A part of the restaurant overlooks the garden conservatory which is nice to view while having your meal. The breakfast menu consists of various items including omelets, pancakes, waffles, and bagels. The food portions were very generous. I'd say the omelets you can easily share with 2 people. The food was tasty and not overly seasoned which I prefer. Some notes: - they are CRAZY busy no matter what day. We stopped by on a Friday at 945am and there were at least 50 people waiting in line. Thank God we made reservations and were seated within 10 minutes. - service is SUPER slow. The restaurant is massive and the servers seem to be managing a lot of tables. We got our waters 10 minutes after sitting down. Our server didn't take our orders until 20 minutes after we sat down. We waited another 20 minutes to request our check. It was impossible find our server at times. Nobody checked in to see if we needed anything. I would not recommend eating here if you're in a rush or on a schedule. - they never pick up their phone!! If you're going to make reservations, do it online. - our house coffee cost $7!! They didn't provide a drinks menu so I was a bit shocked when we got the bill. read more

Made a 7am reservation with my bestie and was seated right away. The restaurant wasn't bustling until the end of the hour. Mike was our server and he was a pleasure to have. He recommended the Grapefruit Brûlée and it was to die for. I got my usual steak and eggs but I definitely want to try the Ham Benedict next time. I got to sample the morning bun and the cheese Danish. Both were delightful. Portion was generous, I was only able to eat half my plate. We recently had guests in from Japan and took them to Sadelle's. As usual everything was wonderful. The best moment was when Tina Lai came over to our table and said hello to all of our guests individually. This kind of personal touch is rare these days and so much appreciated. So MGM Entertainment has been affected by the hack for over a week now and you'd think, nah we aren't gonna go to brunch at one of their places. Despite that, the works at Sadelles did an amazing job with us today. Let's put it this way. Their systems are down ie no order system from front house to back house. Wait staff were doing everything old school. That should always be an option but I would say the staff's overall attitude given the situation helped a lot. We were estimated a wait time of an hour and surprisingly just doing walk in we were sat down within 30 minutes and got our food I'd say within the hour. On top of that, while waiting in line, we were served champagne. My wife is pregnant so no no for her but it was really nice Sadelles did that for those waiting. The decor itself made the ambiance feel like a place in NYC. I felt the scenery as part of the experience. Now onto the food. We got the Vegas omelet, blueberry pancakes and French toast. All were freaking delicious. Like just look at the pictures on this post and DESTROY the like button. Sadelles is on my top 3 for pancakes and French toast on the city. The blueberry pancakes was a full stack of three cakes topped and filled with blueberries. Nothing but perfection from the nice little crunch of the cake to the fluffy tasty inside. The French toast didn't look like much but are u kidding me?? The bread had a crunch that just exploded with flavor and the inside was like a fluffy vanilla pillow in my mouth. And finally the Vegas omelet. This thing came with a bagel and hash browns and let me tell you. It wasn't a dish that I wanted but I NEEDED. And you will too. We were staying at Bellagio's in Las Vegas. We ate here for breakfast on 2 different days. The first day, food and service were good. The second day, food was good, but our waitress and the service were slow. 1st day: Vegas Omelet ($29) had bacon, American and Muenster cheese. It included hashbrown and bread. Eggs Any Style ($25), bacon, hash browns and bagel. Hubby wanted to also try their waffle ($21 and that's all you get). The omelet with both cheeses was really good. We both ordered hash browns crispy. They were a dark brown color, but not actually crispy. The bacon was good and cooked well and the eggs were very smooth and delicious. The bagel (Everything) was good and tasted fresh and homemade. Our waiter, Cesar D, was fantastic. He was helpful and answered our questions. 2nd day: Eggs Any Style ($25), Yogurt Parfait ($15), Toast ($6), Side of berries ($12) and coffee ($7). Someone asked us what we'd like to drink, said water. We waited about 10 minutes before our waitress Gail, came to table. She asked what we wanted to drink, we told her we had ordered, but the lady hadn't brought it yet. I think Gail had to remind her because it came after she left with our order. When Gail took our order, I requested my toast be buttered in the back - while it was still warm, and the butter would melt. She said one of the chef's liked her, so it wouldn't be a problem. Our order came out about 20" later. Toast was unbuttered and cold. The young man who brought our order, returned back with hot toast, ready for butter. The yogurt was in a small bowl (sorry, I started eating it before taking a picture) and contains honey. The fruit side was strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Everything was fresh and tasted good. We asked for the check because we needed to check out and head for the airport. Gail, proceeded to continue helping the young assistant remove plates from our table. We'd just asked for the check and why, BUT SHE KEPT BUSING THE TABLE, when there was already someone doing that. When she brought the check, we gave her a credit card and our MGM awards card. She took them, came back and said she had to log the MGM awards. Reminded her that we needed to check out of hotel, this was about 10:40 am. She said OKAY. I thought this would be fairly quick, but I glanced up after a few minutes and saw she had some plates in her hand (picked up completed dishes from another table) AND was chit chatting with people who were heading out the door. She finally came back at about 10:52 am. She was very nonchalant and seemed to not give a flip. This was the only poor service we had at Sadelle's. It's a lovely restaurant. read more

