I have always enjoyed RT.When the OP location closed I was sad as I loved all the salad bar choices and those great coupons when you join the RT club. They have great sandwiches and entrees such as the ribs. I have never had issues but if I do the management is always HaPpY to make it right. read more

Well, we went yet another time to try and give this restaurant a chance. The advertisement for surf and turf lured us in. I had a steak, crab legs and a baked potato. The steak didn't look like it was ever over 16 ounces before being cooked. When we received our food , the steak was very bland, the baked potato was barely lukewarm and there were no pliers or crackers to open the crab claw. Then, upon going to the restroom , there was no hand soap. The only positive thing about the experience was the waitress , heather. Worst service and food for the price. When I took my grandmother for lunch we waited an hour for our food, but they had lots of larger parties so we didnt mind waiting. What killed it was that our server DISAPPEARED for the whole wait. We actually heard from the table next to us, their server let them know about the wait. When our food finally came, we had ordered the same thing and they looked completely different. The portions were so messed up. The manager didnt care at all. I asked for more sauce from our server and she basically ignored me and went to get another table some to-go drinks and stopped to have a nice chat. The manager finally brought me sauce after less than a minute. No excuse. My husband and I decided to give them another chance but to-go. I ordered on their website and it gave us the time our order would be ready. My husband want to get it and NO ONE greeted him. People who came in after him were greeted and seated. He tried to get several employees attention and was ignored. I finally called up to the store and asked for the manager. She got my husband his order. Come to find out, the two women who were playing at the bar were in charge of our order. They could see him waiting the whole time. Food was given to him over 15 minutes past its finished time. When he got home our food was cold and his burger was inedible. I called to ask if they could remake it but they had turned off their grills for the night. They offered a discount on our next meal, I declined and asked for a refund since he couldnt est his burger. She said she would have the store manager call the next day for the refund because she was unable to do so. NEVER GOT A CALL. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. We are dinner here on Christmas Eve and we ordered thee steak dinners. Two 6 once and one 8 ounce steak. When we received our food all three steaks looked exactly the same size. I asked the server if he made a mistake and he assured me that I got an 8 once steak even though it was the same size of the 6 once steaks. Hhhhmmmm Overall the steaks were good. I would have given 5 stars but the salad bar attendant seemed oblivious that she was slow and people were backing up or skipping items to go around her. This happened on my two trips to the salad bar. Plus I think they previously had cloth napkins and now paper. This company has closed 75 stores we were told in an effort to concentrate on the existing stores. We will be back as this location has consistently offered a great meal. I'm very disappointed. The reason I loved Ruby Tuesday's was they have good food at a decent price. They've increased their salad bar price. If you want to add the salad bar to your entree it is now $4.99. I usually only make one trip to the bar so I can enjoy my meal too. It is a good salad bar, but I'm not willing to pay $5 for one trip of a half salad. It seems like these corporations always find a way to ruin a good thing. My friends wanted to go to this Ruby Tuesdays for the $5 salad bar lunch on Tuesday. We are a large group and yet we received great service and the salad bar is well stocked. There is the average fare three types of greens spinach, romaine, and artisan mix. There are blue cheese crumbles and cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Grape tomatoes, red onion, peppers and olives, as well as ham chunks. Pumpernickel croutons and sunflower seeds too it off. There is also Apple salad and potato salad, cottage cheese grapes and canned peaches. We all had salads and water bringing each total to $5.36 and The waitress was polite and happy to do the dreaded individual checks! Yeah. RT used to be my go to when I couldn't decide what to eat. But they since closed the location on Wells I dont get there as much. When I am in the area (family lives in FI) I try to come to this location. We have been a few times and the service is always great. We came out tonight to do the dinner for two $25. My son was with me. We both got tye 6oz Sirloin done Medium and they both came out perfect. We were the only customer for a while and it was only 8pm. We sat in the bar area and the bartender was out server. She was quick and very attentive as well as taking care of the bar area as well. The salad bar was well stocked and clean. At the end of our meal we asked for the Chocolate Fall Cake but without the giant glass that have on the plate. It came out beautiful and should probably just do away with that way of serving it. It seems like it's easier for the server to bring it out instead of trying to balance that silly oversize glass on a plate. read more

