WOW! That's all I can say. I called Amy about a month ago about a front bumper, she was very helpful and we set an appointment. I told her I was coming from Sacramento, Ca and I was coming down Friday. I got there around 6:15pm that day and dropped off the truck to Jeremy. He told me he was going to stay late and install the bumper on my truck that night!! When they finished with my truck they delivered my truck to my Airbnb that night!! WOW! That's customer service. Update: So about 3-4 months after my initial review I feel as tho I've been duped. It's a little odd that an off-road shop doesn't have the ability to remove wheels without scratching the bronze finish off them to do a BMC. They ended up having to replace my front wheel TWICE. But no biggie, they replaced them. Still, a little weird tho. I was interested in purchasing Rock sliders and a front bumper for my 4Runner, so I asked them if they could do the install after i got them in. They said they could, but why not wait for their products to be released? They explained that they've been in the process of making both sliders and bumpers for my rig, and because of the inconvenience of having to come back multiple times for the BMC and having to replace my wheels that they damaged twice, they promised that they'd hook me up with a really good price, as I'd also be one of the first ones to receive their new products. So far at this point I was super excited to give them a try so I genuinely passed up 2 realllllly good deals from somewhere else on both the sliders and the bumper. I was told in a few weeks, when the bumpers are in, I'll be receiving a call. No call. I called and spoke to a few different people, and was told that any day now, the new specs of the bumpers would be coming in and that they'd be ready in a couple weeks or so. That was about 3.5 months ago. So not only did I pass up a significant deal on both my sliders and bumpers, I was willing to be one of the first test runs on the new bumpers and sliders Saints Offroad was designing, as I really liked how genuine they seemed to be. Instead, I got dicked on a great deal on both the bumper and sliders, because I believed Saints Offroad's/Amy's lies. Am I annoyed that a one time BMC visit ended up having to be 4 visits? Maybe a little, but I was super understanding that mistakes happen. Amy, one of the owners, likes to say that she'll call you back repeatedly but never seems to do so. She's told me that, maybe 5-6 times, but never really called me back when she said she would. I had to call the place back and even went to far as to let the other people know that Amy has said that she's gonna call someone back, then does not do so even days/weeks later. I ended up feeling like I was chasing Saints Offroad to give them my business, when they were the ones who convinced me to pass up on the bumper and sliders I was literally about to buy. Not a great way to treat your customers, guys. Maybe I was too nice and too forgiving about the little mistakes along the way, and ended up being taken for a ride, but I won't make that mistake again. -------------------------------------------- I'm currently sitting here in their waiting room and I can honestly say this place is fantastic. The owner, Ronnie, what a stand up guy. Can't say enough about the honest way he runs this place. Jesse, also a heck of a stand up guy. Really cares about your needs. Ivan, stand up guy. Great sense of humor. Has the sick ass Tacoma in the front with the stage 6 Icon, so he knows Toyota. Feel comfortable talking to him about all your needs. Amy. Likes to rush you off the phone and tell you that she'll call you back with either an estimate or the info you were seeking. News Flash, she won't. Daniel did a heck of a job on my BMC, and you can tell he'll be one of the lead techs there in a few years. The guy cares and took the time to really figure out what I wanted to do and the look I wanted. And he delivered. No Mickey Mouse jobs are done here, and you can tell. I'll be returning here for EVERYTHING related to my 4Runner, henceforth. Not only that, they have values that I respect with wholesome Christian music playing in the shop, and a Bible up front. I originally contacted Saints off-road in August 2023 to lift my 2010 F150's front end more and put a rear lift block. We originally planned to install a spacer lift on my rough country struts but went back to ordering my own coilovers with another shop. Even tho I did not come here first, I returned today, September 2023, to adjust my coilovers and do a professional alignment. I recommend HIGHLY, anyone that has had a nightmare experience, no experience in off-road building trucks etc, to go here. The moment I got my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it! Within the week I was able to head down to Saints and ordered brand new wheels and tires with complete ease. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their product and how it would work with my vehicle. They provided me with recommendations and information so I would know exactly what to expect. The installation was a breeze and only took a couple hours. The store has a wide variety of wheels and tires, along with almost any off-road accessory you could need. The building is in a location that is easy to approach, the store is clean, and the staff has Christian music playing in the background. Update I received a call shorty after posting my yelp review from the concern owner Ron. A true measurement of good honest customer service starts at the top. Attitude reflects leadership. Ron called to apologize for the service I received. He genuinely wanted to hear me out and find areas of improvement for his business. After having a 1 on 1 talk with Ron I regained the lost confidence and faith I lost on the second visit. Very professional demeanor and attitude provided by Ron. One thing that blew me away is that he refunded my service fee. I was taken back, I really wasn't expecting that. What an amazing gesture! That's how good business is done! Take great care of the customer and if you fall short do what it takes to reconcile and remedy the situation. I was really floored Ron did that. I feel 1000x more confident that my needs will be met after talking to Ron. I will definitely be back for my lift, tires and rims soon. I felt really reluctant writing and posting this review. I'm going to be honest, I really wanted to like this shop but this feels like a house decided. The back employees such as the mechanics and Techs do a great job, very professional service but the from line employees such as the sales reps need improvement. After 3 visits for one install I left feeling with no confidence and faith in the shop unfortunately. I Ordered a Smittybilt side armor step for my 2018 JL Jeep Wrangler on June 28th. The earliest appointment for installation was July 9th at 10am (2 weeks later). I arrived for the install but after about an hour of waiting for my ride, Ivan the sales rep informed me he made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. He did apologize, but I took time off work for this install, such a disappointment that I now have to take another day off work July 11th for a second install attempt. I don't live near this shop, the second commute is a huge inconvenience. Attention to detail needs improvement. It took 3 visits for 1 install! I am just disappointed they didn't get it right the first time. After leaving I called the shop and spoke with Gilbert, I asked him to make a note for him or someone at the shop to call me back the next day once the correct part arrives. Unfortunately the shop DID NOT follow through and I received NO call. 15 min before the shop closed I decided to call for confirmation and peace of mind. There is a serious lack of ownership and customer appreciation. I did ask and received a discount for the labor service for my inconvenience. The discount regardless of the amount was greatly appreciated but if they offered it instead of me having to ask for it would've changed my entire experience to more of a positive experience as a whole. I really wanted to do more business with this company after reading so many positive reviews but after what I personally experienced, they convinced to look elsewhere for better customer service. I did leave satisfied with the install, the mechanics did a great job, just wish the front desk staff would've represented the company as a positive whole but failed to do so.
