Phở Plain, Phở Filet Mignon & Garlic Butter Fried Rice

We've been coming here for years and the food has always been consistently delicious and dependable. When the restaurant changed ownership a few years ago, we were happy to find that the quality remained just as strong. We heard the new owner made a real effort to learn the original recipes and uphold the standards set by the family who ran it for so many years and that dedication truly shows in the food. The location itself is warm and inviting and familiar in the best way, it's part of what keeps us coming back. While the staff is consistently kind and friendly, the level of attentiveness doesn't feel quite the same as it once did. That said, we will always return because the bone broth they prepare for the pho is truly exceptional.

We got 5 different dishes, our least favorite was the garlic noodles. But everything else was really good, pho, steak garlic fried rice and vemecelli noodles. We will be returning!

Nice ambiance, very spacious and clean. Food just takes time to arrive. Food Service is good.

Food was ok, not bad but not good enough for me to come back since I live in Westminster and it was pretty pricey. I paid I think it was $25 for a salmon plate.

Love the scenery and we were the here before opening time.

It's our first time here. Food and ambience deserves recognition. The waitress is really nice. The restaurant has many variations in food choices.

Let's be honest, people get pho to cure their hangover, but this place doesn't just cure hangovers they actually have love in their food! Their broth is very rich in flavor, they also have high quality meat. Ask for the owners home made chili sauce, it elevates the broth even more. The service is great! The owner was very friendly to her customers and the waiters got whatever you asked for immediately. The ambiance of the place feels very warm. Marble bar top and decorated with plants around the restaurant with lights that set the mood for a nice dinner. This is my new top pho spot. I'll most likely be here on Sunday morning after my Saturday night of heavy drinking.

We walked in on a Sunday afternoon to a fairly empty restaurant and were told we could take a seat anywhere we'd like. Presotea is located inside the resteraunt and you can order their drinks while dining in or you can just walk up to the counter and order. Service was friendly but not very attentive. I ordered the Shrimp Spring rolls and requested that the cabbage be omitted. They arrived filled with cabbage. The server happily took them back and brought the new rolls which still had traces of cabbage. The order comes with two and overall, they were good. We also tried the Signature Steak Filet Mignon Fried Rice. The picture showed the dish topped with a fried egg. Unfortunately, we missed the disclaimer stating that the fried egg was an extra charge. Once the rice arrived, we didn't feel like waiting for the egg. It would have been nice if the server would have asked if we wanted it topped with an egg. The dish was tasty. However, some meat was chewy and the rice was a bit overcooked with some of the rice being a bit hard. From Presotea, we ordered the Brown Sugar Creme Brule. This drink was really good! Overall, it was great to try. But, we most likely won't be back to Saigon District. I would say Presotea is worth a visit.

I been here so Many times!! Free drink if you check in! The good is Always Clean ingredients! The staff is always amazing! Support your local business!

THANK YOU SO MUCH CHEF RACHEL AND THE ENTIRE TEAM! KELLY, BRIAN AND RAIN! Pho was absolutely amazing. Soup was fantastic and vibes were incredible. Owner took 2 years to become an apprentice to be able to learn how to make ramen and cook at a famous Japanese restaurant. Apparently it was a famous sensei that taught her but she didn't know. COME TRY!

Drinks and food were both good, worth the wait. Chicken Wings -crispy and light, chicken was soo juicy. We loved the raw minced garlic sprinkled over top. Saltado Fries (w/ Filet Mignon)- Sauce/glaze they used to stir fry the dish was just the right amount of sweet and stickiness. Something about their green sauce is so addicting. Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly, we ordered it medium. Chifa Fried Rice (with Filet Mignon)- fried rice had plenty of wok heat aroma. Next time if we ordered both the fried rice and saltado fries, we might opt for a different protein rather than both being Filet Mignon. Garlic Butter Prawns -shrimp had the perfect snap and cooked perfectly. Sauce paired well with the rice, rich and decadent. Rib Bone Soup -sooo good! Beef ribs were fall off the bone tender. Soup was clear but flavorful which helped wash down the rest of our meal. If you love glass noodles, you have to give this a go.

