This place is horrible! I expected tonight to be busy so I decided to do a take out order. They told me the wait was 30 min. Had to wait about an hour with my 3 year old! Finally the supervisor comes out seeing I had been waiting super long and tried to find my order. They couldn't find it so I had to wait even longer for them to actually cook it this time. I have ventured to this round table twice now. If you follow me and know my history with Round Table, you know it has been a roller coaster to say the least. This location however, is tipping the scales in the favor or return business/ loyalty. The employees are efficient, informative and kind. The first time I went in, it was very, very busy and the team members were handling the rush beautifully. It took a bit longer to get my food but with me being able to literally see the rush of people, I was understanding. I had no issues with my order the first time and enjoyed the good old fashioned taste of round table. I just recently went again and I received the same level of customer care and attentiveness. My order was a little more complicated this time with a half and half pizza with various other toppings. I thought there would be an issue, but no! Pizza was correct, fresh and very tasty. My coworkers and I stopped here for lunch today and after paying for our buffet lunches decided to leave after we began to notice some serious problems. The sole worker during the lunch rush wouldn't honor my friend's 2 for 1 receipt because he said his boss was cheap. Whatever, no big. He went in the back and was coughing on the pizza as he was cutting it. My coworker said he noticed his fingernails were dirty. I picked up a plate and almost every one was disgusting, (See photo). The manager arrived for work a few mintes later and quickly refunded us, apologized, and assured us he would correct the problems. I just had by far the WORST experience at this location mind you I come here at least twice a week! Plus the 45 mins plus wait. They tried to give me a raw pizza on top of the wrong pizza at that!! The man who helped me was rude Fernando c. I asked for a refund and they only refunded me 18.80 and I spent 26$ there! When I asked for a manger he said he was the one in charge so there was no manger for me to talk to! I can't believe the over an hour I wasted and now I have to wait days to get the money back on my card! I will NEVER come back here in the night. I never have problems durning the day. I watched the guy pull my pizza out early you could tell it was still raw! He pulled it out touched it cutt it whatever noticed it was still raw putt it back in for a few secs then took it back out I worked at moutain mikes for years! I knew what he was doing! Do I have to actually rate a star? Let's begin there! My husband and I went there to pick up our pizza & salad since the delivery time quoted was 90-120 minutes. Ok, no biggie. We walked in, weren't greeted at all by any of the three employees who could clearly see us and carrying on their own side conversations. We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday night & their hours displayed they were open until 10pm. We paid for our pizza and WAY over priced salad bar and went over to the salad bar to make our salad & they had relatively NOTHING there & what was there was soggy & watery. I can't believe the guy who rang us up actually charged us for this shitty salad, when they could clearly see how poorly stocked it was. I asked for my refund. He did give it to me without hesitation thank goodness, but we aren't really from this area & have never had a bad experience with Round Table & we are very disappointed. I have been going to this Round Table for years and I must say it has hit rock bottom. My experience has gotten increasingly worse this last couple months but today was my breaking point. Very Very Disappointed on this particular round table pizza's customer service and whom ever today's (7/28/13) pm supervisor is. I work for a hotel and this place has delivered to our hotel many many times before, So you can guess my great shock when one of our hotels valued guest calls me back after my referral and complains that this location doesn't deliver to our hotel. So I call this place and ask to speak to the manager on duty and I get transferred to the supervisor who rudely states "you're not in our jurisdiction we do not deliver there." I of course explain that if you do not deliver to our location then why have you before (as soon as a few days ago) delivered to our hotel and also gave our hotel packets that say you deliver. He just rudely and stupidly responds "uh i don't know that's Kevin's deal." Kevin we have spoken and dealt with each many times before and i am so very greatly disappointed in who ever was left in charge today and only give you a one because of that sole employee. read more

So when I walked in the place it smelled like homeless people. There were a few druggies there and 2 other guys that looked like they opened a computer repair shop in the establishment. I really wanted pizza so I ordered anyway. The man who took my money went to the back and started making my pizza, I did NOT see him wash his hands, and they were dirty when he took my money. The manager came out and I asked if he could tell the guy making my pizza to wash his hands. He went straight to the back and told him and he made me another pizza. HAHA. So we used to come here for the lunch buffet all the time and the food was always decent. The salad was USUALLY acceptable and the pizza was pretty good. Then it started to happen: The salad became more and more limp and soggy with each visit, we'd always have to ask for fresh spinach because what was in the tub looked more like creamed spinach than fresh, the production got slower and slower and the pizza area sat empty for longer and longer. Then, the poo really hit the fan: they ran out of ingredients to make the cinnamon twists. Really? How do you run out of butter and sh*t?? They didn't even make an effort to rectify the situation. Hello! Go to the store! We're 5ft from a freaking Grocery Outlet, your boss won't get mad if you walk over and grab a few sticks of butter for like a dollar!! We, being the forgiving and tender people that we are, gave them another chance. Everyone can have a bad day and sometimes we don't always do the right thing if we're in a panic (or just not very smart). Yeah. They ran out of silverware the next time. Silverware? Seriously? Wash some! Its not that hard. Water + soap + scrub + rinse, toss it back out there and done. The next time we went in, we checked for the cinnamon twist. NONE. AGAIN. We walked out and went to another location. Winner! I wonder if they're even still in business. We saw each time we went in that there were less and less people. But really, with less and