As with all Salad and Go location, this one was quick to order, fast in preparing and the food was good. We had the Buffalo Chicken salad and Roasted Almond made into a wrap. Both were good and their prices are always reasonable. Wish I would have remembered the name of the person at the window. She was very polite, respectful and made us feel welcome, plus seemed appreciative of our business on behalf of the restaurant. Wish others in the fast, fast casual restaurant business were like that particular employee. Will always consider Salad and Go when in a hurry, but wanting to still eat healthy. read more

I love salad and go! My favorite is the Greek salad with the avocado dressing. I love how much salad we get for decent prices. We are so glad that we have 2 locations fairly close to us but mainly frequent the bell location. We also love that we can order on the app and then just drive up to the window and go. read more

I can't believe I'm writing a review for salad. I'm not big on salad, but my family is. I'm a grown man who eats like a 9 year old kid. Having said that, if I do eat salad, this is the place. During and since the pandemic, the quality and quantity of fast or takeout food went down and the prices went up. Our go to for salads was a place that was once called "Paradise Bakery". Their salads quickly went up in price and contained a lot of the lettuce cores. Salad and Go has been the exception. Their lettuce is always fresh, crispy, and cold. The toppings are generous and also just as fresh as the lettuce. The lettuce cores are few and far between...mostly just the best leafy part. You can also get wraps, that are stuffed full. There has never been one time that Salad and Go was stingy with the toppings. let you choose your toppings and to be honest, I'm not sure how, but they do this for a price that's far less than others and I have never been disappointed. Now, I'd like to talk about their staff, because that's a home run also. They're fast, efficient, friendly, and polite. This is one of the only places that doesn't have a line for a tip. It's a real shame because if anyone deserves one, they do. I can't say how they resolve complaints (because I've yet to have one), but I'd imagine that they'd go all out to make sure their customers are taken care of. The last thing is their packaging is pretty unique. The containers are taller than most, secure, and are great for adding your dressing or whatever and tossing the contents, it's also recyclable. I order salads from salad to go semi often. But it doesn't matter which one I go to or use the tomatoes are always soft and mushy. Why is that? I end up having to take them off and put my own on. If I owned the business or ran a business and anything wasn't fresh, especially if all you mostly serve is salads I'd have an employee run to the store and get some good tomatoes or whatever isn't fresh. Don't just continue to serve them other than that, I love the salads. read more

I have ordered breakfast at least 5 times. The bacon or sausage burrito come out ok. But the mediterranean burrito I have ordered three times always comes out bad. They do a small scoop of egg at the very bottom with spinach and avocado at the top, and they do this every time. So no more mediterranean burritos for me. The breakfast bowl has been hit or miss. Either done right or not. This is fast food not rocket science ?? It's not hard to make food right ?? So a two star for my cheap breakfast in the morning. You get what you pay for read more

This newest addition to Surprise opened yesterday and while in the are I stopped by today to check them out. First off I really liked the layout of the parking lot and that it doesn't merge with Wendy's parking and make it a nightmare to get one line formed for the drive thru. This salad and go has a mobile order pickup, two drive up lanes to order from as well as walk up Window. Three very convenient options. I was surprised to not find a major line, but it was 3pm so maybe i missed the rush. There was a car in front of me ordering so I waited for my turn. As I waited someone came in the intercom to let me know they'd be with me momentarily. I already new I'd be getting s cold brew of course, but with almond milk instead of my usually heavy cream as they don't offer it here with sf vanilla . Once it was my turn I was thanked for waiting and ordered my cold brew, a frozen strawberry lemonade and a cob salad with ranch instead of the blue cheese option it typically comes with. The employee was efficient and quick while being kind as well. It took a little bit for the car in front of me to get their items, but it looked like a pretty big order. Once at the window she repeated my order back to me to ensure it was correct and I had everything quickly. The employees were very friendly and when I asked about the line being so short she let me know how busy it has been earlier. They offer many breakfast burrito options, wraps, soup, protein boxes as well as kids portion salads and such. Prices are really great especially for salads. Which makes no sense that to eat healthy everywhere typically charges so much more. I remember an advertisement a while back for Salad and Go that stated the more customers take items to go without extra utensils, straws, etc that the cost of their products could lower and they followed through when I saw prices of their cold brew later on. That's pretty cool to me. Both the drinks were good and my salad fresh as always! All in all great stop and I know we will be back in the future. After all they are located next to Winco and who wants to go home and cook dinner after shopping ? ha ha ha read more

By far the smallest portions at the salad and go, I've given them multiple chances, but every time very small portions. I have to drive extra 5 miles to go to another one that actually gives you food and they're always so irritated when I bring the food back last time going here. read more

I have nothing bad to say about their food or drinks however, I am a little frustrated with this location because almost every single time I go they forget something and I go pretty often! I have learned to double check my bags before I take off. If you want good food I recommend just make sure you triple check your bags before you leave!!! read more

Ordered the breakfast bowl which is filling but disappointed in my Caesar salad for lunch. A lot of the lettuce was brown and wilted.

I have eaten at other Salad and Gos but this one is horrible. Last time my Cobb Salad was missing the chicken, bacon, egg, and had a quarter of an avocado which was mostly black. This was not the first time. Evidently the managers there don't care anything about their business. Stay away. Go to the one on Litchfield. It's awesome!! read more

Most things are good here when it is given. Have had many forgotten dressings and had to drive back. Too much rinds of lettuce, way to much dark green lettuce . Would be nice to combine all different types of the lettuce. The new Thai salad I thought would be good,but the dressing is quite flavorless to me. It still needs something. I don't normally write reviews, but since this is the second salad-and-go location to leave hair in my salad I thought I'd share my experience. The prices have increased, which is fine, they just also pulled back on the amount of chicken. Please, pick one. Charge more, or scale back quality, but please don't do both. And please keep your hair to yourself. Pulling long hairs out of salad dressing is unpleasant, to say the least. read more
