Positively, absolutely do NOT go to this one, there is another one just a few miles away and go there instead. The owner/manager Shawn/Sean is an absolute a-hole. I am a member of their loyalty club and was eligible for a free pizza on my birthday. When I went there the day, the doors were open but the store was closed. When I asked (I assume it was him as he was surly and unfriendly) if they participated in the loyalty promotion for the free pizza he told me that the cash register was closed, didn't know what that had to do with it and not wanting to wait another half hour for them to open and find out they didn't, left. The next day I called twice and each time I was told to hold and he never came back to the phone,(waited over 20 min each time) you know when it's the manager who answered, because he's the ONLY employee who never identifies himself when he answers as all the other employees do (perhaps he knows people will complain about him). To tell me that they do participate and that all they need to do would take a minute, one should NOT have to wait twenty min to get that info. (I found out from another store.). Robert who was a nice and friendly employee there told me you had to order through the app which was not true(so do they not want to do the promotion unless they are forced to as they should know how to do it properly and didn't ) and when I couldn't, I wanted to ask Shawn if I could order directly (that was the second time I was on hold a long time) a question that would only take S a minute to answer, no need to wait 20 min on hold. The other store on Redondo Beach Blv. Answered right away And S. never apologized for making me wait, I am sure he hope I wouldn't come by. It is worth the extra time and extra gas if you don't live near Redondo Beach Blv. Go to that one, where you will be treated kindly and respectfully. Before the pandemic I remember they had GREAT employees, the manager and a woman with a name like Yosenna worked there, don't know if it got sold or just new owners/managers but do NOT go there now. read more

We went during the first week of opening, a few things to note: That the pizza was delic, and although there was a wait for the pizza, the cashier was patient, attentive to our table, and kind to us. This is a only their first few weeks of business & one can tell they have some kinks to work out before it's a well oiled machine. But, the pizza is delic and the employees are insanely patient with so many eager customers. We are happy to have round table become our neighborhood pizza joint! read more

I ordered online for the Torrance location. And somehow the website sent the order to the PCH location. When I went to get my order, they didn't have it in the system. Over an hour later I get an order confirmation and I see it was to the wrong store after I already re-ordered from the Torrance store. The manager would not help at all. Even copped an attitude. Eventually said he'd give me a discount on my next order. My order was 120.00. Never again am I ordering from them. I did not make the mistake. They're system was at fault. read more

I've loved Round Table since I was a kid, I used to always love going to the Manhattan location. When I heard there would be one opening nearby I was thrilled. However, and I don't say this lightly, this location is perhaps the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever seen. Not once has an order been on time, they never have a driver despite advertising it online, there online hours are never accurate, they have never once offered to compensate for their awful service (which is consistent) and I've given this location far to many chances. Incompetent staff that don't speak any English, made me wait an excessive amount of time and never told me my order was ready, even though I was sitting in direct view of the girl who had taken my order. I love this place. I'm a 5-minute walk from my house, and this is my go-to restaurant for pizza. Great toppings and selection, and the staff is great as well when it comes to customer service. There are of course small kinks when I recognize members in training, but after my many visits I can see that they'll get more recognition as a location if they keep up the quality. read more

Very disappointed. My first time here & o ly because Pedones & Bonellos are both closed today. The positive is...the pizza was loaded with the vegis I ordered...onion..green pepper..mushroom..pepperoni...but something was OFF with the sauce. Super sort of salty/sugary....I could barely taste the pizza...it was overwhelming. I even put it all away..and now 2 hours later went to taste it again...super NOT GOOD. Very disappointing & I'm really just trying to support the small business's right now but this was NOT good. Maybe too much sauce? Something wasn't right today & I can't say I'll be back. 19.00 for a small pizza..if it kills it I'd be ok with it but this was a STRUGGLE. read more

Two stars because I actually really like their pizza! But a couple days ago we were rushed and hungry and I ordered a pizza online for pickup at a specific time. We drove over there when the pizza should have been ready and they were closed! No note, no notice on the website, I even got a confirmation email! I then had to figure out Plan B for my hungry family on no notice which is not fun for busy moms. My credit card was charged (even though they were closed and I never got my pizza) so I had to waste more of my time calling them three days later when they were back open to ask them to refund my money. Damn I love round table. However after a dozen orders over the past 6 months, I believe only 2 have been correct. The staff at the store is argumentative when approached on this. Often issues include forgotten sauces, 1/2 order of wings and seemingly dropped pizzas. Round table is nostalgic to me, I don't think I'll ever be able to order again given this is the only location near my home. I stopped in for the first time today. Just a warning, the kids boneless wings-Polynesian are very spicy. My kid had one bite, then I tried it, and it was too hot. I asked for a different sauce (BBQ) and they charged us. They should put a warning on spiciness for their wings, especially if it is a kid's meal. read more

My wife and I had been eagerly awaiting the opening of this location for months. We love Round Table Pizza. I finally went there last night. What a bitter disappointment. I called in a pizza order. waited 30 minutes before I even left to get it. Then when I got there I waited over an hour for it to be ready. They were not even that busy.It was like watching the three stooges make pizza. Almost every order that came out was wrong and everyone was complaining or just leaving. The pizza was not up to Round table standards either. Neither of us liked it. I also couldn't help but notice that they did not was a health department inspection grade card up anywhere. I could be wrong but I thought they were required in all restaurants in LA county. We will not be going back to this location. read more

Ordered a pizza just how it was supposed to be made with only 1 altercation with the sauce. It is clear as day and on my invoice. We waited 20 minutes for the pizza which is pretty standard took it home and come to find out I spent nearly 30 dollars on the pizza for it to be made wrong and had to take it back... Went there for the first time, for lunch, after seeing their sign for "Lunch Special $4.99". What a great deal. Personal Pan pizza, 4 slices, choice of any 4 toppings, and fountain drink. I've been waiting for this location to order. Then I read all the bad reviews...but, as I LOVE their Gourmet Veggie pizza, I ordered anyway. We had the pizza delivered, which was a little difficult to figure out, but as someone had posted the phone number, I called. They were very nice on the phone, even recommended that I get 2 medium pizzas, instead of the 2 small I had ordered. Due to a special it was cheaper. Was told they would be delivered in 45 minutes, they arrived in 30 minutes. And the Gourmet Veggie pizza was as good as I remember it. read more

Have gone to this Round Table location for over a year now, starting well before the pandemic. I've always phoned in my order ahead of time, or ordered via their website, and it has never run smoothly. Whatever time they suggest your pizza will be ready, add about 20-30 minutes to it. Today was even worse ... the site said to pick up my order in 15 minutes; but knowing better, I went there in 30 minutes, but it didn't matter ... I ended up waiting at the restaurant for an additional 40 minutes (55 minutes after the initial pickup time). The staff bumble around, not knowing where your order is in the process (if they even have a process), and just tell everyone that their pizza is in the oven and will be out soon. Pizzas get stacked in their warming oven, and they are constantly opening the pizza boxes to see what's inside because they have no way of knowing whose pizza belongs to which order. Terrible service. Also note that the majority of their staff do not wear their face masks properly ... most of them are slung under their noses or chins, including the folks in the kitchen (who you can see from the counter). Pizza itself is typically pretty good, if you're happy to put up with the crappy service. read more
