We wrapped up our Las Vegas weekend with brunch at Sadelle's at the Bellagio, and it was the perfect ending. We arrived a bit before our reservation, and they were incredibly gracious in accommodating us right away. Service started strong and stayed that way throughout. Our waitress, Susan, was fantastic. She took all of our orders without writing anything down, which always impresses me, and everything came out exactly right. We were also able to converse for a bit, which was pleasant. We ordered a mix of cocktails and entrees: * My husband had the Michelada, which he said was good, though it had a bit too much tomato flavor for his taste. * I had a cucumber cocktail that was light, refreshing, and really enjoyable. For food: * My husband ordered the burger, and he said it was flavorful and delicious. The waffle fries were crispy and a great side. * I had the tuna melt, which was very flavorful, along with onion rings that were fresh, crispy, and perfectly done. * My mother-in-law tried the roasted salmon, but it was not her favorite. She mentioned it tasted a bit too fishy. * My aunt had the roasted chicken and loved it. She said the skin was flavorful and crispy, almost like fried chicken, and she especially enjoyed the mashed potatoes. Sadelle's is swanky. Located in Bellagio Casino, its entrance is near the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. Inside, there are two staircases leading into the restaurant. The dining area is gorgeous: walnut tables, fabric lined booths, substantial chairs, beautiful flower arrangements, giant tropic plants. We visited for brunch. The line was starting to get long but we were seated after a short wait. We tried their LEO (house salmon, caramelized onions, creme fraiche, scrambled eggs), salmon benedict, and a glass of orange juice. Along with the LEO came a bagel with cream cheese and small plate of hash browns. Everything was fresh and seasoned nicely. I really loved how delicately flavored the hollandaise sauce was on the benedict. Menu prices were on the pricey side but we had a lovely experience. I was warned that the full Triple decker sandwich was a lot but proceeded anyway with a turkey and roast beef sandwich and had so much leftover despite having a big appetite and sharing a few pieces/servings with others in our group. We also ordered the cheeseburger, shrimp quesadilla, bagel with lox, and waffle with strawberries. Everything tasted great and the staff accommodated our kids' dairy allergies by removing cheese and other dairy products per our request. After a relaxing spa day at the Bellagio, we decided to stop by Sadelle's and overall, it was a nice way to continue the day. First, I have to highlight the service when it came to seating. They were very accommodating and honored my reservation request for observatory seating, which gave us a beautiful view and really elevated the experience. As for the service at the table, it was good but not amazing. Our server was very kind, but she didn't seem fully engaged or enthusiastic, which made the experience feel a bit flat at times. The food was good. Nothing that completely wowed me, but the sticky bun? Absolutely amazing. Definitely the standout item and worth coming back for alone. We had no trouble securing a table on January 1 at 8 AM. All the partygoers in Las Vegas were sleeping. We were the early birds. And we got the worm! Felt like an upscale diner. Breakfast Time After having such a great dining experience in 2023, my partner and I decided to make breakfast reservations during our trip in July 2025. I'd highly recommend making a res as the walk-up line can get very long during the peak morning hours. Our res was for 9:00am and we were seated almost immediately after checking in. Although I had enjoyed the eggs Benedict from my first visit, I was interested to try other menu items. In the end, I chose the Vega$ omelet (bacon makes everything better) and the Yogurt parfait, while my partner ordered the Eggs Benedict, the French Toast, and a side of hash browns. Coffee (we were given our own carafe) completed our meal, of course. We loved the food! I was surprised at how much we liked the parfait and French toast. We walked up ready to put our name in... only to see the line stretching halfway through the Bellagio Conservatory. Lesson learned. Very beautiful inside, decor on point, but the food was just mid. Like when the food came out I just saw dishes that I would get at a typical Denny's or IHOP. We visited Sadelle's Cafe in the Bellagio for a mid-afternoon lunch. We made a reservation and were able to 'skip the line' otherwise there was quite a line. The decor is classic upscale. Service was professional and friendly. Our party enjoyed the salmon, tuna melt, rigatoni Bolognese and grilled cheese on a bagel. Serving sizes were generous and meals were presented nicely. My tuna melt included melted cheese on very nicely grilled sourdough and served with fries. The salmon is served with a mustard sauce. Prices were as expected on the Las Vegas strip. One of my friends in our group of 6 snagged us