I'm from the Bay Area so I love Round Table Pizza, but this location is not the best. I ordered online expecting my order to be ready since it took me 20 minutes to get here and they said online it would be ready in 15. It's been over 15 minutes since I've arrived and I'm STILL waiting. There are more employees working than customers do I'm withering what is going on...Plus the restaurant is dirty with food on the floor. This round table has come a very long way since management changed, the staff is so much nicer and the environment is so much more pleasant. I work in the parking lot and have come in twice since management changed, we stopped coming previously because the staff was rude as ever. We decided to give it another try and were pleasantly surprised, we were greeted by Monica at the register each time, she is friendly, sweet and informative about how the lunch special works. We come on our 30 minute lunch and Monica is sure to get us checked in and with plates quickly. She need a raise as well for being the friendly face of your business! read more

Came here for a 50-person event last week. Pizza was decent. It took the staff a whole 5 minutes just to get me a cup. Salad wasn't so great, and breadsticks were decent. This branch just opened in a plaza late last year which is 5 minutes from my house. Eventhough I tried another Round Table Pizza years before when I was still dating my wife, I had the great experience of having their meat lovers thin crust and it was amazing. So we were in the mood for pizza and I said to myself, SELF why not try Round Table instead of the usual Dominos or Pizza Hut so we did. My wife ordered a Large half hawaiian and half meat lovers and I went to pick it up. When I got there, place was clean and smelled good. People were enjoying their lunch but then when I went to pick up and pay, I found out that Large pizza was $26...I'm like whoah! What the heck is in that pizza...caviar? I've seen Large pizza for $10 from other places. But since I was there, I might as well take it. Got home and ate it and it was ok. Now that I think about it, it wasn't the thin crust that I came to love years back and that is why it tasted different. I am not completely turned off and will give them another chance. Brought my kids in for the lunch buffet and because of a severe gluten allergy I had just planned on eating a salad. We walked in and saw "Gluten Free" crust available! After talking to Monica who was a complete sweetheart and took my allergy serious I decided to give it a try! Been here twice since new ownership and will not be returning. First time they had messed up my pizza 3 times! Finally the manager gave me a free pizza for a future visit in which I used. Came today and I had to wait 40 minutes for pizza and wings. I had to go ask for my pizza and when it did come out it was room temperature and the wings were soggy. Then asked twice for them to refill ranch and forks at salad bar. By the time they did, I was done eating. This staff needs to be proactive instead of reactive. read more

Parents beware!! Don't let your kids play these games! We spent almost $20 on games. I watched my daughter play these games like Deal or No Deal. She won over 300 tickets and she won a lot more on the other games. After using up all her tokens, she brought her tickets to get her prizes at the front. The worker weighed the tickets and she said it's 250 tickets! What?! I for sure know that it's more than that! So basically we wasted our money for these games. Get a ticket counter!!! Monica (the manager) and the staff were amazing! They were so accommodating, they gave us the best experience ever! We origanlly booked our party at Shakeys (just down the street) but they kept getting our reservation mixed up it was just a mess very unorganized and nat I had it was dirty, so we came here and Monica made it happen! I recently had my son's birthday party here and it was a great choice. We reserved a private room for our event and got their a little early. The room wasn't ready and our guest were starting to arrive. Monica, the manager helping with our event, was able to help get our room set up fairly quickly and even had her staff help us with some of the decorations. We had a small, semi impromptu, gathering for our sons 5th birthday today. Easily reserved the small room to keep the kids contained while we ate and socialized. We were able to decorate ,watch the Dodger game , greet our guests ,play video games...and the staff was amazing!! I feel awful for not knowing their names , but there were two women who assisted us with our order, our room, and they were especially interactive with the kids, in the best possible way; our son , loved them . They remembered his name and even asked him how his "party" was as we left. It was great! It was easy. They were friendly and while they cannot assign a personal attendant, similar to a "chuck e cheese " type establishment, the staff will assist as much and where they can . However, you can just ask for what you need without being made to feel like you're inconveniencing anyone.
