My husband spotted Ruby's in the District and wanted to try it. Mind you we have ignored the Ruby's location in the airport for years!! However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We were greeted immediately by the staff. Everything is new and clean (I hope it stays this way)! The menu isn't huge, but there's enough variety! You must get the southern fried chicken sandwich! It's huge! It came out piping hot and fresh with a side of fresh and crunchy onion rings! It was delicious...so much so that I had forgotten to take a picture! The 50/50 shake is smooth, not too sweet and not too orangy! I hope this high level of service, fresh food, and cleanliness is upheld.

Had a craving for burgers and finally had the opportunity to stop by our local Ruby's Shake Shop. I was inclined to make this review because the service was exceptional. I'd even go as far as stating that they provided the best customer service we've had at any place for this entire month. I ordered the Super Burger with a side of side shop sauce and homemade ranch, onion rings, and a mint chocolate shake. I preferred my meal over my husband's. However, both burgers were good, but the parmesan sourdough paired with swiss cheese and avocado just put it over the top and I just can't imagine anything with the basic Ruby bun will top it. If you order fries, add cajun seasoning for that extra flavor. Don't skip out on the housemade ranch, as a self-proclaimed ranch connoisseur, it's perfection. My shake was filled with mint flavoring and chocolate chips and easily fulfilled the craving that brought me there that evening. Tip for new customers: sign up for MyRuby's Rewards, it looks like they offer some decent deals there too. Look forward to going back to try the rest of their menu to include their chili and other patty options (super burger with grilled chicken is calling my name).

Before the Desert Dogs game, I decided to go to Ruby's and try their burgers. After all, our CM rates them highly, so needed to trust her. I was greeted by the nicest fast food worker I have met. She knew I was a first time visitor because I didn't walk up the ordering line area but went around the tables to get to the counter. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. She asked me if I wanted a meal. I said I wanted a shake so I couldn't do the meal. She told me I could. I just had to upgrade the meal with a shake instead of a soda. After ordering, I went to a four top at the window. They weren't busy. In a short time, one of the other workers, another pleasant employee, brought my shake. There was a spoon in it for eating the large parts. She also brought a boba style straw to be able to suck up the cookie pieces. What a treat! I haven't had a shake in a long time. In a short amount of time, the woman came back and she had my bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was time to dig in. The burger was very juicy and I had sticky wet fingers from the burger to clean up. The fries were very hot and had a great flavor to them. I thoroughly enjoyed my stop here. It is right near the eastern exit from Green Valley Ranch Resort's movie theatre area. Who knew? The service was great. Easy to customize the burgers which came out quickly and exactly as we ordered. The food was delicious and reminded me of the former location on the Oceanside Pier. The atmosphere inside is fun while still having an old school vibe that gave it the perfect ambiance.

What a nice surprise to see this hidden restaurant in the new section of The District at Green Valley Ranch parking lot. The name itself caught my eye. I wasn't too hungry and it was chilly out so opted to grab something to go at the counter. Everything is self serve style. The place was presented so nicely! Very clean, inviting, friendly team members, a clear and concise menu board and smells really good in here. Love the giant size wall art that was a nice touch. Our order took about 5 - 8 minutes and was packaged with the same love you feel when you walk in the door. Affordable and good amount of food. Food was yummy! Definitely will be back to try the shakes!

An excellent option if you're craving for some delicious burgers and shakes if you're around the GV District area! Ruby's menu is simple but complex with its options and combinations. Service was solid and they're also opened late for those looking for a late night craving. They also have an impossible burger option for all the veggies out there. Totally recommend!

Let's explore our secrets of desire and have a conversation about shakes, fries, and the hamburger and dressed up . Upon entry on a Sunday afternoon, no one is here, it seems. But the sign on the outside of the building blinks open . Walking up to the door a family of awaiting there order . As I placed an order many individuals were coming and going with pick up order for Uber Eats . It seems Uber Eats is the way to order one's food these days! So if you Uber Eats your food make sure and try the food here . Being old school, I'll come in and order something to go or for here. It's your basic burger and shakes. They offer tater tots and even onion rings as sides. This burger shop is a special treat it's greasy and delicious but bad eats . Meaning bad as more of a comfort food or treat . The burger was great and so were the shakes. As you sip the strawberry shake the chunks of strawberries come through the straw . Now if your a chili fan, it's "hot" meaning that your stomach might not agree with it . The he chili comes all dressed with onions and cheese . Oh my that chili did not set right the next day . It was a little hot . More hotter, perhaps more best for you ! A little sip of the shake makes it all sweeter. For comfort eats this establishment is excellent and top quality. The burger and tots and added onion rings to the burger with extra bacon a delicious addition. Try the Reese's shakes oh my ! If delicious for comfort eating of course. The best of service! Truly the staff are happy and amazing. The little messages that they write on the box is really helpful for identifying what's in the box . We took our order to go. I love the idea of having delivery, but I can do it myself let's just do that! Thank you to the staff for making our order happen and be happy.

