We had a party of 10 and we had a wonderful experience. Anthony was our server and we just loved him. Great personality and he gave excellent service. This is one of those reviews that was almost not written. I stopped in at this restaurant because it was close to where I was staying and the roads were frozen over. Needles to say I didn't want to venture out. Plus when I looked at Yelp, there were some pretty negative reviews. I gave them the benefit of the doubt , and I'm glad I did. Not only was the atmosphere full of energy, but the staff, and especially my server Tara, were very hospitable and cheerful. Additionally, the menu was not what I expected. The items were current; such as the grilled Brussels sprouts and steamed spaghetti squash and I had the ribs- which were delicious. A great experience all around, plus I saved a little money, because it was so affordable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant that is affordable and has great tasting food. read more

Food was great, had to wait 12-15 minutes for a alcoholic drink, then another 7 to order: seems understaffed with the waiters, the short older hostess does not accommodate or doesn't seem toddler friendly. The cooks are always on the beat. Will come back during the day. Not recommended 7PM- Closing might feel like your a burden after those times I mentioned. And people don't wear masks around the restaurant, close booths and seating, not COVID friendly I would say. read more

Ordered take out while on a business trip and staying at hotel next door. Order was done 5 minutes early and bartender who provided it and took my payment was very friendly. Steamed broccoli was delicious, not overcooked and with a great seasoning. Caesar salad was very light on Parmesan cheese and some lettuce was bitter. Dressing was OK, with a hint of anchovies but not much else going for it. Ribeye steak was cooked medium rare as requested, but was the thinnest and fattiest steak I've ever seen. The gristle and veins in it made 3/4 of it inedible. I realize this isn't Morton's or Ruth's Chris, but for $18+, I expect a steak I can eat. read more

Ok stop in to try this ruby Tuesday like i did in tenn, and all i can say is the cheese bread they brought to the table was great. I personally ordered a salad bar. 7.99 and it was only 3 kinds of lettuce and about 8 other things to choose from no fruit, no jello no pudding nothing to say bam this salad bar is woeth 7.99, i had one small portion salad for 7.99, and i will never go back there. My daughter order the sliders well 2 sliders that only was burger bread cheese and a few fries was 14.00. This was the worst for price and food. read more

Went in on Thanksgiving evening, came home from dinner with family... Didn't want to eat leftovers just yet. Place was busy, only business open on Airport Road. Sat at the bar, had a beer and ordered a Med Rare petit sirloin. When the steak arrived it was over cooked. I asked for a recook and ordered another beer. Shortly later, from the left-hand side of the kitchen... I see a steak slam down, the employee yelled the bartender's name, and said something rude(directed at the guest/me) that the steak was not overcooked the first go around(it was). This go around, the steak was not overcooked, but... the steak was old/ off the bottom of the rack. I picked at it, & asked for a to go container, and I will probably give it with my dogs. The sides were delicious. Maggie, the bartender was wonderful. Not her fault that there are idiots who yell rudely in front of customers while working in an open kitchen. I am not a tourist. I live about a mile down the road. Like Ruby Tuesday's, food is good, do wish you had a better local tap list. read more

We decided to try Ruby Tuesday's last night since it was close to our hotel. I don't think we'll be coming back though. The menus were sticky, my coffee mug handle was sticky and even the drink/desert menus were dirty. Our spinach/artichoke dip was served lukewarm. We ended up just sending it back. My bacon bourbon steak was very grisly and chewy. On the other hand the service was as great! And the salad bar was really good too. read more

I was in Fletcher this past Saturday (7-28-18), on the way home to Louisiana. We ate here, because it was right across the street from our hotel. We were seated right way. The waiter was Austin, and he was a great waiter, except he took too long with my card, which made me nervous. Anyway, I ordered the salad bar combo, which was a mistake, because the salad bar itself filled me up. The salad bar was SO good! I wanted to go back for more if I was able. For the combo side of the meal, I got the cheeseburger sliders with fries. The burgers were juicy and the fries crisp. The coke I had was perfect as well. Overall, it was a good experience. Too bad my town no longer has one, much to my dismay. If you are in Flechter (Asheville, NC) cutting through or there to see the Biltmore or the Blue Ridge Mountains, you should stop by the restaurant. read more

