I wouldn't buy from this company if my life depended on it!! I had an appliance serviced by them through my warranty of an appliance I bought else where. I couldn't believe their manager who got on the phone. Instead of showing any understanding of the bewilderment of finding out I would have to pay them for the service call, she just stated, "See you in court!" We had to have Whirlpool send out a repairman on an 11-month old dishwasher. They sent Coastline Appliance. They guy ordered a part after barely looking at it! He was extremely rude and we refused to have the company back in our home. Whirlpool then sent out Saddleback Appliance repair who brought and installed the part in 2 days. But Coastline had told us the wrong part! The dishwasher still doesn't work! The Saddleback repairman was very courteous and checked out the dishwasher thoroughly. He will bring the correct part. read more

I have used Saddleback Appliance's repair services for my washer and dryer since 2010. The service has been great. Last week, my old dryer started making a funny squeeking noise. It sounded just awful with a full load of clothing inside the drum. I called the company and was given an appointment for a repair technician to come out two days later. That's pretty quick in my book! The technician arrived, and was very pleasant. He was able to quicly diagnose the problem, and replace the needed part--which he had in his truck. I was very relieved as I thought I would be needing a new dryer. I just wanted to say" Thank you, Saddleback Appliances, for being so speedy and efficient. I have always had good experiences with your scheduler and technicians, and will continue to do business with you!" read more

I'm remodeling my kitchen with new appliances. My shopping experience has been great with Saddleback. Scott has been doing an exceptional job helping me with appliance selection, product specs for my general contractor, working through manufacture's rebate paperwork, and delivery logistics. I could not ask for better customer service. Forget the big box stores, they don't have someone like Scott. read more

Stopped by their store to see what they had to offer. Salesman Scott Scrip was very kind and helpful in describing brands, functionality, and even gave some 'insider' information. My wife and I just got married in November and decided to go with a refurbished washer/dryer from a separate supplier (Saddleback only sells new, rarely has used), but Scott made a great impression and if we could afford to go with new appliances we would have went with Saddleback for sure. read more

Some of the burners on my stove wouldn't light so I called Saddleback appliances. Warren came out told me what I needed. He said he would have to order the parts and would call me back within a couple of hours. He never did. I called Saddleback appliance and was told they didn't work on Mondays so I called back and spoke with Ashton. She was short and rude and seemed bothered with my phone call and said it was probably somewhere in her to do stack. I called and spoke to an elderly woman (didn't get her name) she said she would speak with warren and call me back. She never did. I called back again and spoke with Ashton seemed nicer this time and promised to speak with warren and find out what was going on. I never received a phone call or an explanation or an apology. After this experience I would never trust them. And furthermore I would never recommend them to anyone read more

My family and my employer have used SA over the years. So I thought I would purchase from them and I did. Only to have damaged merchandise delivered! Was told money was credited back into my account that was not! The manager doesn't believe that I am entitled to get my fees back that they cost me! My family (which is a big one) and my employer ( Which is a homebuilder) and myself will never ever do Business with this company. Customer service sucks!! read more

A very unsatisfied Customer... After 4 service calls and switching parts out back and forth my oven is still not fixed and cannot be used. Speaking with the owner I was given two options; continue with service calls and have technicians attempt to fix the issue or purchase a new oven from them. I asked for an alternative solution of being credited for the brand new unused parts that were installed since the oven is not usable. I was told that was only possible if I purchased an oven from them. So in essence, I would be out the money I had paid for the new parts that did not fix the issue. I have been a loyal customer for many years and been happy with their service in the past, however, I felt that the solutions I was presented with did not give me any options of choosing where I wanted to buy my next oven and that I was being made to buy an appliance from them if I wanted to get credit on the money I spent on the parts. I do not feel this is good customer service and I have chosen to part ways with Saddleback Appliances and take my business elsewhere. read more

We have been utilizing Saddleback Appliances for 20+ years and purchased all of our appliances with them. We have always been impressed by their customer service. Greg has always taken the time to explain the pros/cons of each brand and the various features and never a high-pressure sale. Recently our washing machine went out so off to Saddleback we went. However, instead of just making a quick sale, Greg thought it might be just a simple repair that was needed. We were booked an appointment for the next day. Robson evaluated and fixed it so now we do not have to pay for a new machine. We have always had great service with sales, parts, service, and scheduling. We recommend Saddleback to all of our friends and family. read more

If I could give this company a minus 20, I would! We needed a repair job on our gas stove and it took them over a month to fix the problem, only to break something else in the process! The problem they "fixed" only lasted about 3 months and we ended up having to replace the stove anyway, after paying this company $400. The customer service is an absolute joke. They say they will call with estimates, etc, but never do. When you call them, they seem bothered by your call and talk to you in a very condescending tone. When they set up appointments, it's always for times convienent to them. I had the repairman out 5 times and even though the customer service people would tell me he would show up between 2-5pm, he showed up late (5:45-6pm)3 out of the 5 visits! So, I took the afternoon off work for nothing! I will NEVER use this company again and would urge anyone to look elsewhere for their repair needs! read more

I can't say enough positive things about these folks! A recent experience confirmed what I'd come to believe over many years of buying appliances from them: they are the best! Best customer service, best prices, best advice -- especially Brigette, who guides (but never pushes) me to the right items for my exact needs. She treated my kitchen remodel like it was her own! She enjoyed seeing all my color and cabinet samples and helping me find the right appliances, sink, hardware within my budget. I didn't use all the sink peripherals (soap dispenser, etc.) and she returned them for me immediately, no questions asked. She is smart and intuitive and absolutely dear to deal with -- all of them are! I regard them as friends, not just merchants, and I will continue to purchase from them and no place else. The positive treatment you'll receive is all too rare these days -- definitely doesn't happen at the "big box" stores very often! If you want to feel like you've made a well-informed purchase at the best possible price, this is the place. read more

Remodeled a high end home within the pat year. Saddleback Appliances was contracted for ALL the bathroom toilets, sinks, faucets, fixtures and rough in plumbing. Same for the kitchen. We also purchased all GE Monogram appliances for the kitchen. Finally the laundry room and mud room were also completely supplied by them. They had all the materials on site on time and worked with all the subcontractors to get them installed properly. With this many parts and pieces one or two were naturally a problem, but Saddleback worked quickly with the suppliers to get them repaired or replaced without difficulty. Even a year later we had some issues with the dryer and with a single phone call I had a repair truck out in 24 hours. The machine was out of warranty so I paid the 50 bucks and problem solved. I have found them to be responsive, reasonable and fair. I suspect that some of the negative reviews may be from uncompromising folks who believe they are always right. The folks at Saddleback and I had a great experience with a result that my wife and I are very proud to have in our home. Saddleback, my family and my build team all worked very well together by simply following the golden rule. Case closed for me. I will use them and recommend them without hesitation. read more