Wow !!! Ruby's Shake Shop is by far the best burger place! From sunny California to the Nevada desert, it was our first time trying it and we loved it!!! This place is amazing! The restaurant was very clean with good vibes , beautiful vibrant colors. The staff is awesome ,very friendly and courteous from the moment you walk in the door, we were greeted with a smile and welcoming hospitality. The food was OMG delicious! The food tasted extremely fresh and was cooked perfectly. The Burgers are very tasty, juicy and big portions. It's nice to have a quality hamburger at a good price. The fries were real homemade, freshly cut and cooked, and the sauce is a pure perfection- THE BEST I HAVE EVER TRIED! The shakes are amazing too! Very thick, creamy and flavorful, topped with a fresh whipped cream. Overall, we definitely recommend Ruby's Shake Shop! Spectacular Restaurant quality burgers and shakes , excellent great service, and a really welcoming experience. If you haven't tried this place, you MUST!!! They have a great rewards program when you download their app! It is definitely worth the visit!

I was staying at the Green Valley Resort and didnt want to spend a lot of money on food there, so I went here. Its a 3 min drive or a 15 min walk so we drove. The place is bright and clean. The lady at the register was delightful. We placed our order and she brought us our meal. We ordered the Guacamole Burger, a plain classic burger, and the Grilled Cheese with onion rings. The Grilled cheese has Muenster cheese and it was delicious. It came with Ranch which made it even better. My kid liked his burger and my husband liked his, although he wanted more guacamole. Overall, it was great.

If there was a Ruby's Shake Shop in North Las Vegas, I'd probably be there way too often. This Henderson location is absolutely worth the drive though. My hickory burger was messy, but in the best possible way. The kind of messy that tells you it's packed with flavor and made with love. Good thing I'm not a classy woman... or a woman at all. The staff were super friendly and on top of things. Between the quality of the food and the service, you'd think you were eating at an upscale restaurant, not a shake shop. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to whenever I'm on this side of town.

Fantastic spot!!! What was once Ruby's diner is now Ruby's shake shop. Rebranded, rebuilt with only few locations this is only one of two corporate locations! Friendly staff, super clean, retro yet modern look, with incredible burgers, hot dogs and yes shakes!!! Hot dogs are fantastic!!! Avocado burger is one of the best I had! Shakes are so good-in fact the manager ensures staff tries shakes prior to the shift to ensure quality....and they make them top notch!!!!

We frequent Green Valley Ranch and have driven past Ruby's a few times... and finally decided to try it. Here are the wins: * Quiet area, ample parking * Coke freestyle machine * Friendly staff * Shop Sauce & Chicken Tenders The shop is quiet, but the staff is friendly. We tried a few different items, but really enjoyed the chicken tenders. They remind me of a more flavorful, fresh Cane's chicken tender. Paired with the shop sauce... it's a great meal. We also opted for cajun seasoning on the fries and tots, which is worth the up charge. The fries and tots were not at all greasy, instead they were super crunchy and delicious. Now for the "not so great" parts: * Hickory Burger * Cheese Toast The hickory burger was a bit disappointing. It was clearly a frozen patty, and tasted pretty bland. Similarly the cheese toast was underwhelming. It was brought out separately (which was appreciated), because the initial toast was burnt in the back. The cheese is nicely melted on the top, but the bottom was very soggy and not toasted. Despite the negatives, Ruby's genuinely was a nice and reasonably priced spot. Next time, i'm eager to try one of their shakes. I'll definitely reorder the chicken tenders time and time again, they're the best thing we've tried thus far.

