I went here before the movies with a friend and reallllyyyy enjoyed their sushi! Such quirky names for the sushi + delish taste! I got the angry wife, which was AMAZING. The torching took it over the top. Unique flavors and quality ingredients, def will be back. Also got miso soup for our meal and it was delish as well.

Sake Toro exceeded expectations! The sushi was not only delicious but also served with lightning-fast speed. Everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Will definitely be back for more - if you love great sushi, you need to try this spot!

Excellent local sushi spot! We got the lunch combo (3 rolls for $18) - spicy tuna roll, tiger roll, and crunchy salmon roll. All were delicious and a great portion for lunch. Also had the kamikaze roll which is a crispy tuna rice - A+++

I treated myself to a date night and had a fabulous time! Sat at the bar, ordered 3 different rolls, and all 3 were delicious. Servers were great and very attentive to refills or asking if I wanted to put in another order.

I sub out the rice for lettuce!

This has been my daughter and I's go to for sushi for over 6 years. They know my order by heart, last week I switched it up! Always good service, love the area and prices are great! I do miss their cucumber martini.

Celebrating daughter's birthday this is her favorite sushi place. We love the large selection of no rice rolls. Friendly staff all wanting to help make your meal the best. Event going on outside so very noisy.

This cozy sushi spot is tucked away on Main Street in Frisco and is perfect for a date night. I have been going here for almost 7 years now and have always had great food here! The something's wrong roll and the Dancing eel roll are two of my favorites and I generally try something new every time I come. The chef suggested we try the yellowtail paradise roll and it was nothing like I have tried before! You have a creamy type sauce to dip into that is superb

Alaskan Dream & Ex-girlfriend roll

Really wanted to like this place especially since it's a literal 2 minute walk from my place. Ended up waiting practically an hour for overpriced soggy sushi. Food: I got the Alaskan Dream & Ex-gf roll. Listen, $15-18 for a roll is absolutely understandable IF the tempura isn't soggy, IF the breadcrumbs aren't stale, IF the nori isn't make everything fall apart and IF the fish laying on top of the roll wasn't bits of fish to make it look like a whole piece of fish. $5 for fresh wasabi - not sure if this is normal, but I haven't been charged for fresh wasabi anywhere I've been in the past year Service: Placed my order at 4:46pm. Arrived at 5:15ish? Waited for my two rolls until 5:34. There were 3 seated tables, 1 guy at the bar & me.

Best sushi in DFW. Freshest fish and creative rolls. Service can be spotty at times tables , but the sushi bar is the place to be.

F&F was recommended by a coworker. I had the impression it was assembly line like Chipotle but it's…read morenot. Food took about 10 minutes to make and there were two people ahead of me (maybe more online). Not a knock, just saying plan accordingly or order ahead for take out. Menu is big with mucho variety of the Japanese and Korean cuisine spectrum. An interesting item was the jalapeno popper which had a sweet ginger sauce all over it. I tried but not my thing due to said sauce. The main was a chicken and steak bowl with noodles and veggies. They give you huge portions with a lot of protein which make the price justifiable. I wish there were more veggies and the 2 cups of sauce you get are not enough for that size so ask for extra. Finally for my fellow Coke-a-holics, this is an enemy operation (Pepsi). Generally speaking i may come back here. Not sure. It's kinda comfort foody and i do wanna give the galbi and one other item a try. It's a 3.5 star rounded up for me.

I'm giving 1.5 stars out of 5. I came here a lot last year when I worked close by. I really like…read morethe race paintings on the walls and place was amazing. But they should rename themselves From Fast and Furious. I came in and already had placed my order waited 28 minutes and another 10 for my food??. Whenever I did get my plate a Hawaiian bowl there was barely any tuna even the extra I had paid for. I asked for no pineapple and they still proceed to put it anyways. There was mold covered on my coffee I had grabbed from their fridge. Lesson learned, even a Mexican restaurant has more humility and hospitality than this.

Did not enjoy my experience here…read more My friend had made a reservation here and requested for a seat at the bar in which the lady on the phone confirmed. Came to our 7pm reservation and we were told that the bar was full. Mind you, there were 3 bar tops open, 2 of which were next to each other. When we asked about the 2 seats, she responded saying "oh no, that's not available." We then followed up with saying if we could move there if the other patrons leave, in which she responded that some customers like to linger and take their time at the bar seating. Don't really know about that since there's a 90-minute seating period as per their menu and their Instagram, but sure. We let it go and proceeded to our table. As we were explained the menu and experience, my friend had requested if it was possible for her to not have green onions. The lady told her it was not possible. This is her dietary preference, which is fine, but it does make me wonder if somebody had an allergy or dietary restriction...would they not have made the accommodations? The lady didn't ask by the way, just straight out said no. We were then 2 courses into our dining experience..the male server was about to seat a couple at the table next to us, until one of them asks if they could sit at the bar. The server obliged, and they were able to sit at the 2 bar tops that was open when we first arrived. When asked about this, the only response was "I don't know, I'm sorry." I don't blame this server, he truly seemed like he didn't know. Now onto the food, for $75/pp, the fish was not fresh at all. Our beef tartare was brown. They served a "crab handroll," which was only imitation crab. The cocktails were not tasty as well. Not worth your money at all. Definitely will NOT be coming back. Save your money, and don't listen to these Dallas "influencers."

Came here twice, both on weekends and during their happy hour. Everything we ordered was delicious…read moreand well made. All of the fried items were fresh and hot and all the flavors were really balanced. Even the Ramen soup wasn't salty which is a problem I see at many ramen places. Our favorite appetizers were the crab rangoon and the hama rayu but honestly everything that came out was solid. I will say that if you've had shrimp dumpling or Gyoza before, don't expect anything fancy/new here. Pretty standard. The service at this restaurant is on POINT! The servers are always hustling and checking in often despite how busy things are. Whoever is managing the staff and whoever is cooking in the kitchen is doing a bang-up job. We were in and out in 30min. We love efficiency! This is a great place to go after work or just to get a yummy bite to eat. The Happy Hour makes this place so worth it! This is our new favorite spot.

But all of that I think places it just a little above average. Everything seemed pretty standard as far as flavor and presentation. The taste was good, well seasoned, and plenty of umami. But nothing wowed me to the point where I would love to bring people here to try their food. I wouldn't avoid this place, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to try it again. You won't be disappointed here, but you won't be wowed either.
