This is probably my favorite Salata location in town. It's clean, it's stocked, it's not so busy from 11:00 - 11:30, parking is easy, access to both doors from the parking lot are easy, the floor layout and seating makes logistic sense, the service is fast, the cashier can multitask, the drinks are plentiful and it's just a WIN overall. A real bountiful and consistent experience, everytime for me. The one in the Vintage always runs out of fixins or the drink machines are broken, and that's just enough inconvenience to ruin my whole, wanna-be-eatin healthy during the week goal, and then I find myself upset, leaving the restaurant and ending up somewhere else like Chipotle, mad. Salataaaa! If salad is your thing, it's worth checking this place out. If a cool vibe and atmosphere is more your jam, I would skip these places entirely (there's a bunch of them). The food is actually pretty tasty and for 10 or 11 bucks you can get a giant salad (albeit in a metal bowl similar to the one I use to feed my dog) with unlimited toppings and in seemingly endless quantities, but the insides of each of the restaurants I have visited are really boring, depressingly empty (dinner time) and super tacky. At other Salata restaurants, they have always allowed you to pick 2 different types of chicken for no extra cost. They did NOT tell me it costs more at this location, and I was surprised to be paying $14 for a regular salad from here. They should have let me know when I said I wanted two different types of chicken. Instead, they just told me at the cash register and said "Sorry, we make everyone else pay more for more chicken, so we have to make you pay more too." Yummm! I just recently discovered Salata and it's slowly becoming a staple "to-go" food in our household. Between their salads and their wraps, they have healthy and delicious covered. Everything is really fresh and they offer loads of options for proteins, toppings, dressings, etc. My go-to salad wrap includes their pesto chicken and salata lettuce mix on a cool cucumber tortilla topped with loads of veggies! You walk through the line, they add the requested items to a bowl, mix the items with dressing and you're on your way. This is great when you're running errands on a lunch break. I'm at this location right now. I've been to this location at least 6 times. The lady serving the salad was incredibly rude. I asked for a large salad and she gave me a small bowl. Apparently, I went out of order, so she gave me a small bowl instead of a large one. When I pointed out that I ordered a large bowl, she literally lectured me that I went out of order in line (I was with my family). Came here for lunch, and decided I will never be back. I've been here a few times, because it's super close to my work, and I love Salata. I especially love the Pepperocinis (sp?) and ask for a lot and they always give me generous handfuls at the other locations and even previously at this one! But at first, my bad encounter was witnessing another customer ahead of me getting bad service because they were trying to charge her for an extra scoop of dressing on the side. I'm sorry, where does it say specifically that you are only limited to one scoop of dressing? I know you have plenty.... Don't be stingy. So she's raising her voice and I hear her say that she has never been charged for that before and that's part of her usual order. Understandable. I agree with you, girl, let them know! Then I get up to the dressing for my own salad and tell him I want the Fresh Herb Vinaigrette. He stands there for about a whole minute trying to read the upside labels to figure out which one it was, and I notice that his says says training on it. So I just informed him, it's the green one. 15 seconds after I tell him he finally sees the label for it and then proceeds to give me my dressing. Not necessarily the worst, I was understanding that he was training but I told him which one it was and he still took too much time to figure it out. So that was just rather annoying. But THEN I get to the end where they mix your salad and give you the pepperocinis. And I simply say, "I want croutons and A LOT of pepperocinis," because as mentioned earlier I loveeeee them. And I'm with my friend also, who loves them just as much as I do and we always gets served generous handfuls EACH. The girl puts two in my bowl, and I kindly ask for more because like I said that's my usual order and its never been a problem. She says that will cost me extra for only 2 additional ones... I say no that's not okay because I have never run into that problem before. She then proceeds to tell me that "the manager makes us ration them and have to charge for additional handouts" and the register guy is rushing me to tell me how much my total is but doesn't give me a chance to resolve this matter with the rude girl who won't give me the extra peppers that I always get. And needless to say this situation pissed off my friend as well, because it immediately affected her as well. I was about to ask for said manager when she gave me 3 extra peppers, and 3 extra for my friend. The peppers weren't even as enjoyable knowing the hassle I had to go through to get them. If I would've had the manager come out, they probably would've appeased my frustration and just gave in to giving me a sufficient amount of peppers anyways considering that's not something advertised ANYWHERE or upheld by any other locations of this chain. But if I wanted my peppers rationed, I would voluntarily go to North Korea. And if I could give no stars, you better believe I would. read more

I'm so glad I finally tried salata because I honestly go here 2-3 times a week now. There are SO MANY options for lettuce base, toppings, proteins, and dressings. This location gets busy during the lunch rush but the employees are very efficient at moving the line along quickly. They are usually pretty generous on toppings (you can get as many as you'd like) except for the trainees they just hired but if you ask for extra of something they wont give you a hard time. This place can get pricey if you add protein (small salad is $7, regular is $8 and protein is approx $2-4 extra depending what you get) but for vegetarians or people who aren't too adventurous like me it's not bad. They also have soups and cookies and you get a piece of bread included for free if you ask. You can dine in or take out and parking is pretty convenient. Only wish they had a drive thru read more

I've eaten at other Sslata places, and no problem, I ordered a large salad, now if I wanted some of everything there I could get it, I could see them giving a little here and there but I was asking for a few things and still pinching a little of everything.
