I went here before the movies with a friend and reallllyyyy enjoyed their sushi! Such quirky names for the sushi + delish taste! I got the angry wife, which was AMAZING. The torching took it over the top. Unique flavors and quality ingredients, def will be back. Also got miso soup for our meal and it was delish as well.

Excellent local sushi spot! We got the lunch combo (3 rolls for $18) - spicy tuna roll, tiger roll, and crunchy salmon roll. All were delicious and a great portion for lunch. Also had the kamikaze roll which is a crispy tuna rice - A+++

Sake Toro exceeded expectations! The sushi was not only delicious but also served with lightning-fast speed. Everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Will definitely be back for more - if you love great sushi, you need to try this spot!

I treated myself to a date night and had a fabulous time! Sat at the bar, ordered 3 different rolls, and all 3 were delicious. Servers were great and very attentive to refills or asking if I wanted to put in another order.

I sub out the rice for lettuce!

This has been my daughter and I's go to for sushi for over 6 years. They know my order by heart, last week I switched it up! Always good service, love the area and prices are great! I do miss their cucumber martini.

Celebrating daughter's birthday this is her favorite sushi place. We love the large selection of no rice rolls. Friendly staff all wanting to help make your meal the best. Event going on outside so very noisy.

This cozy sushi spot is tucked away on Main Street in Frisco and is perfect for a date night. I have been going here for almost 7 years now and have always had great food here! The something's wrong roll and the Dancing eel roll are two of my favorites and I generally try something new every time I come. The chef suggested we try the yellowtail paradise roll and it was nothing like I have tried before! You have a creamy type sauce to dip into that is superb

Really wanted to like this place especially since it's a literal 2 minute walk from my place. Ended up waiting practically an hour for overpriced soggy sushi. Food: I got the Alaskan Dream & Ex-gf roll. Listen, $15-18 for a roll is absolutely understandable IF the tempura isn't soggy, IF the breadcrumbs aren't stale, IF the nori isn't make everything fall apart and IF the fish laying on top of the roll wasn't bits of fish to make it look like a whole piece of fish. $5 for fresh wasabi - not sure if this is normal, but I haven't been charged for fresh wasabi anywhere I've been in the past year Service: Placed my order at 4:46pm. Arrived at 5:15ish? Waited for my two rolls until 5:34. There were 3 seated tables, 1 guy at the bar & me.

( reminded of the Ali baba rice back in the dallas days. If you know you know.). The dish in the photos was a beautifully seasoned grilled beef served with a fresh white-bean salad -- tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, herbs and greens. The beans were tender, the vegetables fresh and crisp, with mild seasoning. Simple ingredients, but very well done. The baklava was unlike the typical small pieces I'm used to seeing -- a generous portion with beautiful layers of flaky pastry, a rich nutty filling, and a chocolate topping. It had some milky weirdness? Sweet and indulgent, especially with the hot tea alongside it. A very enjoyable Sunday afternoon meal. Fresh flavors, generous portions, and definitely worth coming back for. Service was Ok. Looked like a quick rush , yet they were not new to it. No mistakes. Sharp and clean.

We enjoyed some delicious appetizers, like the Stuffed Dates and Turkish Feta & Olives. For the entree, we shared the Mixed Grill plate w/ the Lamb Shish, which was mouthwatering, a great selection of meats, and plenty enough to share between four(4) guests. We had to ask for the Chef, to compliment him personally, and he was an absolute delight to meet. He personally recommended the Baklava along with another dessert that had us licking the plate! This place is certainly an authentic Mediterranean dining experience. Can't wait to return!!

We had reservations but there was no major crowd at 5:30. The place is contemporary, white tiles, brass finishes. Fully stocked bar. Nice big windows. Started with a Rail District cocktail that was really good. Finished with a Last Word which had a strong licorice flavor (not my fav) but the cherry at the bottom was great! We split the SPREADABLE WHIPPED LEMON BASIL GOAT CHEESE. Loved this. But note to the Chef or food prep - the toast crackers had so many holes in the bread, there was NO surface for the spreadable. Pieces of toast were basically outer crust and the inner area of bread had 90% giant holes. It was comical. Whoever plated this should have been more selective. My wife had the Salmon and I had the steak. The steak had a large pad of delicious blue cheese and butter on top of it, that slowly melted over the steak and potatoes. That was special. Endive salad was pretty dry, very little dressing. So I mixed it in with the potatoes and cheese/butter.

I say approximately because we live about a 10 minute drive and we left our home about 6:20, but I digress. Upon our arrival we were seated and provided with water and menus. The business was not that crowded at this time and several tables had already been served or had their respective drinks. At 6:40 when we had no additional contact with the wait staff that seated us or any other staff. There were two bartenders and to table wait staff. The bartenders were making drinks while the wait staff appeared to be behind the counter and occasionally seating newer customers. At 6:40 my wife was ready to leave, I told her I would give them to 7:00, at 6:59 our waitress came back to our table, the first time since she sat us. She took our drink order as well as our dinner order. At approximately 7:05 I saw the bartender making our drinks and place them at the end of the bar. During this time I believe that our wait staff was preparing one of our food items while the second wait staff was serving some customers in her are or taking orders. At 7:12 I went to the end of the bar to get our drinks but there was no glass for the wine as the bartender poured it out in a small carafe. So I left them at the bar. Mat 7:15 our waitress came staff got a wind glass and poured the carafe of wine into the glass at the bar and then brought the drinks to us. Approximately 7:25 our meals arrived. Again, the food was good.

Going in there was live music and prompt wait staff. Our waitress had a great attentiveness, and passed my water refill test with flying colors. Felt like a hole in the wall joint, and I can honestly say I was a bit skeptical when I saw the expansive menu that seemed to have everything. Boy was I in for a treat. We were hungry so we ended up ordering quite a bit, and every bite was excellent. Rarely does a place standout with ever dish. + Mahi ceviche was fresh and excellent + Cobb salad with chicken had a perfect amount of blue cheese and dressing + Redfish and grits blew my mind. Is was SPICY which I loved. Honestly I'll be dreaming about that one... + Salmon and orzo was fantastic as well. Perfect crispy outside but tender flakey inside. + Kids Mac and cheese was even fancy and great I will note that prices are a bit high but you get large portions, and frankly the quality was exquisite. Least to say, we'll be back!

Hadn't been to Didi's in quite a while and was craving a burger. I had had enough of nearly everything within a 3 mile radius and remembered that Didi's used to have good food. Holy, the burger was Exactly what I was looking for. Not some box of patties, but actually a hamburger made like an actual restaurant should make. Made there in the kitchen with a blend of meats (I asked the waitress after I finished). And I can't STAND all the garbage fries served as nothing but cheap calorie fillers so I tried the elote (corn). Ordered the elote corn here and omg, I literally could not have cooked it better myself. And I've tried to nail a taste like this. I'm sure this sounds contrived. But i have no dog in this hunt, just noting that this is how a restaurant is supposed to deliver and it did. Very refreshing, will be back next week.