less people how do you run out of ingredients to make your food more and more often?? And how can it be that hard to keep the pizza's coming at the buffet? We ordered our pizza by phone, and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. The pizza was not ready, and had accidentally been "bumped" by a large unexpected crowd of sports team members. The manager, Richard, was incredibly gracious and apologetic and said they would begin my order immediately...he said it would be ready in about 15 minutes, and again graciously apologized for the oversight. True to his word, the pizza was ready (delicious by the way) and he, of his own volition, refunded me the purchase price. What a nice "stand-up" guy. I had not asked nor expected such a gracious gesture. Will I be back? You bet...this manager is pure class and the pizza is fabulous. The workers here are very nice and have great attitudes, the young Girl who answers the phone and works the cash register is very friendly, the pizza making guy is funny, he can make those pizzas. I drive 10 miles round trip just to buy pizza from this location. The place is clean and the pizza is fantastic! Highly recommend! read more

People waiting for over 40 minutes for their food in a restaurant that was noticeable dead. 6 tables with maybe 15 people in the restaurant and the snotty little girl running the register telling everyone that they were so slammed and busy. I ordered an extra large pizza with extra sauce. I paid over $35 for it and what I got was a lot of air pockets of dough, some cheese and hardly any sauce. It was horrible. Well. Using the round table pizza online ordering tool, placed an order for a large specialty pizza that was advertised at $19.99. Super excited to pick up what we thought would be a delicious pie. Arrived at the time suggested for pickup. Went to counter, "checked" in and paid. Was told it would be just a moment so went and sat to wait. Another customer "Kent" was in the lobby also waiting. They brought out his pizza to which he said, "An hour and a half wait???" followed by some expletives. No way our online pizza order could take that long, we had paid! Anyway, the cashier who took our money came over after about a 10 minute wait to say they were out of large dough, the only person who could make dough was delivering and offered a full refund if we didn't want to wait for the delivery/dough maker who "should be back anytime now". I asked why we weren't told that when we paid to learn there wasn't communication coming from the back to the front because of being busy and people calling to order. We elected to take the refund. The cashier walked back to the cashier station and after a moment disappeared into the back. To add the the confusion, after another wait, I walked up to someone coming out from the back to ask if she'd be giving us our refund to learn that the cashier who originally took our money was the supervisor on duty and was the only person able to complete a refund. She had taken a call in the back. Found out that supervisor/cashier was also the only one answering the phone. This employee (who was getting ready to have her dinner) asked if I wanted her to go get the supervisor. I said no, you're on break, go eat. She turned back and called out the supervisors name. Standing at the counter, I overheard the ladies in the back say they are completely out of dough! It's a Friday night at 7:30pm, not an ideal item to be short when it's the key product of your business. The cashier came back out, refunded us our $19.99 plus tax and offered us 30% off our next order. Just needed to give our contact number and her name. As we were walking out, delivery/dough guy came in carrying probably 5 empty pizza heating bags. We overheard the supervisor tell him, you're not on delivery, you need make dough. Called, was placed on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back. The same girl answered the phone as if it were her personal phone line and acted as if I had the wrong number. My husband called on his phone and she did the exact same thing. A guy was laughing in the background swearing at us. Normally I wouldn't give af but I have family from out of town staying at my house, and I'm not there and this is the only delivery service available right now. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut. Hire competent people and hire managers who know how to spot competence. Prior to this experience this location has never given us the correct pizza and last time we ordered cinnamon twists there was no frosting on them. So it was just twisted pizza dough. Went there for a pickup on a Monday Night and waited for a while. But the wait was worth it, because the pizza here is very good. I do think there is a huge difference from pizza places like pizza hut and dominoes, in comparison to pizza places like round table. Round table has its own taste which i enjoy very much so! I've been coming to this round table location since it originally opened, but as of today I will not be back! The last year or two this location has been the worst! Long delivery times, they hang up on you place you on long holds, just ridiculous! I get there for my take our order, all the little children workers are talking to each other loud, laughing and playing, music playing in the back loudly, I was already frustrated with the non helpful little girl who answered the phone, so to walk in and see her playing around not working and being loud got me more frustrated. She then asks if I had a pick up order, I say yes and provide the name it is under. She then goes to the register pushes some buttons then turns around and SCREAMS to the back kitchen asking an employee to go get another employee (why I don't know ) I assumed something was wrong with the register. The employees couldn't hear her because they had the music playing so loud in the kitchen so she proceeds to SCREAM to go get the other employee (I forgot the name but doesn't matter) she's laughing and joking about how the employee can't hear, mind you no one is saying anything to me or has said anything to me since I provided the name my order was under, 5 minutes go by and I'm still standing here unsure what is going on, I'm just simply waiting to finish my transaction pay for my pizza and go. The other kid the girl was screaming at came to the front as they're still joking and laughing, so I then interrupt their little party and ask is my pizza ready ? The little girl then asks me the name, I REPEAT the name, she goes back to the register pushes buttons, then walks 2 feet away to the pizza warmer oven, checks the name on the pizza, grabs it, then brings it to me. So what just happen? I just took my pizza and left and probably will not be back if they keep hiring children who choose not to learn or have proper work ethics. read more
