    Blackened Shrimp Bowl

It's officially Christmas Ale season and the Yuletide at Royal Docks is a local favorite. I love the fresh rosemary and sugar on the rim (optional). This beer is fragrant and delicious. I also like the dinner options here, which range from traditional pub foods like flatbreads, wings and burgers, to some healthier options like the shrimp bowl with brown rice, avocado and corn. It's an inviting setting with the fires going on the patio, and they have some good Happy Hour deals. One of their standard brews - the Royal Dark - is currently offered for $3 even after Happy Hour ends. Service was team based and very friendly and attentive.

Been wanting to eat here for about 5 years and just never made it, but we made it last night! I've had the Backyard Crusher beer and it's always tasty, so I had mother one last night. We split a mergherita flatbread and it was good as well. The fried deviled eggs were fantastic as was the muffuletta sandwich. Fries were good too. Nothing to make me want to give it 5 stars necessarily. Servers were nice and it was moderately busy on this late summer Saturday early evening. I'll be back to sample more of the menu.

Ordered the "Linner" (buffet) which was hit or niss, more miss. Namely, I'll run down some particulars. Chicken parm? Ugh. Dry and coagulated. The breaded shrimp and Coconut shrimp-both greasy. Pulled pork- that was a winner. BBQ rib ends- a bit fatty, but tasty. Cod over lemon rice- was dry and unappealing. And so on.....hey, it's a buffet, and as I mentioned, some of the items were a bit lacking but you'll have that; oddly, struck me as not unlike a Golden Corral. Now here's the twist. Myself, I actually DID spring for the "all you can eat crab legs and steak", and they were both quite good, and the server was attentive to bringing out more on the regular. Just realize, it's like $69 for that option. Pricey? Depends on your indulgence for crab :-) . End of the day, a "meh" experience, and I probably wouldn't make the effort to return Show less

We were one of three cars in the parking lot. The way all this works is that food is brought out to you instead of a buffet style. This keeps the servers busy, which can lead to some delays. I opted to not get the crab, but did have everything else. I walk say that the majority of my food came out cold. Nothing had great flavor and nothing was tender. It was dry, rubbery and tasted like it was made previously and microwaved. Service was good, the place appeared clean, food disappointing.

The restaurant itself felt run-down -- chipped and dirty plates, wobbly tables, and staff loudly arguing in the back. At one point it seemed like our server may have quit mid-service. We received no drink refills and virtually no service beyond our food being dropped off at the table. Every dish arrived cold and disappointing. My grilled chicken was the frozen kind you buy pre-packaged at the store. My husband's steak was mostly fat, and my father-in-law's steak was barely six ounces. The lobster mac and cheese was bland and had no noticeable lobster. To top it off, our table of adults was given a single steak knife to share. Not a single table in the restaurant appeared to be enjoying their meals. After paying nearly $200 -- with no apology or attempt to make things right -- we left and went to another restaurant just to have dinner. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

"Keep it simple" and let the true flavor of the dish come out. Too much seasoning and you are making it to complex. "Keep it simple " and the food will speak for itself. The service was a little slow as well, went about 4:00 before the dinner rush and it was not busy, can't imagine if it was busy. But does not mean i would not go back.

We were seated immediately upon arrival and greeted by a very friendly waitress. She explained that Table Six is a family-owned business, which we always appreciate because we love supporting local, small businesses. She also let us know that everything is made to order and brought out as it's finished. The only aspect we didn't love was that the food arrived as it was completed rather than all at once. While we understand that's part of their made-to-order approach, it's not our preferred dining style. We were unable to eat together without one of us having cold food. The food came out about 10 minutes apart. Based on our waitress's recommendation, we ordered the Roasted Brussels Tacos and the T6 Smash Burger. Both were flavorful and satisfying, and we were happy with our choices. For dessert, we ordered the Peanut Butter Brownie Sundae and The Elvis, a banana pudding dessert with peanut butter. We took both to go and discovered later that the peanut butter topping was accidentally left off The Elvis. While that was disappointing, the banana pudding itself was absolutely delicious and still enjoyable. Between the warm service, family-owned atmosphere, and tasty food, Table Six left a positive impression on us. Despite the small dessert mix-up, we'd definitely return if we're ever back in the area.
