Update I received a call shorty after posting my yelp review from the concern owner Ron. A true measurement of good honest customer service starts at the top. Attitude reflects leadership. Ron called to apologize for the service I received. He genuinely wanted to hear me out and find areas of improvement for his business. After having a 1 on 1 talk with Ron I regained the lost confidence and faith I lost on the second visit. Very professional demeanor and attitude provided by Ron. One thing that blew me away is that he refunded my service fee. I was taken back, I really wasn't expecting that. What an amazing gesture! That's how good business is done! Take great care of the customer and if you fall short do what it takes to reconcile and remedy the situation. I was really floored Ron did that. I feel 1000x more confident that my needs will be met after talking to Ron. I will definitely be back for my lift, tires and rims soon. I felt really reluctant writing and posting this review. I'm going to be honest, I really wanted to like this shop but this feels like a house decided. The back employees such as the mechanics and Techs do a great job, very professional service but the from line employees such as the sales reps need improvement. After 3 visits for one install I left feeling with no confidence and faith in the shop unfortunately. I Ordered a Smittybilt side armor step for my 2018 JL Jeep Wrangler on June 28th. The earliest appointment for installation was July 9th at 10am (2 weeks later). I arrived for the install but after about an hour of waiting for my ride, Ivan the sales rep informed me he made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. He did apologize, but I took time off work for this install, such a disappointment that I now have to take another day off work July 11th for a second install attempt. I don't live near this shop, the second commute is a huge inconvenience. Attention to detail needs improvement. It took 3 visits for 1 install! I am just disappointed they didn't get it right the first time. After leaving I called the shop and spoke with Gilbert, I asked him to make a note for him or someone at the shop to call me back the next day once the correct part arrives. Unfortunately the shop DID NOT follow through and I received NO call. 15 min before the shop closed I decided to call for confirmation and peace of mind. There is a serious lack of ownership and customer appreciation. I did ask and received a discount for the labor service for my inconvenience. The discount regardless of the amount was greatly appreciated but if they offered it instead of me having to ask for it would've changed my entire experience to more of a positive experience as a whole. I really wanted to do more business with this company after reading so many positive reviews but after what I personally experienced, they convinced to look elsewhere for better customer service. I did leave satisfied with the install, the mechanics did a great job, just wish the front desk staff would've represented the company as a positive whole but failed to do so. First time using Saints offroad, not the last. Recently in June of 2021, I purchased a 2021 diesel Jeep Rubicon Gladiator. It was a custom order with nearly every option available. During my waiting period I had lots of time to research options available in the market for lift kits, rims and tires. I basically came to the conclusion I would be using the Evo HD Eorcer overlander 4.5 lift kit. Shocks we're to be Fox 2.5 elite performance front and rear. Now who to install all this high end equipment without having issues. Like most of us I called around to the places I've frequented in the past. Eventually calling Saints Offroad in Glendora Ca. Not being a previous customer at Saints I was skeptical. I spoke with Jeremy, we talked about my choices along with what and how I planned on using my Gladiator. He agreed with my plans never even attempting to upsell me into anything else. We then talked about ordering and setting up a date to commence the install. As parts came in Jeremy and the staff were very informative. Soon I was called and asked to drop off my vehicle on a Tuesday morning. I was told it would take a day a half to complete. By Wednesday afternoon I called and was told your all set. I didn't expect that at all. I figured for sure they'd say oh well, we ugh! ran into an issue so it's going to be a couple more days. Not the case here. Done on time paid exactly what was asked and when I drove off. Wow! It felt amazing! I'm not big on writing reviews however I do read them. Visited Saints Offroad a few weeks back for some accessories on my new 2500HD Duramax and wow let me tell you there Display area in the showroom is a very nice setup!! They have eveything on display from Rigid lighting to tonneau covers, wheels and tires and so forth. The staff was very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectation with there recommendations. I purchased a Bakflip bed cover along with nerf steps. Both products were installed by them to a flawless installation and superior look! I purchased a 2022 Ford F250 Super Duty 4X4. Purchased a Fabtech 6" lift. I had a trusted mechanic install the lift, install went well. Problem- as I drove the vehicle it was like steering a boat...very floaty. I took the truck back to my mechanic still drove the same when I got it back. I took it to another very popular shop specializing in suspension lifts. They too could not figure out what the issue was, in fact I was told nothing was wrong. Edited July 23, 2020: After leaving the original review I was called within minutes by Amy, one of the owners. Then I was sent multiple texts. She offered to pay for my cost to have my truck repaired at the other shop. She sent me a check for $172. She seemed genuinely concerned with my bad experience and bad review and she was trying to make it right and make up for the company's errors. Because of their commitment to try to right