Went on a double date to Rraci after hearing nothing but good things about this Italian restaurant. Place was bustling and looked very sheik inside. The minute you walk in, you can tell you are going to be eating and experiencing high end dining. All of the servers did a wonderful job managing our table. We wanted to try the Spiedino Romana as neither of us have ever tried it before and it was delicious. A must try. The capers, sauce, cheese and crispy fry on the corners of the Spedini, makes this appetizer a flavor explosion. My best friend ordered the Pollo Scarpariello and really enjoyed his dish. My wife ordered the Pappadelle in a duck ragu and said it was absolutely delicious. I ended splitting spaghetti carbonara and Pollo e Salsiccia with best friends gal as we were on the same page with wanting to have both. The carbonara was creamy and just excellent. The sauce on the chicken and the spice of the cherry pepper made this dish really hit home. We ordered some espresso and my wife had her usual favorite creme brulee. Food was on the money. For anybody wanting to check out this fine establishment, I recommend ordering apps and sharing as the portions are not super filling but can hold you over as the wait for the entrees can take some time at this place. Very happy with the experience and we are lucky to have such fine dining around the Danbury area. This restaurant has the people of Danbury and Brewster area eating well. Danbury Rd has a hidden gem in RRACI ! If you don't know, now you know BAY-BE!

Call Lindsay passed it was perfect. I also asked them for garlic and oil to dip the bread and it was funny to come out with a nice beautiful soft Italian bread and then you come out with some kind of pizza

Mozzarella appetizer. Yummy!

Finally came here after years of driving by wanting to go. Very classy traditional Italian restaurant. Greeted as we walked in and sat immediately for our 5:30 reservation. Loved the dark tones and red lighting, perfect for date night. I also noticed they had an outdoor area which I would love to try in the spring/summer. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the mozzarella appetizer and I like how they split it into two separate plates for me and my husband. For dinner I got the carbonara and it was phenomenal!! I ate the entire plate. My husband got a chicken dish and said it was the best he's had in a while. For dessert we tried the crème brûlée which was also delish. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Cold lobster pic for attention.

Get this. Our table was not ready when we got there and they need to do some MAJOR sound control work. But that was the only miss otherwise 10/10! Love this place. Great food, lovely all male (a little awkward) staff.

I came here to celebrate my birthday over dinner. The ambiance is nice and elegant. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good. A little higher end price wise but expected. The beef carpaccio appetizer was good. The ravioli was delicious. The red wine was good. And the espresso martini was good as well. Overall, a nice night.

Service, food, and ambiance were all top notch! I would say personally top 3 Steakhouses I've ever been to and that is saying a lot. The only down side is the parking is a struggle to say the least. The parking lot doesn't go around the building which could leave you backing down the aisle.Other than that it was fantastic and cannot wait to go back!

Lobster cocktail (special appetizer) with aioli and cocktail sauce

I can't believe I have only just discovered this place. As a Westchester-rooted foodie who moved to CT 20 yrs ago and has been fortunate to dine at top NYC steak houses and other fine restaurants, this is such a pleasant surprise to have practically in my backyard (!) The venue itself is reminiscent of a traditional, high end steak house, with dark wood paneling throughout. The maitre d and staff in suits or crisp white shirts and suspenders. There's no question about what type of dining experience one is about to embark on, yet diners can wear whatever they are comfortable in. Some guests appear to be regulars and are greeted with friendly 'Bonna cerra' and kiss on the hand, some guests are in jeans, and others in suit jackets. We were celebrating an anniversary and so a little on the dressier side. I felt perfectly comfortable amongst the crowd-- and it was crowded(!) We made reservations a few weeks in advance for a Saturday night and the parking lot as well as restaurant were completely packed. Despite the crowd, we were seated within 5 minutes and immediately were brought bread and asked for preference of water. Drink orders were taken very shortly afterwards. Servers were highly attentive and timing between courses was perfect- didn't feel rushed and were never longing for the next course. The food-- exquisite presentation and my lobster cocktail and lamb chops were executed to perfection. My husband had Caesar salad and a porterhouse. I don't think I ever saw the salad as it was pretty much devoured before I could snap a pic. Medium rare for the porterhouse and was prepared just right. The filet could easily rival some of the top 'well known' restaurants. Apart from the filet, the rest of the porterhouse was slightly less impressive than some of the name brand venues however still quite good. Having now discovered this gem, we will definitely be returning. It was a little cooler out (late Sept) and we sat inside however after dinner found a beautiful patio overlooking a cascading waterfall in the back. 10/10 dining experience. Excellent food and service. Perfect venue for special occasions or other celebrations.

Exceptional food and traditional Italian dining rooms and service. We started with a bottle of white wine from their extensive list. They set up an ice stand and were consistent with making sure our glasses were full. We enjoyed the fresh fried calamari and I have to say it's the best I've ever had. For our main dishes, we had the carbonara and branzino which was the fresh catch of the day. The fish was perfectly flaky, garlic green beans and buttery mashed potatoes tied it all together. While I'm not usually a carbonara fan, it was recommended as the best pasta by the server. It was creamy and the touch of truffle was delightful. The bill adds up quickly but it is totally worth it for a special occasion.

Still the best dinner spot in the area. All of the trendy spots on Mill Plain Rd can't compare.

We started with a really great two cheese crostini which was delicious. I paired that with a rye old fashioned (or two) and that drink really hit the spot. For my entree I had a meatball hero which was just as delicious the next day when I had the second half for lunch. The portion was huge and I loved the meatballs and the sauce. For dessert we had a cheesecake with a house made pistachio creme which was amazing. We had a chance to talk to Tim who I believe owns the place and we asked him about a sign we saw on the westside at Innovation Studios for a Rebellion Gastropub. He says he hopes to have that open early in the new year so we can't wait to try that out as well, especially since it's only a five minute drive. But it's worth a 20 minute drive or more to visit Rebellion and we'll definitely be back.

Cenadou is one of those places that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. Set in North Salem,…read morethe dining room overlooks a beautiful meadow with rolling hills in the distance, creating a peaceful backdrop that feels quintessentially Westchester. The space is modern, warm, and understated. Everything we ordered was excellent. The panisse was golden and crisp on the outside, soft and creamy in the middle. The hake was light, buttery, and cooked perfectly, and the lamb chops were tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. Every plate felt carefully put together, with classic French techniques and just enough creativity to make each dish feel special. And then there was dessert. The profiterole was the perfect ending to the meal--a light, airy pastry filled with ice cream, covered in a crisp hazelnut shell, and finished with a smooth chocolate glaze. It had the perfect mix of crunch, creaminess, and rich chocolate, but somehow still felt light enough that you wanted every last bite.

It's a great space: simple and comfortable, lively yet not too loud. My one complaint is re nuts. Why so many dishes with them when so many people are allergic? Overall though we really liked it and will probably return.
