This place is such a great, quick, healthy and delicious go to drive thru! I'm so amazed at how quickly they are able to assemble salads and orders. Everyone is so friendly! Everything is always fresh, love the Cobb salad & BBQ salad the best! Just tried the Chicken Pot Pie soup and frozen strawberry lemonade which are both great! Got 3 salads with chicken, 2 soups, 2 frozen strawberry lemonades ($1 EACH) all for $29 and super fast. Amazing!!! read more

I'm a big fan of Salad and Go. I swing by this location quite often as it is a great stop for a quick healthy meal. What's great about Salad and Go is that the prices are very affordable. In fact, in the past couple years they have lowered their menu prices and increased employee pay. You can get a salad for under $6 with no extra charge to add chicken. They are also big on being environmental friendly. They have helped by eliminating a bag to put your food in (you can ask for one if needed). I am pretty much a fan of all their salads, but the jalapeño ranch is my favorite. I love that they put it in a big container so you can shake up your salad to make sure the dressing is evenly distributed. For breakfast, you can get a breakfast burrito and cold brew for $4. Lemonades and cold brew are $1 everyday! The Fiesta burrito is my favorite. Salad and Go also does a lot for the community. As a healthcare worker, I was very appreciative of them giving free meals to front line and first responders during COVID season. You guys made my job easier during a crust summer. I used to really love this place but the quality has just been getting worse and worse :( Today I ordered a Greek salad with no tomato and a kids protein box. The lady working the window wasn't the nicest and just seemed quick to get people out. The protein box was forgotten with my order so I had to go back and get it... no biggie, it happens. I came back and told them that it was forgotten and that I had the receipt and whoever I spoke to just seemed so annoyed and unfriendly. The Greek salad... really disappointing. I order a Greek salad with no tomatoes... instead I got a Greek salad with romaine, croutons, and mozzarella... I'm pretty sure they gave me a bruschetta caprese salad instead? Not what I ordered... Yesterday I went in the morning for a salad. As am ordering my salad she cut me off and asked what dressing I needed. When I got to the window I said you didn't ask what dressing. Her responds in a rude way and rolling her eyes, "if you didn't cut me off you would of heard me" I told her she didn't need to be rude. She responded you don't need to be rude. She walked to the back where they make salads, and told the person, I was being rude. I took the salad but I didn't eat it. I didn't know what they did to my salad. I don't know what's happening at this location. I've been eating here about 3-4 times a week for a few years now. The last few months have been an obvious downhill trajectory. Whether its one ingredient or multiple ingredients they don't have, sitting down to lunch to discover the order is inaccurate, or my favorite, getting salads that don't even exist on the menu and taste horrible. Lately, Its always something when I go here and I go here a lot. The size of the salads have drastically reduced as well. If I could rate you guys a 0 out of 5 I would. I found a bug in my salad and the gross part of it all is the bug was still alive on the BOTTOM. I ate a few bites of the salad before even realizing it was in there. I go in to complain and the best they told me was they could give me my money back and offer a tea for the inconvenience. I am absolutely in love with the idea of drive Thur health foods. Too often working professionals grad "quick" meals and can cause us to eat unhealthy foods. It isn't laziness it is convenient health foods. I like to get the tropical green smoothie with a power wrap (w/o bananas due to allergy). They are super great about food allergies as well! Their seasonal menus are delicious and the soups are definitely worth a try. My salad has always been delicious. I have been here three times and every time I come here, I get it violently sick afterwards. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees here today. Not only were 2 of them standing outside talking but the African American young lady that gave me my pick up order was very obnoxious for no reason. I simply gave her my name and she handed me my food and as I asked her a question before the bag left her hand she just slammed the window in my face. I rang the bell to ask her for the additional dressing I requested in app and she opened the window gave me a rude look and said oh the other dressing is on the wrap itself. But this was said very condescendingly........ Um ma'am how is anyone supposed to know that if it is WRAPPED IN FOIL?! Then she proceeds to tell me a 3rd is an extra charge. The money wasn't the problem and I didn't ask for a 3rd one...... it was the way she handled me as a customer. If I have one more interaction like this at this location I will drive my happy self to another location everyday and spend my money there. How are you mad at a paying customer for simply asking for something they paid for? I walked to salad and go on cooper and warner from my home. I spoke to the employee, who begrudgingly provided her name. She was short with me as if being bother by my presence. I was refused service because I didn't have a credit card, only cash. She didn't seem to care and told me to email info@saladandgo.com if I wanted. The drive though accepts cash, therefore the business has the capability to accept cash from customers at the walk up window, but they refuse to. I stopped to get a wrap and 5 drinks, which they didn't have a carrier for the drinks , huge inconvenience!, but I said no problem!..so got the drinks the wrap and I left. Kewl concept and probably a much needed option too. I originally thought this place may have been affiliated with a salad restaurant in Tucson but it's not. It is a Gilbert based business. Perfect. I got the Strawberry and Roasted Almond Salad with the additional grilled free range chicken. My son got a Spinach & Smoked Bacon wrap with the added chicken. His disappeared before i could snap a picture. Mine is a good size salad bowl with a good portion of chicken. Disappointed that it had so few strawberries in it cuz it's like a buck fifty more than the other salads without any extras. Also one bite tasted soapy. WTH did that come from???? Also came across a couple hair like fibers in my salad like short animal hair or something. Maybe bristle from a produce scrubbing brush? Natural afternoon daylight really helps improve my vision bit that's not always a good thing. :-p. We'll try this place again I suppose. read more

The ingredients are so good that I never find the need to use dressing. Note that this is mostly a drive through place. We are from out of town and my husband walked up to order at the window.. no one came so he walked around to drive through to see if he could see anyone . The girl ( who we found out is the manager) came to window said there is a doorbell and shut the window. Rude!! So we figured we would just go through the drive through.. She gave us our salads. No napkins no forks. We knocked on window she said they don't give out forks or napkins. We have to ask.. Well how the hell am I supposed to eat it. She also slammed the window shut again..
