I know they do a daily lunch buffet. What nights do they do a dinner buffet?

It's not daily. I just called and they said only Monday-Friday.

Ajay, did you change the vindaloo recipe? The other day, it had a sharp chili flavor, similar to Tabasco. I called the restaurant back and they said it was because they used different chili peppers. Order was placed on Oct 16.

We have not changed any recipes, we didn't have a different chili in between. Could have been that but I will double check. However we do not use or have Tabasco in the restaurant.… Read more

After spending the day out on the water, we were ready to unwind with a great meal. We love Nepali…read moreand Indian cuisine, so when we found Aroma House nearby, we decided to give it a try. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a small restaurant, there weren't any other guests when we arrived, and it felt like they were just getting started for the day. Since we were almost two hours from home, we figured we'd stay anyway. That turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. We ordered some of our favorites: Chicken Tikka, Aloo Gobi, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Chicken, and rice. Instead of our usual biryani, our server recommended the coconut rice. I'd only ever had coconut rice with Caribbean or Thai food, never with Nepali or Indian cuisine, so we decided to trust the recommendation. From the very first bite, we could tell everything was made fresh with care. The coconut rice was incredibly rich, creamy, and flavorful, it practically melted in our mouths and paired beautifully with the Chicken Tikka. The Tandoori Chicken was perfectly marinated with just the right amount of char, juicy on the inside and packed with flavor. The Aloo Gobi was equally impressive, with tender potatoes and cauliflower that had soaked up every bit of the aromatic spices. And the garlic naan? Fresh, buttery, and the perfect companion to every dish. This was hands down some of the best Nepali and Indian food we've had in a long time. Every dish tasted thoughtfully prepared, and the warm hospitality made the experience even better. If we're ever in the area again, I'd gladly make the nearly two-hour drive back just to eat here. Honestly, locals should be filling this place every night. It's a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered, and it's one we'll be recommending to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed the mango mocktails. The beet patty appetizers were tasty and fresh. The paneer sizzler and dal makhani were great as well. Delicious food and the service can't be beat. Thanks for a great dinner and making us feel like we're at home.

Stopped by for a pita pocket with falafel and fried eggplant and it really hit the spot…read more The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft inside, not dry at all which is always the risk. The fried eggplant added a really nice flavor and texture, super soft and perfectly cooked. Everything together in the pita just worked. Fresh veggies, good sauces, and a solid balance without being too heavy. Portion was generous and filling. You can tell they're using fresh ingredients and putting some care into it, not just throwing it together. Nothing fancy, just really good, satisfying food. Definitely coming back for this again.

This is a generously-sized combination plate with 6 falafel balls, hummus, tabbouleh, 2 dolmas, cabbage, beets, sauerkraut, roasted red bell peppers, salad, pickled turnips, sumac onions, pickled cucumbers, mild banana peppers, garbanzo beans, $16.45 total if you add pita, additional $1.25 to add baba ghannouj. The baba ghannouj is excellent and can be added as a topping (or order separately). The falafel and hummus are good (although the hummus starts to feel a little rich if you eat a lot of it. The beets are good. I should probably ask them to skip the tabbouleh, sauerkraut, and pickles next time because I don't eat those. This plate alone, along with pita bread, was enough to fill my 2 kids and me up. 2.Falafel salad, $18. 6 falafel balls with fattoush salad. This was very good! Dressed with just the right amount of tasty dressing. Good combination of a light-feeling salad with the heftier falafel. This dish alone was probably enough for myself and 1 kid. 3. Mango milk, $5.50. Delicious. Similar to a mango lassi but made with milk instead of yogurt, so it feels a bit lighter. The three of use shared this. Parking available in adjacent lots or on streets.
