so now we will be going there permanently.

Our favorite taco spot hands down!! The food is amazing. Great service the portions are huge! Rice is delicious. The horchata is to die for!

Second taco I made out of the carne asada taco.

My hubby loves the shredded beef taco with rice and beans plate. I love the carne asada taco. I can make 2 tacos out of the one taco because they give you 2 tortillas. I don't like the ground beef tacquitos. They taste mushy. I wish they had shredded beef tacquitos or even chicken tacquitos. The $3.75 chips are a deal. You get way more than you can eat and they were hot. They keep it pretty clean which I appreciate.

The place is fairly new. Very clean and had a very friendly gentleman who took our order. It took 15 minutes or so to get our food. The food is served on disposable plates. The food was definitely delicious and fresh. If you are craving nice Mexican food this place is for you. Also the beans are vegetarian (no lard).

    $4+ taco.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 mins with only one other car. Paid $22 for 4 tacos and they barely put any meat in them.

I usually get tacos here, always good! Ask for a bag of carrots! Very filling! If you don't like guac all over ask for it on the side. I got the bean tostado, taco, & rolled tacos for daily special one time- was good just covered in guac & got old on me pretty fast. I love the fish taco! Good simple service! I did wish the Tues special tacos came with diced tomatoes & more chive, onions are good!

    street corn disgusting

If i could give this place a 0 star I would! This place is so expensive just for the food to be horrible. I asked for a street corn and got this nasty corn that doesn't even taste right. I had really high hopes for this place.

Just a small little place to get some quick food. This is a step above a taco bell. You order your food at the counter, they hand it to you at counter, self serve sodas and a few tables. Quiet, clean and quick. Just note they charge you 3.5% if you use your credit/debit card. There is a very small sign in front of register and it was not mentioned to us when we checked out.

We were excited to stop by and try this new spot. It has a drive through and you can eat in. Small but perfect for a quick bite. I've had the tacos across the street and a block over, I really do like these way more. Staff was friendly and answered our questions. When you have a Small location like this things may come separate. But here, everything was great. Flavor full tacos. And I love the grilled red onion on the side. We will come back soon. This is now are third time in two weeks.

Some of the best tacos I've had in a while! Better than any of the Mexican restaurants in the Avondale and Goodyear area.

I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

I would say inside is similar to a Filiberto's, but I don't really care as long as the food is good. I'm a big taco fan and the tacos here are just ok. (Pastor way too salty, asada seemed blah, but suadero was good) I did make a lil drive to come out here but probably wouldn't do it again unless I'm just in the area. If o had to compare, I would say taco boys, ta carbon and tacos calafia are well above this spot. Good visit though and really just stopped to try.

Nobody, at least nobody alive, was on the premises, from my vantage point. Two buildings lay before me, both of which looked dark. Dusty railway cars on the track across the street. Is that where they would find my body, inside one of those, with the others? But, as I walked closer the scent of taco meat simmering, grilling and sizzling overtook my stupid fear. Tacos have never steered me wrong. Taco makers have always been some of my favorite people. Once that scent made me realize that I wasn't about to walk up on a crime scene and be the next victim, I happily opened the door. No customers but a young alive girl was behind the counter. Happy colors, neon, seriously the best salsa bar I have ever come across - they even had homemade, warm salsa macha on the side and everything else was cold and fresh because the condiments are covered in a literal steel trap to keep everything clean and sanitary. I had ordered my meal to go, and people started rolling up as I was leaving so I guess the party was about to start without me. Then I got my tacos home!! Exclamation point because they deserve it. I ordered two queso tacos that, of course, came with consumme. My eyes rolled back in my head when I took the first bite. The beef was juicy, flavorful, tender and the consumme complimented it beautifully. And when have ever been treated to so much cheese in a queso taco? Never. And the good, thick Mexican cheese, melted and abundant. Not some tasteless, cheap, inconsequential slop. My only regret? I live 10 miles away up a mountain and I couldn't run right back and order one more queso taco! I was literally starving for one more. So, I made some poverty nachos - cheap tortilla chips with cheddar melted on top in a microwave - and dipped them in the consumme. Well, actually I had another regret: I wasn't able to wash it all down with a Jamaica because they either ran out or didn't make it that today. I just know it would have been homemade and good.