My friend and I started with a cappuccino and latte respectively. I ordered the salmon tower (with an everything bagel) and a side order of fries. My friend ordered the western omelette with a side of hash browns and everything bagel. The western omelette came with ham and peppers and was fluffy and evens distributed. Both the hash browns and French fries were a great addition to our main dishes. The salmon was great and fresh with the side of fix ins including cream cheese, tomatoes, dill, and capers. However, we were both left disappointed with the actual bagels itself. The bagel was hard to bite into let alone chew. From being established in New York, this was a bit disappointing. Overall, would love to come back to try more of the egg dishes along with the pancakes and French toast. I don't know if it was an off day for the bagels or if I would skip them all together in the future. They do not have staff to answer phones and are not able to modify reservations online. After 2 hours on the phone with MGM and Bellagio they were able to modify my reservation by canceling the previous prepaid reservation and setting a new one. It was going to take 7-10 days for the almost $500 refund. They asked that I charge another $500 for the new reservation. Just for one modification... we cancelled. read more

I came here with a large group for a fun end of year brunch! It was extremely busy. We started off with drinks and they didn't have most of the drinks on the menu. Our server kept coming back saying they are out of everything. I settled on a Bloody Mary and my friend got the one fun drink they did have the French toast martini. Both were delicious. Our food took a while to arrive and when it did all the hot food was cold. We had to get the fries remade because they were inedible but for the eggs Benedict's we really didn't want to wait longer. The smoked salmon was delicious but the everything bagels tasted cold chewy and stale, like they had been sitting under a warmer. I liked the cucumbers and capers a lot that accompanied it and the create your own idea. My eggs Benedict was cold but still tasted good. The grapefruit Benedict was the saving grace for this place! Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, I was lucky to snag a reservation for 1. I heard about this restaurant from one of the hotel staff. I live French toast and when she told me "I don't even like French toast, but that's the best French toast I've ever had" I definitely had to try it. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my reservation and was seated on time. The restaurant is located right next to the botanical gardens/observatory and it is so beautiful and it smells wonderful . They even have some tables that are located inside that area/ close you can get super cute photos. They also have some tables that overlooks the pool area which is nice as well (this is where I ended up sitting). The staff was so kind and so helpful. I appreciate that multiple people checked on me during my time at the restaurant. I ordered the French toast ($24, added berries for $5), 1 soft scrambled egg ($5), and the chicken sausage ($10, per the recommendation of my waiter). Everything was great! The best soft scrambled egg I've had, so creamy. The chicken sausage was so good (and they were adorable lol). The French toast with warm syrup...quite possibly the best I've ever had! The portions were huge and it was toasted on all sides. Crunchy on the outside and creamy and soft on the inside. Do yourself a favor and go! read more

All of the times I have stayed at the Bellagio, and this was the first visit to Sadelle's. I visited on 08/05/2024 at 10:45am and it was just me (Party of 1). I did not have a reservation; however, I used the Gold members line. ' What a fantastic experience. Great ambiance right off the Bellagio conservatory. All of the staff were super friendly, including my server. The food was excellent. Now, yes -- of course you pay Vegas prices; however, the portions were huge. I had the Half triple decker with turkey and bacon and it was delicious. The half portion also comes with fries. I would most definitely return to Sadelle's again. read more

