Not even close to a Caesar salad

Not only did they mess up my order the first time. I drove alll the way back, and they messed up the order they remade! Ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a Greek wrap. Received a Cobb salad. Family member that doesn't eat pork..... covered in bacon. Drive back they handed me the "remade food" ... drove off and looked it was a Caesar WRAP and a Greek SALAD.... Still not getting it guys I just want my friggin Caesar salad! Finally return for a Caesar salad and she hands me a card for a free wrap and says "next time you return"... honey I will NEVER be back here

The food's always fresh will put together. The service is always fast and friendly. The ambience is just a pull up order or drive-through.

    My order

The business owner replied with a faulty link. Although I have already went down the pathway to report this issue via "contact us" page and was given the $8 credit which I already stated I do not want... this experience in yelp speaks to my experience with the company. Problems still unresolved and this is an issue that needs to be fixed. Maggie G - If you care to fix it, reply to my complaint online from the website and offer me a refund. Thanks

All I really have to say is, I love Salad and Go, and I wish it would make its way out to CA!! I love the concept of getting a fresh salad at the right portion and price. The menu is simple but very satisfying. I love the choice of drinks, too. I haven't been inside one because I'm always on the go-go, but the drive-thru service never misses. The employees are always so friendly, and they are quick to get the orders out the window. If I'm ever in a rush and hangered at the same time, I know I can count on a quick run to Salad and Go to satisfy my hunger without breaking the bank! I'll be coming through again real soon!

Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese Burrito

I ordered the turkey sausage, egg and cheese burrito with the traditional salsa. The burrito was very large for the money which was awesome. The burrito itself was stuffed full of the turkey sausage and egg. There could have been more cheese because I could barely taste any. Also it was a little on the salty side for my liking. Overall I give it 4 stars. I would go back and try other menu items. Seems like a good value for your money.

I love Salad and Go! It's so convenient, quick service that's friendly when driving or walking through and the portions are huge! Great value for the food you get. This tofu caprese salad and almond milk cold brew was a little over $10 with tax.

    Bag of hard chips

I have been going to salad and go for a few years since I found them on Yelp and decided to try them. Today I went and grabbed me a lemonade but I saw that they had hummus with pita chips. So I ordered that as well I was asked if I wanted the sun-dried tomatoes topping with it so I said "yes" I guess that it doesn't come automatically with it. Anyway of course it was forgotten however it wasn't a big deal because it wasn't an extra cost. But the pita chips was definitely cooked wayyy to hard. FYI I do know pita chips are hard but this was ridiculous

I love how fresh everything tastes here. The vegetables are always crunchy, and the toppings add just the right amount of texture. It feels like a healthy but satisfying meal.

Ask the Community - Salad and Go

Do your salad greens contain carrots? My friend is allergic to them.

Our salad greens do not contain carrots. However, there are a couple of salads that do have them as ingredients so you will want to let the team know of the allergy so they can prevent any cross contamination. If you have any additional questions,…

Are you guys ever going to have the option of a make your own salad?

Yes! It's always been an option, just ask for a BYO salad and wrap and they'll happily make it for you! And of course you can modify the salads any way towards your choosing!

I want to start by saying our server was great, the atmosphere was nice, and our food came out quickly, which we appreciated. We had only taken a couple bites of our meals when my boys needed to use the bathroom. I took them, and intentionally left my purse at the table so it was clear we hadn't left. When we came back, our entire meal had been cleared from the table. It was incredibly frustrating, especially with hungry little kids. The manager came over and apologized and offered to remake the food, but at that point my kids were hungry, upset, and honestly I was too. I just wanted to leave. I asked if they could comp the meal because this was entirely due to their mistake. The manager then said we should still pay 50% of the bill, which was honestly shocking. Paying half for food we barely ate because it was taken by mistake felt completely unreasonable. After I pushed back, they did end up comping the meal. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this experience especially disappointing was the manager's lack of empathy and apology--especially as a mom trying to manage dinner with little kids. It turned what started as a pleasant dinner into a very stressful and upsetting experience.

We eat at hole in the walls and expensive places. But often we look at each other and choose between Dennys or VI, and are happy! Today, May 16th at VI on Signal Butte - rough start by a waitress who told both of us "I need to know your pie order. NOW." Resturant was not busy. Not at all. It was 4:15 maybe. Slow on a SUNDAY post-winter visitor rush on a late Spring day. Rushed. I pointed to my 3-6pm dinner choice of TURKEY. I showed her. "Just as it comes. She repeated it back to me as she typed in into her handheld computer. Chicken fried steak arrived. And a sausage looking oval patty shape of stuffing. Two long finger prints in it. I wondered if she picked up my loose stuffing as it's normally served here in America, or rather the chef did this to all who request it. I told my husband to look for spit in his food. My hubby? Nicest guy ever. But when he knows I didn't want and could not manage fried beef..but I had fasted 21 hours. I needed sliced fresh high protein meat. Wait another 15 min or eat the mess on my plate? I left it and hope someone there stopped to think "Why?" Our Waitress tried to make up by suddendly being nice when she walked behind me with a second piece of pie ...to go home. Thanked me for being agreeable or something. I nodded. I remember this saying if you l oh someone's attention the first three seconds and first three steps you'll spend the next 30 min trying to make them believe you're hiring. It's true. I was too tired this week to be extremely understanding but I'm never rude. I told my hubby let's both let this one go. And I said "But we won't return here." He nodded in agreement. Because I see people come in and sit down I see how tired they are and make quick calls to be able to turn their day around if only for a short time before they return home....to being a caregiver or to grieve a loss. Just 2 minutes from the ALB airport, this spot hits exactly how you need it to hit when you're either coming off a flight or heading into one: easy, classic, no-frills comfort. I went with the corned beef hash + pancakes breakfast, and it delivered that old-school diner energy. The hash was hearty and filling, eggs cooked just right, and the pancakes? Soft, golden, and exactly what you expect--nothing fancy, just solid. But let's be clear... the real reason you come here is the pie. Village Inn doesn't play about their pies, and the banana cream pie is the headline act. Light, creamy, not overly sweet, topped with whipped cream and just enough texture to make every bite feel intentional. For under $20 a pie, it feels like one of those rare "still worth it" moments in today's food scene. Yes--it's a chain.
