This is my down the street go to pizza place for years, but not anymore. I have over the years had several issues here and there, especially with online ordering. They would never see it, Id go for my pizza and they had no idea I ordered. This time I call to order & they said no that is an online order only special so I said ok, told them the problem in the past & to make sure they looked this time. He informs me it's impossible for them not to see an online order. So the 3x before that they were lying I guess. I place my order online...there is nowhere to say you want a half half pizza so under special instructions I write it in. because not everyone in my house can have meat. Then there was another place at the end of the order to call attention to any special request. I write again, please see pizza #1 is a half half pizza and if that cannot be done to please call me. We see when we get home that it isn't as ordered so we call. I get placed on hold 3x and 26 mins later finally get a manager who proceeds to tell me I did not put that on the order. I repeated to him twice where I wrote it. He reiterated I did it wrong. I should have called. I informed him I tried to call the order in first I was told I could not. 30 mins into having the pizza home he tells me to return all the pizza and he will make another one. I said ok but the rest of the house has already began eating of course after this long. He is irritated. and after much argument says he will make a small vegetarian. I am thinking ya right with spit in it or something because I have never had so much trouble with a company not just saying oh sorry your order is wrong let me fix it. 30+ mins on a phone for that was completely ridiculous. Im happy you saved a couple bucks because we will not be spending anymore money there. Whoever new management is you can tell a HUGE difference from how it was before. 'Pleasant' was not my experience this evening. I called for delivery (it's Friday night) and was rudely told that wasn't going to be an option because of limited staff and that the designated delivery person was needed in the restaurant. Really?? Did I mention it's Friday night? So I called a different location, still within a five mile radius, and was told first they could not deliver because I was not in their area then after 8 minutes on hold that they were to busy to deliver. My family and I love Round Table. We were in the area and stopped by this location for lunch.. we're sorry we did. Everything that could have went wrong did. The pizza tasted off and was under cooked, the drinks tasted like watered down splenda even though we didn't get diet flavored. Wasn't very clean and staff wasn't pleasant to deal with. Although, considering how the placed looked, I probably wouldn't be thrilled either. We didn't finish our meal but it didn't keep us from getting sick, unfortunately. Since it opened this was my go to place for pizza, but after tonight no more. Earlier this month I got the wrong toppings. Mistakes happen. However, tonight I ordered a pizza for take out and arrived 20 minutes later, at the time they told me it would be ready. Another 40 minutes later I was still waiting. A walk in order got their pizza and I was still waiting, I asked for a manager and no one acknowledged my request. I was told my pizza was being made. I said I was leaving. I left my phone number and asked to be called by the owner. No Pizza No Refund. No Customer Service. They definitely lost my business and do not deserve to be a Round Table. read more

Walked in, ordered, and was out. Great customer service by Raven, friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu.

After filing a complaint to the manager of the store, my issue was fixed. The manager handled the problem exceptionally and unexpectedly well. I received an email from the manager, apologizing and informing me that he has added me to the VIP book at that location for a free 1 large topping pizza and free 12 garlic twists. I merely expected an apology (to be honest, at least a coupon or free garlic twists), but instead I was given much more. I called over the phone and spoke to an employee about the order and then headed to the location to pick up my free pizza and twists. I do feel I was a bit overreacting but I was originally quite upset so I decided to buy a soda to at least feel like I'm paying for something. To my surprise, the employee that took my order even offered me the soda for free. I did not want to entirely take advantage of their service and even though it wasn't much, I left a $5. And after visiting the location, I noticed that the dining area was also spacious and clean. Were it not for my first bad experience with this location, I would have had a good first impression of the place and service. I am glad to say that I received my ranch sauces with my garlic twists this time and I appreciate the efforts that the manager and its employee made to deal with my concerns. read more

The lady even took all my payment info which was unprofessional, I ordered at 9 pm and she said it would take an hour and a half which I said fine, if she said we cant deliver because last call is at 9 for delivery I would of said ok, very unprofessional! read more

This round table is horrible. I placed a delivery order at 7:09 PM. The person who took the order stated that my order would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour. After and hour and 20 minutes, I called back to see when my order was going to be delivered and another worker stated that my pizza was about to be put in the oven. I was livid!!! An hour and 20 minutes after my order was placed, they said it was just going in the oven. 100% unacceptable! She offered no apology or anything. Only saying that I would be next. Me and my family went for dinner after a holiday performance. While we usually don't get Round table all the time because its a lil pricey for our family of five for pizza. But its my very favorite pizza of all time. We came to this location and Im so happy we did. We had the best service I have had in years. The staff is awesome. Pizza is good but they're canceling yelp online orders. You'll get a call from yelp after about 20 minutes telling you "the restaurant canceled the order, good bye". I called and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 months - yes, I eat that much pizza. Do yourself a favor and avoid the watt avenue store. Pizza Buffet Is Good Without Garlic Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls As Price Has Gone Up I haven't been to this location for more than 2 months. I decided to go back to my favorite Round Table for Pizza Buffet. Completely different people are running this Pizza Place. When I order from round table, it's usually a treat because it's expensive and tasty. I ordered the gourmet veggie but was very disappointed this time around. For the expensive price, they went cheap on the topping and had a careless chopping skills. Also never order pan crust because it's too thick and not cooked all the way through. I can get a cheaper one from papa murphys (it's called something like garlic chicken and artichokes) and it's way cheaper. read more

They forgot my drink, ranch, pizza was burnt, twists were burnt and when I went to use they're outlet to charge my phone he claimed I was wasting his electricity. This is by far the worst round table I've ever been too. It's not very clean if you go in. The last 2 deliveries have taken about 90 minutes to arrive. Great pizza. Owners are extremely accommodating for their buffet. One of the best Round Tables in the area and I go often for the buffet.

Our whole softball team went here last night and Kevin the manager was super nice and very accommodating to us he left the salad bar up and right when we got there he made sure there was plenty of fresh pizza. I would go to this location again just to know how great of service I would receive. If I had my own business Kevin is exactly the type of employee I would want working for me and Round Table is lucky to have him. Plus the round table always has great pizza.
