However, I will suggest the following as a training lead. Either teach "Celeste" more about her Customer Facing position (ie: meet and greet with a smile and thank the Customer for stopping in.. etc etc) Especially when she was told it was our first time to this Pizzeria. In my opinion, she would better serve your shop on the Pizza Prep Line Crew or hand her a bucket and mop to keep the shop looking clean and tight.
