"RUN RUN " from these movers !!!! Should be their name !!!!! I wished had see their yelp page before calling them They used to be amazing I used them for years but last time I used them although I used them for 2 hours and my stuff hardly occupied 1/5 of their truck this young dude that wears baseball cap and called himself the BOSS!!!! Asked for 50 dollar tip for each of them as i said I already had gave them 30 dollar each for two hours of easy work and they had broke my microwave and a shelving unit and I didn't care So this "Richard head " started yelling at me and making a scene so I called their office and got rid of this d...head Today I made this huge mistake and used them again I thought that maybe that was just a young idiot guys mistake BUT!!!!!!!!!! No no no I made a huge !!!! Mistake First of all they sent the same crook here they were 1.30 late ! And with a horrible attitude he told me " you pay cash !!!!! Only cash !!! And I said ok no problem ! Then he said you have to pay us minimum three hours tip 30 an hour per person!!!!!!!!!! An as if they had not already made a fool out of themselves the her dared to ask me to show him my cash !!!!!!!!!?!??? And added if you don't have cash you go bank get cash !! If there is a zero, i will choose that one. Stay away from them, even if you can't find other movers. First of all, they are late for 3 hours. Even before they start to work, they asked tips first. They broken one of my chairs, bed frame and eventually the TV was also broken by them. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!! read more

They are extremely careless with your belongings and disappear once you're finished moving and are trying to complain about your stuff being broken. Avoid at all costs! read more

My mom spoke to Michelle who booked our move. We were booked for 2 hours with 2 movers, $55 per hour. The men moved our desk, sofa, a large box, and a TV stand. They arrive early which was great, wrapped my stuff and the workers spoke Mandarin. They moved everything out within half an hour. They drove to my mom's to drop off the items. They also moved my mom's old furniture to her door for garbage collection. This is when it got ugly....my mom paid $110 for the 2 hours, then tipped the men $10 EACH for tips ($20) additional. Then they said that wasn't enough and asked for more. So my mom gave them $20 EACH which was a total of $40 tips plus $110 so the total was $150. Then the workers call Michelle (boss lady) and she said that we agreed to 3 hours and the workers needed to collect an additional $55. They showed up at 8:30am and completed no later than 10am, which is nowhere close to 2 hours yet. She was screaming at my mom about how we agreed upon the price. So my timid mother called me to help. I called and said that it was 2 hours we agreed to and your workers are asking for additional tips when you told us that the tips should be around $5 per hour/per worker. That was the amount my mom gave but they ask for more. There was 3 piece of furniture and 1 box, 1 flight of stairs at my moms and I have an elevator at my place...... REALLY???? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. Michelle was so courteous when we called her to book but when it came to paying, she needs to either get her invoices/quotes in writing because she's either loosing her memory or just trying to take advantage of people who are not familiar with situations like this. I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The mover broke the glasses door and hardwood floor got scratch all over. Before they move the boxes at living room i told them please be careful with the hardwood floor, they told me don't worry the dolly WILL NOT scratch it. After they move all the boxes away I found the scratches are all over on my hardwood floor. I was pretty piss off at that time and then they broke my TV entertainment sliding glass door and he said "OH!!! I never see this kind of sliding door before, it's very dangerous." WTF, before you move the cabinet you should notice it's glass and need to make sure it's not movable before you lift it up. IF you are a experience mover you should know how to handle it. STAY AWAY! They charged $75/hr for three people. But they are not as efficient as other movers I has experiences. The truck was very old.. During lunch hour, they asked me to get lunch for them and they sit in my garage and ate the lunch. The time spent was also charged. At the end, I paid them $10 per person per hour but they were not happy and argued with me for a long time. read more

Total disaster. Over the phone with the lady (for got her name) to schedule the move was all OK. But on the move date, the movers did not show up (scheduled at 1pm). We called the lady numerous times, she made up excuses one after another and many turned out to be outright lies. Finally two movers arrived at 4pm. The movers were gruntled on the arrive. The lady (their boss) certainly cheated them as well. The movers did not finish moving on that day. It was just a 2B apartment. They worked till ~10pm, one of whom is constantly slacking. Throughout the move, they are constantly complaining. One of them even scorned my Ikea furnitures. On the next day, I had to rent a Uhaul myself to finish the move. The leftovers filled a full 10-feet Uhaul truck. Totally exhausted. read more

They did a nice job. They even helped me unpack everything at the end and got rid of the big boxes. It made it super easy for me as things were handy right after the move. Especially appreciate their help assemble my IKEA furniture, which was not quite part of the move. The guys were nice and friendly. read more

Worst company I've worked with. They quoted me $70/hr for two movers and $90/hr for three movers. As I was moving to a one bedroom apartment and didn't have a lot of stuff to move, I asked for two movers. However, THREE movers showed up which means more fees to me since they required 3 hours minimum. So I had to pay 3 hours of work for their 2 hours' easy work. On top of that, they wanted $10 per person per hour tips, that's a 30% tip. RUN AWAY from this company! read more

This is the second time I used this company and once again I was very happy with the results. I needed 3 men and they showed up right on time. One of the gentlemen spoke English so we had no problem communicating plus the other two seemed to understand me just fine. They wrapped everything very carefully and I have some very old pieces of furniture. Everything made it safe and sound and put exactly where I wanted it.