The inside area is a bit cramped and doesn't really have a good ambiance. The service at Kei concept restaurants is pretty solid, the workers are very nice and considerate. My favorite dishes are the Asian pear salad and the Lomo saltado fries with filet mignon. I really recommend the pear salad because the arugula, burrata, the dressing with the Korean pear is so refreshing. One downside is that they're a bit too pricey now so I don't go as much as I did before.

I've been here a couple times before and the service has always been really good and fast each time. My personal favorites were the banh mi chao, chicken wings, and seafood ceviche. It's obvious they put a lot of effort in these dishes in terms of presentation and flavor. The restaurant itself is also so beautiful and is a good reflection on the amount of effort they put in creating a good experience for customers. It wasn't that busy yet but after a few minutes, large group of people started showing up. We did have a reservation prior. The cafe is really nice, pretty big and spacious. All of the staff are really nice. We ordered 3 appetizers and 1 main dish to share. I love getting their cloud matcha latte, it has this sweet and salty earthy taste that I love. My bf got the marble coffee, he said it was pretty good as well. Then we had calamari, spicy wontons and THE DAO. Calamari was plentiful in serving, comes with a sauce and I really liked their sauce, it has citrusy taste. The spicy wontons are a crowd favorite as well for me. It definitely puts it on the top spot of spicy wontons I've tried from other spots. THE DAO (yes, it needed the caps lock on the name), this is my top appetizer from this cafe. The first time I tried it, I was craving it for a while. Some people might say it's a simple appetizer, but for me it's the taste and flavor that put it on the top spot. For the main dish we had Xo Chien, it's a crispy rice with pork floss, egg, chinese sausage. It's a delightful dish, and the flavor and texture is pretty nice as well. My bf loves this dish. Definitely recommend going here for a brunch. Can't wait to come back and try their menu for lunch and dinner.

Started with the Hamachi Crudo - fresh hamachi with aguachile, avocado, cucumber, serrano, and macerated strawberries. The Momonoki Chicken Wings followed with a crispy 12-hour brined chicken glazed in caramel fish sauce, Thai chili, and scallions. Sweet, savory, crispy... these disappeared quickly. The Dashi Pesto came with pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, dashi-infused pesto, blistered cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan. Then came the Gochujang Pork Belly over mashed potatoes with mozzarella and scallions. The pork belly was tender and flavorful, but those mashed potatoes deserve their own review. Seriously, the softest and creamiest mashed potatoes ever. Ever. Finished the savory side with the Miso Bacon Carbonara - creamy miso-Calabrian chili carbonara with crispy bacon, Parmesan, and scallions. Rich, comforting, and another dish worth coming back for. Dessert brought strawberry lychee ice cream and sesame creme brulee. Both were pleasant, although the savory dishes were definitely stars of the evening. Signed up for an event and left with a list of reasons to come back. Momonoki understood the assignment and those mashed potatoes the extra credit. Shoutout to the cool and amazing staff!

It is family owned. It is located in a strip mall in Huntington Beach at the corner of Beach and Main. A very busy intersection. There is parking in front of the restaurant. They have a handicap ramp. The interior design is modern and simplistic. Everyone is always friendly and we Love Amy the owner. Although, we have been missing her over the past couple of visits. When you walk in, you'll get seated right away and the server will bring you a glass bottle of Alkaline water. Nice touch! The menu is simple and on point. They offer all the main traditional Vietnamese dishes. For starters, we ordered the crispy veggie egg rolls which comes with 4 egg rolls, the summer rolls with shrimp which also comes in 4 pieces. As a main course, we got 2 shrimp pho's with vegan broth (yes they brought back the vegan broth) Thank you Amy It is light and goes really well with the shrimp. Make sure to add lots of fresh basil for a flavor boost. And we also got the house garlic prawns which comes with either steam rice or garlic noodles as well as steamed brocoli. Everything is delicious. The Pho noodle soup is a must. It is available with different meats and broths with option of thick or thin rice noodles. In my opinion, It is the best. And i believe that most people go there specifically for their Pho. That is what got me hooked. Overall Pho HP is always a great experience and we will be back again soon. I highly recommend Pho HP.
