I should have knew it was a hole in the wall when my husband warned me of the location. We ordered really simple entrees that were just absolutely trash. Save your money, try another Pho restaurant because this was enough to make me never want to eat this cuisine again.

It's great that they are open late. I ordered the #4 which has the tendon, tripe, beef etc. All the meat was tender. Even the tendon was soft and cooked to my preference/liking. They do not skimp on the meat in your pho. The broth was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet. Not overpowering on the spices. I also like how they have the pickled garlic in jars on the table. The accompaniments aren't a staple that you see at every pho spot. You can choose to have fresh noodle to your pho for an extra dollar. It's worth it to add.

I am home sick today from work feeling like I have a bad cold and I always like to eat Pho when I'm sick. I ordered the brisket and the broth was so tasty and everything was fresh will definitely order from here again. I haven't ordered from any Pho places yet since I just moved back to Southern California but would definitely recommend!!

This is a "3XL". It's just a regular with an extra half-order of noodles.
    Joseph K.

Liars and skimpers. They are charging $6 for the 3XL version. All you get is a half-order of extra noodles. They still only gave 3 slices of brisket. They still skimped on the soup; container was filled up to maybe 70%.

Do you have a late night craving for some Pho? I did, and this is where we went. Small business feeling, with great customer service and speedy delivery to my table. Definitely recommend coming here. Everything I ordered tasted fresh, authentic and home made.

Came in with my family to enjoy some pho. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! We also loved watching the videos showing how the dishes are made.

#9 and don't forget that pickled garlic! Yummy!

This is my first time coming to this place and when I say delicious, I mean it. We got the beef pho ( #9) , the chicken pho and a small side of rice and chicken for the little one. They also had eggrolls, which were delicious a must when you go there. The Thai tea was very delicious. Also, the sparkling lemonade was very refreshing. They also have a bunch of condiments on the side that you can add to your bowl, but when I tell you, you don't need it you don't lol. The broth was beyond delicious and flavorful for both items. They have pickled garlic, which was so good. I actually was eating it just by itself. The service was fast and nice. The inside gave you a very mom and Pop vibes which I loved. On the weekends, they stay open to midnight so it's a perfect go to spot if you're looking for some comfort food at a late hour. Definitely will recommend this to other people and definitely will be back.

Been coming here when it was Pho 86 The meatballs are always the highlight of the meal. Plenty of protein packed in a medium sized bowl. Definitely good place for soup and without the long lines .

We love it here ! The nature sounds made the ambiance feel warm and comfortable ! Kelly was amazing ! Very alert and friendly! She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was very kind to our toddler Food was beyond delicious ! Portions were great ! We had extra to take home ! The broth is rich and savory!! Plus the fact they are open late night makes it even better

Came here for dinner on a weekday with my son. He ordered the vegetarian phở and I ordered chicken with the glass noodles to have something different. Phở was good and our server was nice but after bringing the food she never once came to our table. We were the only ones sitting in there. Basically if I wanted more water or something I'd have it get up and ask. I guess. Other than that it was fine but I'd might as well get take out and bring it home.

    Christine L.

Food came out super fast which was great because I was starving. The broth is decent and there was ample meat, but I felt like the portion of noodles was less than other Pho restaurants. Still, it's a good spot for a quick lunch!

The fish is perfectly seasoned, and the aroma from the dill and scallions alone is enough to make your mouth water. I also highly recommend their selection of congee. When we arrived, we were seated right away since it wasn't very busy. The waitress was really nice and answered any questions we had about the menu. Thank you! Here's what we ordered: Mi Sui Cao Kho (5/5): I really liked how they served the wontons on the side so they didn't make my noodles all soggy. Mi Vit Quay (4.5/5): I think my dad really liked this one. I forgot to ask for his opinion, but he definitely devoured everything in that bowl LOL. Chinese Donut (5/5): Fried fresh, so it was perfectly crispy and honestly so addicting to eat! Steamed Pork Kidneys (3/5): Not bad, but I felt like it was missing something to complete the flavor. Overall, a really good experience! P.S. They also sell banh bao on the side!

Hue Ky Mi Gia - Food and Service Appear to Be Declining…read more My wife and I decided to try Hue Ky Mi Gia. The restaurant is located in a busy plaza, and the parking lot is shared with several other businesses, so finding a parking space can be difficult. Location and Parking -- 2/5 The location is convenient, but parking can be challenging because many businesses share the same parking lot. Atmosphere and Comfort -- 2/5 The air-conditioning was weak, and the front door remained open, so the restaurant felt warmer than expected. Service -- 3/5 The service was only okay. The waiters were not especially friendly or welcoming. Food -- 2/5 I ordered the mì vịt tiềm. As everyone can see from my picture, my bowl came with only one small piece of bok choy. In comparison, pictures posted by other customers show the same dish served with several pieces of fresh vegetables. The noodles were okay but much too oily. The broth served on the side was not hot enough, and the duck was dry and tough instead of tender. The pickled vegetables were also too sour. Restaurants can change over time. Based on the difference between my meal and the meals shown in other customers' pictures, the portions and food quality appear to be inconsistent and declining. Cleanliness -- 2/5 The dining area was acceptable, but the restroom needed more attention and cleaning. Overall -- 2/5 Stars Overall, our experience was below average. Hue Ky Mi Gia may be worth trying once if you want something different, but the food, service, comfort, and cleanliness all need improvement.

Grandpa's Kitchen…read more I've been a longtime customer because their Phnom Penh-style hu tieu has always been very good. They were actually one of the first places around to serve this style of noodles, and I've enjoyed it for many years. However, over time, I feel like the quality isn't quite the same as it used to be. Maybe the prices are a little lower now, but the portions also seem noticeably smaller. I recently stopped by in the evening for some snacks. The atmosphere was open, casual, and lively, although both the service and the food seemed a little slow coming out. The balut was way too big for me, so I honestly couldn't really eat it. But the grilled blood cockles were large, fresh, and very juicy, which I really enjoyed. The restaurant itself is small, but it feels airy and comfortable. They also have outdoor seating, which is especially nice in the evening when the weather is cool.
