Rraci's is the model of a well run establishment. Upon entering you are greeted warmly and graciously escorted to your table. The music, lighting, and great service by a well trained sharply attired staff completes the evening. The menu is well thought out and thoroughly pleasing. Also Included are appetizers and dinner specials that are unique and appealing. The delicious appetizers are presented most ascetically. The chicken and veal dishes are as delicious as they look. Rraci's offers beer (tap bottle), wine by the glass and bottle, and superb mixed the drinks. I personally love all the chicken dishes and my wife is a fan of the veal sorrentino and osso buco. The ample choice of desserts are mouth watering and filling. The soufflè desserts are special but must be ordered with the meal to insure there preparedness. I have never had a questionable experience or a bad meal at Rraci's. Definitely our go to restaurant for a great meal and great time. read more

I can't put into words how much I love this restaurant ... pricey but worth every dollar .... busy but you will never notice because you become so entranced in their food and atmosphere that next thing you know you are three bottles of wine in ..laughing and having the best time. My favorite part is they allow you to enjoy the restaurant. You don't feel rushed to get in and get out ... there is always someone there to get you what you need without feeling like they are trying to turn the table to the next guest. Table got mozzarella for appetizer and it was absolutely delicious. Also highly recommend the Cavatelle and Pollo Martini. The best part though was the desserts. Outstanding - each time we visit we experience exceptional service and out of this world food. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable about wine selections with wonderful recommends for dinner (though I'm sure all menu items are amazing...we just haven't made it through them all. Yet.) Best Italian food around. The fresh mozzarella is amazing. Real pasta. My kids were blown away by their chicken parm-the best they have ever had. I am GF and DF and was able to get a great meal, modified for this issues. I had a special seared artichoke, beet salad (minus the cheese) and fries. All were amazing. read more

Extremely disappointed. I brought my mother here last night for dinner and we were so excited because we heard such good things. To start we ordered the scallop special which came with two tiny scallops served over two potato cakes. Scallops were cooked perfect however the potato pancake was soaked with nothing but grease and that's what it taste like. The trio bruchetta was good also with the Funghi ravioli. For our entrees my mom got the veal martini and she was very happy with that. I on the other hand got the shell steak. I asked for it to be medium rare. It came out medium and was served on a cast iron plates that was piping hot so the meat was still cooking. Inhave never seen a steak served like this. Common sense would tell you that the plate is cooking the meet. On top of that it looked grey and it tasted like it was cooked in a flat top that had not been cleaned in years. Tasted like grizzle with the butter after taste. I even asked my mother to taste and she was disgusted. I will also add that the green beans were nothing but soggy limp things lol. I ordered a second drink and waited 15 minutes before asking my server again! The only true highlight of the night was the strawberry soufflé. Omg the absolutely most delicious thing I've ever eaten. So koodos to the Bakery Chef! Your head chef on the other hand could use some help. My biggest disappointment is that after I sent my steak back at no point did a manger come over to apologize of offer anything else. I frequent restaurants regularly and any time something is sent back a manger should come over. I even went to an outback and got well done steak when I asked for rare and the manager came over almost immediately. I don't know I guess with a place this expensive in Brewster NY you would think the managers would try to keep their customers. So sadly that was my first and last time. read more

We hosted our annual dinner at Rraci's for my office and it was a perfect venue. There was 7 of us and we had a nice corner table. Service was excellent and food is always delicious. I highly recommend the butternut squash ravioli. I am looking forward to going back soon. read more

Food was excellent. My wife and I started with an endive and a Caesar salad. Wife said the endive was delicious and so was my caesar. I had the veal chop with hot peppers with broccoli and baby potatoes which was great. Wife had the salmon which she also said was very good. Service was excellent. We have been going for a few years now and finally posting a review. Such a great place! Classic old school Italian food in a warm and friendly environment. Fresh pasta, awesome liver (if you're a fan) and perfect soufflé! Generally the food and service is excellent. However, last nights dinner on Valentine's Day left a bad taste in our mouths! We had a 7:00 reservation and we were not seated until 7:45 which is really not acceptable. We stood the entire time by the bar with no apology nor attempt to provide us with a drink The place was packed when we got there and when we left as well. We were told we can't ask people to leave! Well then you should have 2 seatings and people will have to oblige. I was looking forward to a wonderful evening out and this clearly put a damper on it! Not even an apology was given. Best Italian Restuarant! Family run and always consistently great food. This is not the chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs type place. Menu has items you will love but don't see at other Italian restaurants. Highly recommend the Bistecca and Tomahawk Veal chop. Better than any steakhouse you have EVER been to. They sear it in a 1600 degree infrared salamander and the quality and taste of the meat is second to none. All their pastas are made fresh daily. Excellent wine cellar and for dessert, you have to try one of their soufflés. I always compare Rraci's to any other good Italian restaurant and I have yet to find one better. read more

Overpriced and Underwhelming We recently returned to Rraci to celebrate my wife's Birthday. This was to be a celebration but instead it was an overall unpleasant experience. We encountered the same unextraordinary menu and our entres, Veal Chop, New Zealand Lamb Chops were average, the Chocolate Souffle was more like a thawed out frozen desert than a freshly baked pastry. However, the worst part was the service. Although the reservation was booked as a Birthday event you can imagine our disappointment when no one came over to offer my wife a Birthday greeting. I decided to approach the three or four suits mulling around the reception area to inquire about this when Hime (indicated he was the owner) spoke for the group stating that he would handle this. Hime proceeded to offer a convoluted excuse even blaming the waiter. When I returned to our table we finished our deserts and to my shock no one ever came over to provide a simple Happy Birthday wish for my wife. So, overpriced, average cuisine, coupled with poor service has earned Rrachi a place among the many overpriced mediocre restaurants that litter Northern Westchester. Fortunately there are several fine eateries in the area that appreciate their customers and offer outstanding dishes and service. After years of patronage to Rracci, my family and friends are done with them. read more
