I ordered an XL 4 topping pizza and an 8 piece wings on line, which came out to almost $48.00. took well over an hour to get delivered, almost half an hour past what the estimated delivery time said. Excited for new store but I guess its new ownership. Don't know what they are doing.....totally out of control. Had about 10 people in line and all complaining. Ordered on line got email confirmation waited a complete hour at location then told she did not check the orders she received. A lot of people working only older owner doing everything. I got charged double for the tax, they claimed it was a system glitch, and that there was nothing they could do. I'm sorry, but terrible service! Why would I pay more because of a system glitch that ISNT my fault, for already expensive pizza! If it wasn't a special request for my brother's birthday, I would have ordered elsewhere! We stopped during the end of buffet. Decided to order a medium size pizza to eat there. Buffet didn't look too appetizing to us. The lady said it would be 10 min. We waited for what felt like forever. When my husband went to ask about our order the lady told her it was there at the buffet. Ordered pizza, soda, sandwiches at 11am, driver arrived at 12noon with soda ONLY!!! Driver went back and picked up the order and came back at 12:30pm. We decided to stop here in Diamond Bar after a long Father's Day at the beach. It's nice and clean with plenty of parking right in front of the business. It's bright there's three different TV's playing sports or whatever. Free refills on the soda is great. The pizza is slightly above market price but I found a coupon so that helped. Tasted good. We ordered an extra large half cheese and half pepperoni. Kids loved it. Wife an family ate the veggie pizza and bbq chicken pizza. Came out great. Staff is friendly. read more

This Round Table has been my standard of excellence for years. Evidently, as I have confirmed, there is a new owner. Duh....quite obvious. Quality is almost non existent. Pizza burned, toppings thrown on pizza with obvious disdain for the customer, salads with old, old vegetables! I called and asked if there was a new owner and then to speak to a manager and the female on the phone gulped a couple of times and then hung up on me! Weird. Back to Pizza Hut. This place is so great, it was easy to rate 5 stars! We celebrated my son's birthday this past weekend and we were going to have a large family party. When I went in to see about reserving space for a party, I'll admit that I was a little worried it might be too small to accommodate my party of 45. The owner- it is family owned- assured me that we could use as much space as needed and was also very open and accommodating to my ideas of how to use the space. We were able to use a separate portion for a buffet style presentation (we purchased party packs from their menu which worked perfectly for our needs) and for gifts/cake and even had a separate kids table. The game area was great for the kids, but as a bonus we asked if we could hook up a gaming system to allow the kids some other game options and the owner again was very happy to allow us use of outlets and even one of the TVs if needed (as long as we used our own cables, console and other gaming accessories which was not a problem for us). She encouraged us to place our order in advance so the pizzas could be prepped and ready on time. The day of the party, we were allowed time to set up and offered the use of things needed to decorate and help to rearrange as needed. The owner's daughter was wonderful and so helpful! She made sure all the details were on point and when we arrived she even presented our son with a birthday gift from the restaurant! Our order was ready on time and everything was delicious. They even had a smaller, team party at the same time, but it did not hinder our party at all and proved there was no reason to be concerned about space. It was an overall fantastic experience and my son had such a great, great birthday! This place went above and beyond to make this a special day for our family and our guests. The customer service was superb and I attribute it to being a family owned business. It felt like it was just as important to them as it was to us in making my son's birthday special. I would recommend this place over and over again! Good food, good customer service, good ambience- for parties or for lunch/dinner, this is a really, really great pizza place! read more

Great Customer Service! We experienced an issue with the online ordering system and I went into the store to discuss a refund. Management took care of everything and offered my family a free pizza. we came in with the family for the lunch buffet today... that was our first mistake. staying was our second. upon walking in there were at LEAST 6 tables in need of bussing, along with food on the floor. during our entire stay (about 90 mins) not one person came to bus the tables or sweep up the food on the floor. The Buffet. it was picked over, selection was poor. the salad bar was full of condensation and food/dressing spills all over the bar. the soda dispenser was full of melted Ice. it was a mess. they replenished ONE pizza the entire time we were there. the patrons were ravenous and the pizza didn't last long. The Help. Probably the worst part of the whole experience. we stood at the counter for what seemed like an eternity staring at this girl named Jessica screw around on her phone. after we finally got her attention and she began to speak, my immediate concern was she was on drugs. completely and utterly clueless about the entire world around her. we politely asked her to wipe down a table we wanted to sit at and instead of doing so, she directed my husband to a bucket of water and a rag!!!!!!! my jaw literally dropped. had we not promised our kids pizza, I would have demanded a refund right then and there. we bussed and wiped down our own table, requests for food replenishment was denied. there was another lady working there, middle eastern looking, middle aged, she also appeared to be doped up. slow as molasses, in speaking and action, just a general aire of confusion to her. Great new location, kept clean. Service was horrible and inefficient. Lady taking our order tried to convince to get an unlimited salad bar for 7 people as opposed to getting a couple of large garden salads. I told her it would be a difference of $50 and she just shrugged it off saying it's easier for her. She completed my order (which took almost 10 minutes). She asked me if paper plates were ok as its seemed like she didn't want to clean the plates they have. She forgot about the salad and then just told me to make my own garden salads in the large containers she provided. Food came out pretty quickly and she didn't even serve it to our table, she called me up to come get it from the counter whereas all the other tables were getting table service but the waitress was on a break and the lady behind the counter was too lazy to walk around. I won't be going back to this location ever again. It's a shame as RT pizza is good! read more
