A friend of mine told me about this place and initially I thought "Salad Farm" must be this boring salad place BUT it was anything but that! This place is INCREDIBLE! I had the Steak plate and it was a very pleasing meal. The steak is marinated just perfectly and it's very moist. The plate comes with 2 sides. The Ceasar salad and the grilled corn is the most amazing thing ever! I haven't tried any other sides but I'm sure they are just as great. I spent about $30 (I used a 15% code from Yelp) on two meals and drinks which I found ok because it was worth it. The staff is very friendly and happy to help. It is a very inviting establishment and very clean. Both times that I came I was greeted with a smile and a very courteous staff. Gave this a place a try, after hearing it was good... Walked in was kinda empty actually was literally empty like not a soul in this place. At first I was questionable, usually walk away when a place is like this but hunger was kicking in hard. There seem to be the owner in the building having a discussion with he's friends/family. But if he was the owner kinda rude not to help the only customer in there. The two staff members of the kitchen seem to be prepping for tomorrow's opening... I was recommended the bbq salad by the staff and from reading reviews on yelp. The bbq was tasty over seasoned and the salad was ehh a salad. There is more location near by that don't specialize in salads but are superior in the taste and freshness of ingredients. This place for me to try again 1/4. The staff is friendly, and offer dressing suggestions and samples if you want. Food is always fresh and made to order, and once you have a menu favorite or two, you can call or order on-line and you can just do a quick stop in to pay & pick-up. It costs more than a burger, but who wants a burger, if you can eat a healthy salad which is better for you. The steak plate is also really good if you want more protein than salad. Three stars are for the awesome employee. They were very friendly and accommodating here. I had driven past and wanted to try this place. I love salads so this sounded right up my alley. They have a huge selection but some things are just not fresh at all. I ordered the tuna salad and the tuna was actually brown from sitting out. They nice guy helping me went and got some fresh from the back . But why do you have this sitting out to serve in the first place ? A lot of the veggies looked wilted . The "garlic toast" was so hard it was more like stale toast. The texture of croutons. I feel like they really aren't doing well at this location and are trying to serve old lettuce, toppings and veggies as a way to save money. The place was empty too, no one inside. And it's not a very good location for any business. It was a very pricy salad , $10 bucks and I threw more than half of it out . I wouldn't recommend unfortunately. read more

What a joke - horrible experience. Came here for the first time and I won't go back. This place has potential, I'm sure hard for a new business and consistency has to be worked on but this place was a total mess. I called in an order ahead of time before my lunch break hoping for a few extra minutes not be burned on my lunch. Got there within minutes (too bad cause work is always looking for new places near by to eat and cater from) and paid with the girl at the cash register and even gave a buck as a tip (i know, its a dollar). I noticed workers sitting in the dinning area (on break, hopefully ) but people walking in and already seated trying to approach them for help or confused looking for a trash can (did not see a trash can). Anyways, waited for about 10 minutes when I over heard a different customer (also there for a pick up order) who was complaining of her chicken not being grilled. With multiple employees around trying to see/hear what went wrong I caught the attention of another employee behind the counter who asked me if i needed help. I asked the worker if my to-go order was available or ready or even being worked on, as he shuffled through the tickets and realized my order was not done, he said, " no worries, ill do it now". Unfortunately, people don't have time for their mistakes let alone other peoples mistakes, I kindly ask them to not bother and to please refund my money. Girl at the cash register was a little embarrassed and I could tell was upset with the crew working. Overall, seems they need to work on communication during the order process so customers don't have to repeat their order to different employees or better yet so the customers can actually get their food.
