The most friendly dealership and customer service you could ask for!! While I don't own a Ford, they were kind enough to service my vehicle for me. I needed brakes, rotors turned, and a serpentine belt. Because I wanted OEM parts, not aftermarket it did take about a week to get them delivered, but they actually came in cheaper than the factory dealership!! I called Aaron several times before my appointment asking about random stuff and while I thought I was bothering him, he never got rude or seemed to notice when I apologized. They got everything done in the same day and it's running soo much better now. Had fuel pump go out and had car towed to Zumwalt. Next day they confirmed it need a fuel pump and the work was authorized. A week later the wife called to check on it. She was told the part was ordered and "it will be done when it's done". Called a week later they didn't return the call. Called a few days later and again was told the part wasn't in. Told them to just put aftermarket part in it. Called a week later and no return call. After almost 6 weeks wife stopped by the dealer. Turns out the car was fixed over 2 weeks before but no one called read more

I'm super surprised these guys don't have any reviews yet.. I guess its not very 'Yelp-y' to rate a dealership. I didn't buy my car here but I have it serviced here. It must be said, these guys have *the best* customer service I think I've ever experienced. I mean like, anywhere. Not only are they *always* friendly and helpful, even when they're completely busy, but they never fail to go above and beyond your expectations. Even when I get an oil change they wash/ vacuum my ENTIRE car. A few months ago I got a flat in Sacramento and Big-O Tires broke my tire pressure sensor and told me it was just "Missing". When I told the guys at Zumwalt, Reuben went to all the trouble to call them (repeatedly) and get on their case, and finally they ended up paying for the damages they caused. I can't give enough praise for Aaron in the service department. We had to have an expensive repair done to our 2010 Edge that was covered under an extended warranty. They dealt with the warranty co. and obtained a rental car. He also gave daily progress reports as to the repairs. He was also very helpful dealing with the purchase of a battery that I had to buy at another Ford dealer who didn't want to honor the warranty on the battery. Zumwalt Ford service has been extremely reliable in all of our service needs. Their sales staff is also very professional and helpful. This is for Zumwalt and Ford Co. Poor customer service by both. My car which has been cared for like a show car since 2005 . Now it's faux leather door panels are completely coming undone on both sides . I can't even blame this on " normal wear and tear. "It only has 2500 miles on it. This dealer and Ford Co. I searched the internet and bought a car here last week for my elderly mother. I'm not a big fan of car dealerships in general but this was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Very friendly people, no high pressure, went back and forth twice and then gave them an offer and after a short consult the deal was done. BUT then the owner came out, got the keys and went and topped off the tank. Miguel the salesman was low key and easy to work with. The owner Ron Clark was extremely nice and even offered to pick the car up from my mom's house to bring the car back to the dealership for a warranty repair (it was a used car). These guys are top notch. Gavin and his crew are simply the best I've found. I actually live in the Bay Area, but have had bad experiences at Towne Ford and Sunnyvale Ford; so I drive my vehicle up to St. Helena when it needs service or repair. Every single time, these guys get it right: only the maintenance that's needed, no crazy claims about things you have to buy, and if something's not right, they make it right. One time, they forgot to fix a tail light that had gone out. I mentioned it to the mechanic just before leaving, and he says, "Oh, shoot! I'm so sorry!" He runs into the shop, grabs a bulb, and in 60 seconds it's done---no charge; no problems. It's not like this would have been expensive anyway, but there's a clear difference between somebody that wants your business and wants to take care of you, and somebody that wants to wring the pennies out of you. And they will wash your car---holy cow, I love these guys. read more

I took my Focus in due to a clutch shudder and hesitation in acceleration. They kept my car all day, then called me to say there was nothing wrong with my car...The man behind the counter sounded like a dad admonishing a child. The shudder remained, and I took it in to Napa Ford, where they found the clutch was slipping and replaced it. Long story short, I ended up trading my car in for a new one. They were so helpful there and really knew their stuff. They knew of the clutch problems with my model year, and gave me the attention I needed to get things repaired. When I called late in the day to find out when my truck service would be ready I was told that they had not done any work because they could not reach me for authorization. This was a crisis since I needed my brakes fixed so I could be up in the mountains that night for harvest. I was indoors all day with my cell 100% of the time. It never rang and a missed call never showed up. So I guess these guys only call once...even if they dial a wrong number, or just plain lie. I noticed the bad attitude when I brought the truck in and it was there again when I called. I bought my truck here and have done all the service here. I just purchased a new Super Duty Truck from this dealer and was pleasantly surprised with their level of service, ease of purchase and the great price they gave me.....all with ZERO Hassle! I had been contemplating buying a new Truck and have been looking online for about 6 months and Zumwalt Ford seems to be the only dealer in the area that's smart enough to consistently stock trucks with right combination of features that people would want. All of the other dealers in the area had a ton of trucks in stock but none of them had exactly what I wanted without having to dealer trade one or order one from Ford. When I first started looking at trucks 6 months ago I noticed the same thing with this dealership, they had exactly what I wanted in stock back then. That was why I gave them a second look when I finally decided to purchase a truck. Eddie, Miguel and Steve were all fantastic to deal with and very easy going. They worked hard to get me the best deal, great financing and did not try and sell me a bunch of stuff I wasn't interested in. I would definitely recommend checking this dealership out if you're in the market for a Ford. Yeah We are locals of The Napa Valley. My wife bought a 2011 Ford Escape from them. She wanted an all wheel drive which she was told it was. Its not. I understand that she bought it without warranty but six months after she had it the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called the dealer and complained but they ended up talking to my wife because they didn't want to talk to "a guy". She brought the car in and they wanted about 1400 dollars to repair it as it was not under warranty. I called and complained but as I said they got ahold of my wife and said they will charge us half the price. 700 dollars. She agreed. Needless to say I was not happy. The funny thing is or was ,was I was on the market for a brand new ford F350. That whole episode changed my mind. If a Ford AC goes out in 4 years and they give us that kind of service I will by a Chevy. read more

We have a 2002 Volkswagon Passat that started overheating, and from our friends experience, we figured it was the water pump. We thankfully purchased the extended warranty, so this would be covered. So although this dealer was not a Certified Volkswagon mechanic, we figured it would be best to get it to the closest location being it had been overheating.... with that being said we called in and Zumwalt Ford said we could bring it in the following morning to be looked over! Upon dropping it off and receiving the call back, Gavin stated that they could order the part and get it in by Monday, then being Friday, he recommend that we replace the timing belt and a bearing as well. One thing he forgot to include in his "recommendation" is that they actually would not even replace the water pump without changing everything else. So we basically had to hand over our money for something that we already knew needed to be replaced, and chose to drive away because what we were anticipating being a couple hundred dollars was now going to be near seven hundred. I understand where they are coming from, but it should be our decision to fix something on our vehicle....its like they always say "If it's not broke, then don't fix it"! Over all, really bad experience, and in the end when we asked for the paperwork on the diagnostic that we just paid for, he only printed half the page and stated that they were his own personal notes. read more