This restaurant is beautiful. While it's worth visiting for the atmosphere alone, the food is as good as the setting. We got an added bonus of seeing some of the men's US basketball team at brunch and that was a highlight of our trip. I tried caviar for the first time and to me it tasted like sushi but with only one ingredient. I liked it best mixed in with my other food, which was the bagel and whitefish that comes out on a tower with cream cheese and various other toppings. It was a meal that nicely leaves you feeling full but not stuffed. Service was excellent, just a nice experience all around. read more

I love eggs Benedict but I'm partial to the English muffin. If you are flexible with that you might really enjoy this. Cheese danish is good, was not a huge fan of the sticky bun. Food: We tried the Greek Salad, Crispy Sandwich, Roast Salmon, Strawberry Cake, Cheese Blintzes. Greek salad and crispy sandwich my friends said were good, refer to pics. Roast salmon was pretty overcooked unfortunately, but the sauce and asparagus were good (-1 star). Strawberry cake is a must try, 3 people can easily share. It's $20 for a slice of cake which is crazy, but it's so decadent. Cheese blintzes are good but didn't feel worth the money. They're like crepes filled with cream cheese served with sugar and syrup. Service: Service is attentive. We were served by Michael and I like that the waiters are all in suit jackets. Ambiance: Can't be beat. It is beautifully located next to the Bellagio Conservatory and the Spring theme perfectly coincided with Sadelle's vibe. I highly recommend the house salmon tower. It comes with one bagel but you can add on according to your party size. The half order of their triple-decker club was plenty for a party of two. We still had some leftovers to take home. Both dishes were a home run for brunch. We paired them with a coffee cocktail (essentially an espresso martini), which was strong and refreshing. I got the ham and she got the salmon Benedict and we also split a plate of hash browns. One plate of the hash browns was more than enough for both of us alongside the eggs Benedict. Our server, Mike, was also really polite and attentive and gave us some insider tips about the local life here when he found out we had recently moved to Vegas from Washington. Ambience-wise, we felt like we were back in Paris at the Marie Antoinette-esque Starbucks we visited there with the blue and gold color scheme. I didn't see any available reservations two days ahead of time, but I saw that they had a take out cart and decided to try that instead. I got my food 16 minutes from ordering from the To-Go cart and successfully applied AMEX FHR Breakfast credit (the full $60) to the order. This fully covered the Leo, Lox & Bagel, and a coffee. The coffee was okay. Nothing special and too expensive. The Lox & Bagel is a brunch special that I didn't see on the menu. A bit more reasonably priced and suitably filling for brunch. The Leo was a great accompanyment to the Lox & Bagel. The amount of egg and salmon provided was more than enough to make little bagels with them, and I added the extra to the Lox & Bagel. The food is solidly Manhattan deli quality and the prices are reasonable considering where you are. The service is fantastic. Pre-COVID they had a great HH; who knows if that'll return. There's place was so cute inside Bellagio hotel. I came here with a group for brunch. That aesthetic and design other places so beautiful and we made reservations beforehand so we were able to sit down as soon as we arrived. The staff was so nice and attentive. Also like a smell, recommend recommendations on favorite foods and drinks. We ended up Starting with some iced caramel copies. And me and my sister shared the bagel tower that came with plain bagels and everything bagels also cream cheese and smoked salmon. Cucumber and tomatoes.It was so good there were it was fun, different toppings and bagels mix and match. The other girls had both got the French toast and they both said it was really good and was a big portion .The place is definitely a fun cute brunch spot it is a little pricey, but me and my sister were so full. I love Sadelle's. Sometimes I dream about eating their shrimp cocktail or triple decker sandwiches. We make it a priority to have at least one meal at Sadelle's every trip we go to Vegas because we love it so much. This trip, we had a wonderful server named Michael who really made our dining experience enjoyable. We got the shrimp cocktail to share, which is always fresh and tastes exceptional, and the grapefruit brûlée, which is always a great way to finish our meal. I got the triple decker sandwiches with turkey and bacon and the sandwiches were massive as usual. I usually only eat one to two pieces of the four pieces that come in a HALF portion, so the half portion can easily be shared. The double fried fries that come with the half portion of sandwich is always on point. My husband got the ham eggs Benedict, which he always enjoys. My sister got the rigatoni bolognese that is apparently a Carbone recipe, and I tried some of it for the first time and it was delicious! My brother-in-law got the roasted salmon, which he says tasted good as well. Overall, we were all very happy with our meal and I look forward to the next time I go to Vegas to eat at Sadelle's again.