Compared to our visit a month ago, this one was a bit more of a let down. We came in around 730pm and left around 9pm. An hour and a half!? Crazy! They didn't even seem busy enough to be pushing dinner tickets that slow. The salad bar wasn't as fresh; browned and wilted lettuce and there were less options than I had remembered the first time. The cucumbers had taken on that appearance of where the inner flesh starts to become see-through from being either cut too long or frozen for too long. And those delicious garlic-cheddar biscuits? Yeah, we got those AN HOUR after we sat down. An actual hour. Literally my husband had finished his meal and I was waiting for a box. We kept being told they were coming....so either someone wasn't loading the bread oven properly, someone was stealing them all before our server could get them, or our server was forgetting. Thankfully he did get us more to-go. My husband has a thing for any appetizer similar to Bonefish's Bang Bang Shrimp so we tried the Thai Phoon Shrimp. I do NOT recommend. They were heavily fried in what tasted like old fryer grease. There wasn't much sauce on them and it tasted more like heavily fried breading. The breading was thick like what one would find on Hush Puppies, not light like Calamari of actual Bang Bang Shrimp. *Last time we got the Shrimp Fondue which wasn't nearly as thick and cheesy as one would expect a Dip or Fondue to be. So I don't really recommend that either. The Double Decker Chicken was just as yummy as I had remembered and once again, complimented well with the Mashed Potatoes. Juicy chicken with bacon, cheese, and a sauce that's very similar to Marsala Sauce. My daughter got the Kid's Pasta with Tomato-Basil and the sauce was good. The loss of a star this time is due to the dining time (almost an hour and a half), the quality of the salad bar, and the lack of cheddar biscuits. Compared to Longhorn's Lobster Shrimp Dip, and citing the name "fondue", it wasn't as cheesy (e.g. thick) as I would have expected; a bit runny but not like soup. It wasn't terrible but not quite what I expected. He and I both ordered the Double Decker Chicken as our entree. The chicken was juicy and of seemingly great quality, and there was definitely a generous helping of mushrooms! I feel this meal was complimented well by my choice of mashed potatoes. It reminds me of a marsala in that it's chicken, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, and some bacon too. It will probably be my go-to meal when we dine there. I ordered the Absolut Strawberry Lemonade and the fresh strawberries were probably my favorite part. And the biscuits they serve as their bread....amazing! Similar to cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster, but so much better! Our server was Hannah and we had no issues with our service. For it being a Saturday night and observing about 7 wait staff on the floor between the entire restaurant, it was never too loud (chatty) among them, so that was appreciated. Haven't been to this chain since I relocated to Florida and am pleased that it's right down the street. First let me say that no matter what Ruby Tuesday's you go to once you're inside you could be in any town in any state. This Ruby Tuesdays' I must say is a little different from those that I have been to. Let's talk about the service...our server was fantastic and knowledgeable offering up drink specials and her favorite dishes with options. Never was there an empty drink on our table and her timing was stellar. She seemed to show up at the table when neither of us had our mouth full! Did I mention that they were playing great music?? Now for the food...Usually I will always skip the salad bar but I would come here just for their salad bar! Fresh, clean and a great variety. I ordered the rib eye steak and it was cooked to perfection along with the sides. Here are my tips for this chain, 1. There is always a coupon at least once a month in the Sunday paper or sign up on their website 2. If you are a wine lover, skip the wine. What they charge for a glass you can almost buy a bottle for and 3. If you do the salad bar and/or an appetizer before dinner you will never get to try their desserts because they serve a great portion for the price! read more

The food was bland, the presentation looking like it was made by a toddler, and the server did not warn about the boiling-hot plate. Went there for lunch and got there right at opening. We were sat at a dirty table and as we looked around noticed all the tables were dirty. As we walked on the tile throughout the restaurant our shoes stuck to the floor. It was really disgusting. Food was mediocre. Music was awful. Restroom lighting was horrible, dirty, walls painted dark- felt like I was in a cave. Overall disappointed. This restaurant could use a big overhaul. read more

Personally My experiences have been pretty good but within the last 6 months it seems as if management has started to run that place into the ground and the quality and standards have gone way down. I hate coming in and ordering food only to have something go wrong and have to speak to a manager SMH I didn't bother to catch womans name last time but I remember her boasting about her GM status(as if that meant something to me) *eye roll* She didn't seem to be of any help to me, it seems she barely knew what was going on nor was she of any assistance. We stopped by recently on a Tuesday at the recommendation of a friend. That day they had the salad bar for five dollars per person. I have not eaten at a Ruby Tuesday in a while, but for five dollars we were willing to give it a try. The salad bar was fine, the toppings were generally fresh although some additional meat options would have been appreciated. I have had their salad bar before where they had soup or some other options, but this was simply salad. It wasn't anything remarkable, but my issue is not really with the food. Employee who was restocking the salad bar did not have a very good attitude and/or seem to be frustrated that people were taking food from the salad bar which caused him to have to restock it quite frequently. For example, I simply pointed out that one of the lettuce options was needing to be refilled, and his response was less than friendly. Our server was fine. Overall, I don't know that I will be stopping in again anytime soon. read more

The Garden Bar is meant to have 55 ingredients... when we visited there was 25 if we were lucky, with many empty spaces. I mentioned this 3 times and was assured it would be restocked but never was. The staff seemed to busy even though the place was only half full. The Garden Bar itself was messy and the utensils were contaminated as they had been used in several different bowls. Some plates were completely frozen, like they had just been removed from the freezer. The plastic roof covering the Garden Bar was too low which made it very difficult to reach the items near the back of the bar. Additionally there was no allergy advice on any of the items and the staff did not know either. We won't go back here. read more

Food and service are terrible. Do not order the spinach and artichoke dip- it is runny, hardly contains any artichoke and was not very warm. The server had no clue and could not help much with suggestions on the menu - instead he just stared back at us with a blank look on his face. The biscuits were the highlight of this experience.