Ruby Tuesday's seemed to be my last shot, so I ventured in ...(thinking, ...this is going to be junky food, and I'll be sorry afterwards, (but at least FULL) I was AMAZED at my experience....The Bartender Melanie was great. Attentive, gave good suggestions, and....followed up on everyone's meal around me to see that they were satisfied. My meal was a kale salad with grilled salmon....and it delicious! Holy cow. I have never had such a worse dining experience in my life. I had received a gift card for Christmas and went there on a date to spend the card. We wanted to save room for dessert so we both ordered a small portion of chicken tenders. I asked to replace the fries for a ceasar salad and our server said that would be ok and then she slyly try to say well just help yourself to the all you can eat salad bar which was an upcharge. I told her right away that I was not interested in the bar I just wanted the one salad. She never came back to refill our beverages. When our chicken came out, there were 3 tiny 2 inch tenders. One full size tender had actually been torn in half and split on our plates. I was so dumbfounded by the portions so I spoke with a manager and he brought us out 2 more tiny tenders however it didnt come out with any dip so I had to ask another server for honey mustard since our server never came back over until after our meal was fully over. Maybe she was feeling embarassed for trying to sneak in the upcharge. By the time it was over we were too angry and flustered to stick around for dessert. My husband and I stopped for dinner while traveling. We each had a drink, an appetizer and our meal. There were no crackers on the salad bar and we overheard other patrons ask for crackers. The waitress went and got them some saltines. Our dinner entree came without any kind of bread. When I asked the waitress for some bread, she stated that they have a new CEO and he had taken bread away. It was a $50 night for us and we felt like they were getting chintzy. I did not enjoy my two visits to this location. The service was poor, not polite. The bar area smelled like old, stale beer. The salad bar looked messy, like no one wanted to touch it. We went in on a Sat. afternoon, the restaurant wasn't busy, it took a while to order at the bar, we ordered appetizers and they were very slow getting our order, I order came after we asked if there was a problem, the second came and was worse than I've seen, so we asked for them to take it off the bill, we paid and left. There was no apology, every employee seemed mad, no one including the manager ever smiles. We work in the hospitality industry so we know service and this restaurant just don't have it. Went there for dinner tonight and got the shrimp and pasta. Well they had put way too much seasoning on the shrimp to where I couldn't even eat it. The manager came by and asked if everything was OK and I said yes except that the shrimp was way to spicy. He went back and made me a new order without the spice. He handled it in a timely manner. There were eight red shirts in sight (indicating employees). I stood at the vacant hostess stand over five minutes before anyone spoke to me. I was finally seated, took my drink order and brought it right back. She said she'd give me a minute.....ten minutes later. I just helped myself to the salad bar. That was the end of my service until she dropped off my bill and never returned to take my money. I took my credit card out, left exact change and left. Went last night with my mom and 2 sisters to enjoy a late Mother's Day celebration. Wasn't a lot of customers. We were seated and our drink orders taken.. needed a few extra minutes to look at menu to order. Way too many choices on menu and nothing really looked appealing. So my sister and mom split the two for 22 which was a 6 ounce sirloin steak your choice of two sides and a dessert. My other sister ordered a Cobb salad I decided to order a 6 ounce sirloin med well steak with baked potato and a Caesar salad. It took at least 45 minutes for our food to come to the table while the restaurant wasn't busy at all. When they brought our dinner,my steak looked extremely different from my mother and sister who ordered the same steak .mine was flatter Than a pancake( literally) and I asked the manager why my steak was different when it was the same two steaks my sister and mother ordered his reply was we use a different steak if you want it medium well what kind of answer is that!! I gave him a funny look and he said yes I can see what you're talking about I can give you a discount or bring you another steak at that point I didn't know what to say he said let me go cook you another steak so I said OK. The second steak was brought out and still didn't look like the 6 ounce sirloin's my mother and sister had ordered I was brought another baked potato which was not done in the middle the steak was terrible! I have never had a steak so bad in my life! At that point I ate a few bites finished the first potato that was brought to me the first go around and we paid and left the restaurant. I'm writing a review because I feel this place is getting an undeserved rap. We mostly have to go to standard, chain restaurants due to brats addicted to chicken nuggets and burgers. I am glad we went here. The manager was on the ball (I did not need him; I could just see this), food was excellent, and service was fine. Clean joint. I liked the hostess- she was perky and helpful to a large group that came in and was instantly accommodated for. Prices were right for us. I was extremely pleased with my dining experience here. I felt as if all of my food was freshly prepared and nothing was overdone. I ordered the asiago sirloin and it was perfectly seasoned and the topping of white sauce and asiago cheese was amazing. My steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. My sides were amazingly flavored.(mashed potatoes and green beans) My wife ordered the Parmesan Chicken Pasta and her experience was as enjoyable as mine. The staff was well mannered and service seemed nothing but prompt. I plan to return to this establishment and am happy to give them five stars for a corporate food chain. Nicely Done! read more

Felt like an inconvenience. My husband and I went in around 5 to have a glass of wine and dinner at the bar. They were out of our choice and asked what they are substituting. No help. Order 2 Malbecs at $10 each. The bartender never asked us is we wanted water and never asked if we wanted dinner. Waited on several other customers after us.