Food - 4 / 5 Ironic that this place has one of the better chicken sandwiches around here and considering they're more known for their burgers. Massive portions too so no need to double up on anything. French fries and tater tots were solid but nothing overly special. Shakes were tasty and filling! Lots of choices. Service - 10!! Super friendly upfront and patient. Probably checked on us twice while we were dining. Normally don't expect it from a fast casual but it was a nice touch. Food came out correctly and quick Ambiance 5/5 Not that I had any grand expectations from a burger and shake joint. It's small but I will say that it was VERY clean and bathrooms were well kept. Highly recommend! Only downside id say it's all little pricier than I prefer. Ordered 3 shakes, two crispy chicken combos and one chicken tender combo came out to $60+ read more

I really wanted to love this place. We headed here after my daughters soccer game on Friday. It wasn't too busy but we snagged a table to ensure that we had a table to sit at when our food was ready. The place isn't too big. We placed our orders, it is on the higher cost but that's fine everything is up right now. Over $75 for the 4 of us. One thing I really disliked was my husband's fried chicken sandwich arrived first. We waited another 10 min for our 3 other burger combos to arrive. So I had him eat his sandwich and not wait for ours so it wouldn't get cold by the time our food arrived. Unfortunately the burgers did not taste above and beyond your regular gourmet burger which I was hoping for. The ranch sauce was good and their house sauce. The onion rings were tasty and the fries just ok. I'll try to give them another try as they are still fairly new and maybe trying to iron out the wrinkles in their process. read more

The service was fast and they serve your food to your table even though it is quick service. They routinely check in on you to make sure you are satisifed with your meal as well. The food is tasty, and came out fresh and hot! Good portion sizes, definitely shareable. The shakes are a great consistency, not too melty but not so thick that you can't drink it right away. We got the chicken tender combo 4 piece to split between 2 people, and when we asked for no coleslaw they let us choose a different side with no extra charge. The only downside to this place is it is a bit small so when it is full it gets pretty loud and echoey. Over all a good place to eat, and I will return. read more

Came with our family to have lunch & let me tell you not one of us expected to finish our meals that fast!! It was so delicious!! We dined in & each of us got something different the salads were delicious the chicken tenders were very juicy and crispy and light! Guacamole Burger was my choice and it was so fresh the avocado mix they made just tasted so fresh!! Also have to get one of their shakes! Can't miss out on it!! The place is very clean & if you've ever been to Rubys in Balboa, California there's a nice touch inside that represents it! This place is awesome. Simple little menu and freshly cooked food. All fresh made and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff and service is awesome. I believe the owner or GM is usually visible and welcoming customers. I have had the bacon cheeseburger and the tenders were both awesome. The onion rings and Cajun fries were awesome. The iced tea is the awesome tropical tea you get at like Cheesecake Factory or Hawaiian spots. It is great. This location is in an odd location but hopefully people find it and keep them going as this is a great need addition to Henderson. read more

Went to check out the Ruby's Shake shop in Henderson. It was very clean and comfortable. My husband had the guacamole burger with onion ring and salted caramel shake. The shake was super thick and delicious! I had the country fried Chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was one of the best I ever had. The hamburger was amazing. The onion rings were real and BIG! I NEED to start this by saying that I'm a born and raised NYer where old school diners made cheese burgers that are always made on a 24 hour grill, served on sesame seed bun, and you even had a choice of Disco fries (mozzarella on steak fries with brown gravy). I've been eyeing this place on UberEats for about 2 weeks, and after reading every review, I finally order from here last night. I tried the Classic Combo but my way: grilled onions, lettuce, pickles, American cheese, and with whatever sauce originally is made with it. Tater-Tots Iced Tea 1 Chicken Tender Here we go--- the portion of the comb is huge bc the burger was bigger than any you'll get anywhere else! The pictures you'll see in the reviews DO NOT do the burgers justice whatsoever, and it bc of the angle that they're taken from. As soon as I opened the box, I just couldn't wait to taste it BUT, the next time that I order from here or actually go and visit, I will definitely take a proper picture. TATER TOTS, which was something I never normally order, but did bc of one reviewer who said that they tasted "REAL POTATOES"..... I agree! They were perfectly crispy outside and soft actual potatoes inside. The only thing that made it, which I'm pretty sad to use these 2 words, bad experience ‍, there was too much salt. NOTE: if you read other reviews, you'll read that my review is an anomaly. So I don't hold it against them!! Sh*t happens Iced-tea : I think this was my Uber delivery guy's mistake. I ordered a regular iced tea and I received, i believe a flavored, possibly a raspberry with no ice. It was gross. I'm not counting that against the restaurants staff or review The chicken tender was perfectly cooked, and the batter was seasoned. There wasn't any sign of fatty skin or thick batter, oil buildup within the chicken like I've found elsewhere. You can tell that the chicken was fresh by how absolutely delicious it tasted. I moved here in 2005, and I'm whole heartedly saying that this was the BEST CHEESE BURGER that I've had outside of my own backyard!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RUBY'S SHAKE SHOP read more