their wrongs, I've changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I've left my original review below... My lifted truck was making a very noticeable noise from the front left. I read so many amazing reviews about Saints so I decided to call to make an appointment. I had to call several times because I never got a call back like they said I would. They apologized and said they have a hard time getting info to one another and scheduling can get messy. I made my appointment for 10am for the following week. They said they would do an inspection to identify the issue, then get me a quote to fix it. The inspection would take 30 minutes and they would drive the truck and put it on the lift so they could identify where the noise was originating and what was causing the noise. The fee was $62. I arrived a few minutes before 10. I very nice lady opened the door a few minutes after 10 and invited me in. She said she was sorry but they had a meeting that morning that ran a little long. She asked for my keys and said they'd get started on it. I sat and waited, and waited, and waited. At 10:45 a guy came over and told me he was really sorry for the long wait, and that he was going to go look at my truck now. I was the very first appointment of the day and they took 45 minutes to start, while I was waiting in the front the entire time. I was supposed to be back to work at 11, but oh well, what can I do. About 15 minutes later the guy came back and said they drove it and can clearly hear the noise. They lifted it up and checked everything out and they just couldn't figure out where it's coming from or why it's happening. The suggestion was to do a re-torque because the bolts might not have been tightened to spec, and it sounds like the strut is damaged so they should replace them while they're in there doing the re-torque because the labor costs would be lower while they are already in there. The guy seemed very genuine and understanding of my frustration of them not knowing what the problem was and not knowing if their proposal was going to even fix anything. He told me the last thing he wanted was for me to waste money. He said "God bless you" after telling me he'd call me with a quote. Got the call with a quote of $881. Not happy about the price, I said I wasn't expecting to pay that much and I was concerned that they couldn't even tell me this would solve the issue. Then the price went down to $818. Then I was told he would talk to the other guy and see if there's any way to get the price down from there and that he would call me back. I never received a call back. I decided I would get another opinion so I scheduled an inspection at another shop. It took a little over an hour to identify and fix the problem. The struts were not damaged and didn't need to be replaced. It did not need a re-torque. I paid $172 to have my truck fixed. The fact that 2 different offroad shops are presented with the same problem and one comes up with some blind guesses that they want to charge over $800 to do, and the other finds the problem immediately and charges $172 to fix it, is incredible. How Saints gets these great reviews is beyond me because I didn't experience anything close to 5 stars. read more

Update to my post. Since my post the owner, Ron reached out to me and wanted to take a look at things himself in person. It took sometime due to holidays and different schedules but we finally got together. Ron allowed me to explain what happened and Ron explained why things might have happened. Society has caused many owners to be cautious on taking on work due to people not taking ownership or responsibility. Ron explained that due to prior vehicles having major rust issues and the owners being aware of it but yet not bringing that to the attention of Ron's employees, Ron had to eat the cost of labor fixing these repairs because his employees have now touched these vehicles and had begun work on them. Ron ate the cost because the vehicles would not leave his shop unless safe... why?!... again society. People are quick to sue or point the finger at someone else. I have changed my review to what it is now because the owner took the time to speak to me in person, crawl under my vehicle to inspect it and we both came to a conclusion that it was a mistake. I understand where owners of businesses today are coming from and Ron has something his employees can learn from which I hope is that the employees will ask their peers for there advice and input on whether a job can be done or not. I like to think that I'm very meticulous and plan out things very well. We all love our trucks/rigs, so it's only right to do all the proper research on where to have them taken care of... I have gone to numerous off road shops and stores sometimes just to check what they have, and then check the vibe. Finding the right shop to call home base, is like finding the right barber. You can't just go jump to different barbers, you gotta find the ONE... From the moment I walked into Saints Offroad, I was greeted with a warm welcome from their staff, Amy and Gilbert. At no point did I feel like I was being smothered (like vultures at a car dealership)... I was never sized up or anything, and I felt comfortable asking novice off road questions without getting embarrassed (like other places I've been to). I must've went to their shop about 4 times without purchasing anything, they could've easily ignored me after all I did was ask random questions. They never got annoyed, they were just helpful, and that won me over. I finally planned my set up, and ordered a full King shocks suspension for my Tacoma TRD Pro. Aaron and his crew installed it, and it came out AMAZING! To Amy, Gilbert, and Aaron (and everyone else behind the scenes) -- Thank you guys so much! You are incredible in this field, and many stores could learn a thing or two from your excellent customer service skills and tact. Never did I feel out of the loop, or ever lost in this process.