a reservation ahead of time for this place in the Bellagio for 8:30am, and we came across some nice sightings on our way here from a beautiful flower exhibit to a display of Bruno Mars. We did wait about 10 more minutes till we were seated though, and the place was already completely filled by the time we got there. Inside is fancy with some pillars at the front and back. There's flower decorations inside too and an aesthetically charming bar setup too. Tables were nice too though they could have been wiped down a little more before we were seated. The menu has egg, fish, caviar, salad and sides of all sorts. Wow if the interior wasn't already fancy then the menu offerings are even more so! Though during this busy time, we all did wait about half an hour for all our orders to come. I got myself the eggs benedict with ham for this visit. The poached eggs and hollandaise sauce were perfect, and egg was very runny. I was not a fan of the ham which had a weird imbalance of savory and salty, and it didn't pair well with the hollandaise. It was also hard to chew, which was odd. The bread under the poached eggs was also too soft for my liking, and got soggy very quickly. I almost did not finish the dish because of the bread but the ham ironically helped. I was sad that the eggs benedict did not come with a choice of sides or bread unlike the dishes that my friends ordered - Vegas omelette, garden omelette, and Sadelle's Signature Breakfast to name everyone else's dishes. My friend's salmon benedict turned out to be much better as it had raw salmon that was immaculately flavored with the right amount of salt and paired so well with the egg compared to the ham I got. During dine-in, I splurged on the soft scrambled eggs with caviar and a mimosa... it was delicious. First I want to say that my server Hilda was wonderful. She was so caring and understand and kind. The manager, Taylor, was incredible as well. She was incredibly professional, compassionate, and apologetic about what I experienced. I am not one to complain, but their hostess was absolutely rude, condescending, and humiliated me in front of everyone. She accused me of cutting in line and treated me like an idiot that didn't know how the system worked. I didn't cut in line, and in fact, I asked the people standing off to the side if they were in line and they said no, that they had already checked in and I can go ahead. That's why I proceeded to go in front of them and check in for my reservation. It seemed like you check in for your reservation and then stand off to the side to wait for your name to be called. Their hostess, whose name I won't include here (giving her the respect she didn't give me), whether she was racist or ageist, accused me of cutting in front of the older white couple, when I was there before them. She berated me in front of the reservation line and the walk in line. I was so confused and I tried to explain that I had already asked the people behind me and they said they already checked in. Since she didn't want to even listen to me and talk over me, by that time more people had arrived behind me. She then sent me to the back of the line when I had been first. This was the worst service and it was unprofessional and rude behavior. I am always mindful of the people around me and never try to cut in line. Also, even if I had accidentally or purposely cut, that is no way to speak to a guest AND we all had reservations. The food was acceptable. Nothing to write home about or make me crave it again, or to warrant the hostess acting like I was robbing a bank. I ordered the eggs Benedict, but with avocado. The hash browns were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the English muffin they use for the Benedict, so I skipped most of that and ate the eggs and avocado and hollandaise sauce with my hash browns instead. The manager, Taylor, was very sweet and brought me a sticky bun, which was delicious. The restaurant is cute, but packed full of people. Came here on a whim after taking a stroll through the botanical garden at the Bellagio. Its the restaurant off into the corner next to the gazebo that offers "private dining" to that can get rented out. One thing about Vegas, if you dont have reservations, youre most likely going to have to wait. So I'd recommend doing that first. It was alright, interesting thing is they use an everything bagel instead of regular bread. So if youre not a fan of bagels, I wouldn't order it. Service was pretty slow though. I had such a great time here! I'm not ready to leave. Love the environment and the drinks made by Thomas were great! Thomas definitely made great drinks and had great customer service! I will definitely be back to try more on the menu. Thank you for the great experience Thomas! I would like to say that Ron made our group feel rushed. My friend left to the bathroom and he asked us 3times if we were all done but we still wanted to place another round. Thomas remained sweet and asked if we needed anything and if we did, just to let him know. I appreciate Thomas's customer service. read more