This is by far the best chicken spot. We have tried the chicken fingers and the fried chicken sandwich twice; and both were beyond amazing. The chicken is fresh and not full of fat, which was a very pleasant surprise. The fries were delicious and the ranch is top notch. The staff was so friendly and accommodating of our needs. They continued to check in with us throughout our meal to ensure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was so clean and was decorated festively for the holiday season. Wow, ok so I'll do my best to keep this story short. Today I ordered online very excited to try a new burger joint a quarter mile from my house. So I got my food back to my house and to my surprise, No bun! So I call and I'm greeted by what I assume is a manager named Rachel. We go through my options and I settled for a refund/a remake on a different day. Perfect, the call ended and I went back to spending time with my family. End of story right? Well about 20-30 minutes later Rachel calls me back very excited to tell me how wrong and stupid I am. This call lasted around 5 minuets so I wont go into detail on every little thing she said but she truly said some things that boggled my mind. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

But if you're not set on a regular table and don't mind sitting at the bar-top seating, definitely check there first. We found three open seats right away, walked in, sat down, and ordered -- no wait! I had one of their Tuna Melt Sandwiches, Joey had a plain cheeseburger, and Jade had the banana bread French toast. I also ordered their mimosa special, which was really good! Parking is a little limited, but we lucked out and got a spot right out front. Service was great -- everyone was attentive, friendly, and super helpful, even with how busy they were. Great food, great service, and a fun, lively atmosphere. Place is super easy to find, you cannot miss the logo and there is plenty of parking. One thing I like about this place was they have a lot of outdoor seating and the even air fans with misters on them, which is great for these very warm mornings. Inside place was bright and airy. Lots of wood. Only took a moment to be seated, started off my meal with water and a coffee. They were pretty busy, so service took a little bit longer than expected, it was definitely not a bad. The coffee was strong just the way I like it. I decided to order the blackened prime rib eggs Benedict, which also came with hash browns. When it arrived, I was surprised to see that it came on a croissant rather than a English muffin, no worries either way, it was delicious. The meat was really well. Seasoned and wild and hash browns were kind of pedestrian they were. They were cooked to a very good crisp and was a nice compliment to the rest of the meal. The bottom line? I would definitely come back here again and check out all the different things this place has to offer..

The woman behind the COVID screen greeted me with an attitude almost immediately. I mentioned that it was my first time visiting, but that didn't seem to matter. She started firing off questions about my order, and since I had never been there before, I wasn't familiar with the menu. I'm not sure why some restaurants expect first time customers to have everything figured out in a few minutes. Every question I asked seemed to irritate her. She barely made eye contact and acted genuinely bothered that I was there. When I asked what sauces were available, she actually sighed before answering. It's a strange feeling when you're trying to support a business and spend your money there, yet you're treated as though you're inconveniencing the staff. What made the interaction more frustrating is that there wasn't a single person behind me in line. There was no rush, no crowd, and no obvious reason for the impatience. A little courtesy and patience go a long way, especially with first-time customers. As for the food, it looked beautiful in the photos, but the flavor didn't quite match the presentation. The boneless wings were overwhelmingly salty. Easily the saltiest thing I've had in a long time. The bone-in wings, however, were flavorful and enjoyable. The fries were well prepared, and they provided a generous serving of ranch, which was appreciated. In the end, the food simply wasn't good enough to justify the attitude. Customer service matters, especially in the hospitality industry. No one is asking for staff to be overly accommodating or put on a performance, but BASIC patience, professionalism, and kindness should be expected. First-time customers will have questions, and that's part of the job. If this business wants continued support from the community, the customer experience needs as much attention as the food. DO BETTER!!!
