Let's begin with a Raplata for Salata. I like to sing fast songs but my fans love the BALLAD I like to log in but my password's INVALID I'm walking in the air with a Snowman like ALED And I like to go to Salata when I want SALAD Fresh greens are something for which we RALLIED And I like to worship Barbie if you'll let me be CANDID Anything she wants especially a tossed SALAD But she would never want me if I looked like DJ KHALED I wonder if my parking pass is still VALID I wonder if my voice could ever sound like KHALID I wonder why my d*** just got rock SOLID But I love Salata when it comes to SALAD The salad itself was maybe three or four stars as opposed to the five star salads in some of the best locations, and the portion size was about four stars, although it wasn't huge which would lead to 5. Their croissant is amazing too, not healthy but omg, that whole wheat croissant is worth the price of admission alone, and you get one free with your salad. Oh, and the best dressing is the Lemon one, but a lot of people like Fresh Herb. It's a lovely large location with a little room in the back as well, so there's plenty of places to sit and eat. It's definitely one of the better locations that we have been to, and it's part of the super fancy mall and pretty gorgeous outside in a modern "shopping village" way. The better locations are Weslayan (#1 fave, the best employees and biggest salads!), Gray (some great employees, good salad) and I-10 next to Energy Corridor/Hwy 6 (great ingredients, #2 fav!). However, I had to increase the rating because a couple of the employees were really friendly, although one of them a little bit less so. The reason I rounded up from four to five stars is because of the girl that was here that recognized me from Yelp. She was so excited and happy and extraordinarily lovely to us. She was thrilled that the person who reviews all the salad places had come in. I'm usually told that I'm the person that reviews all the boba places, but salad is more healthy so it's nice to be associated with that as well. She is the reason I will definitely be back to this location. And let's finish with more rap: Finding good food is hard, finding good salad is HARDER Sometimes you pay a high price, some times you have to BARTER Sometime Barbie comes here in fencenets, sometimes in a GARTER But if you want a wonderful Salad, go to SALATA Now I have to go, so I'll Salata Alligator.

Missing the fruit and the dressing from the order, this was part of a $50 order.

Had issues with salad being delivered not being what was asked for. Second time it has happened from this location. The fruit portion was not included in the salad and the dressing was also not included, second time it has happened from this location.

Do you know that place that you go and the service literally sucks asss well the shift leader at this location makes it feel and look that way is i don't mistake her mane is "Jena"" Jeaana" like she takes my salad fron the lettuce section all the way to toasting section just to leave it there like hello how is charging me Gaspar the invisible team members there was no another worker that will charge me because the other girl was in the first section taking a costumer and making online orders that just plain disrespectful like hello lady finish my salad or at least understand wtf I'm telling you she needs better training Plus salad isn't even mix

Very sparse salad, you would think the greens were the toppings

Back at it again with another review. This location acts like it's a crime to ask for more toppings. It makes no sense. 1 scoop of strawberries for a regular salad?? The same scoop you would put if I got a small.. might I add I'm a very frequent customer and I went in once and they charged me for adding extra toppings such as ORANGES, STRAWBERRIES AND CRANBERRIES. I was under the impression that's free especially when I regularly pay $20+ each time I come in. I thought hm.. maybe paying for extra toppings is new. Since that day they never charged for extra again.. so either that was a short term policy or someone stole my money.

Wrap with a side if sesame chips
    Nancy C.

Salata's a great place to go when you are trying to eat a little healthier. I got the wrap which is basically a huge salad wrapped in tortilla. They have a huge variety of greens, veggies, protein, and sauce choices. It's basically a salad bar. You choose exactly what you want in your meal so it's pretty hard to go wrong unless you don't know your own tastebuds. The side of sesame chips they give youvare great and go very well with the wrap. It's a bit pricy for a salad wrap but I believe they are using quality ingredients that may make it worthwhile.

I'm constantly having issues with this Salata and always brush the issues to the side, but this was just really unacceptable. After waiting 25 minutes after the online order was said to be ready, I received my salad with a ton of toppings I didn't ask for and had to pick them out (see oranges, grapes, raisins). This could've been completely avoided if the person making the salad actually read the ticket order. Completely ridiculous for the price I'm paying.

I get it - it's right after the holidays so staffing could be short. The server we had wasn't exactly enthusiastic, just did the bare minimum. Dishes piled up and we weren't asked about refills. You'd figure because there was only 1 group that the service would be attentive, but nope! The food that we ordered from the kitchen were all super fresh and delicious. My favorites were the bulgogi gimbap, eggroll (tiny rolled egg omelette), and chicken wings! They come out super hot - loved them all. The hot buffet bar was not filled at all, some were even just empty. I found it disappointing that we didn't get to try a lot of their items. The hot buffet bar was really scarce, I mean, just fried dumplings and fries but they were refilled really slow and some never had refills. The boba bar was empty and never filled. The DIY ramen station was closed off. I tipped only because I felt like I had to, but the service was abysmal. I would come back but maybe for lunch instead of dinner. Hopefully service improves.

When you pickup your food, the sit down area is dark, and there isn't much of a waiting area. It looks to be run by two folks, the cook and the cashier. It is probably best to order over the app, as the one cashier is busy packing the food in the fancy packaging and dealing with the money transactions. Since it is only two people, it can be slow to get your food when it is busy. I waited an additional 20 mins from the projected time it was suppose to be done. As for the food, the miso ramen was packed in this fancy box. The box contained the soup separated from the noodles with a few side dishes. I believe this is the only vegi ramen they offer. It is nothing special. The broth is basically miso soup with soy sauce. (2 out of 5) The cold sesame noodles was better. It had more flavor. (4 out of 5) The Salt & Pepper Chicken was good (4.5 out of 5). I couldn't help eating it while in the car, as it smelled so good. The Braised Pork over rice was decent. It was cut up thick pork belly, braised in an Asian brown sauce. The flavoring was a little one sided. (3 out of 5). I'm giving this place an overall 3 stars because the food isn't something to rave about. Packaging and presentation were great, but tastes was more important to me.

I have passed by their restaurant many times, but it never occurred to me to go in until one day I was surprised to see them ranked in the top 100 ramen places nationally on Yelp! With less than 300 reviews, I was skeptical at first but was intrigued to give it a try, and I'm so glad that I did! I visited on a Friday afternoon right before New Year's and was greeted warmly by the staff inside. As I was indecisive on what to order in the ramen section, I asked the staff for suggestions. She was kind to walk me through the menu without rushing to get an order, and she mentioned that their most popular item is actually the beef noodles. That was all I needed to make a decision to try the beef noodles. While waiting for the food, I chatted with the staff and learned that the restaurant opened right before the pandemic then shifted their model to take-out only as the pandemic begin. Since then, they've tried to make use of their restaurant space to return to dine-in but it has been difficult to find reliable workers. In the interest of keeping the quality consistent and customers happy, they've decided to make sacrifices to keep the business model as is for take-out only instead of scaling up with additional staff, which is such a shame given the rent in the area is not cheap and they have such a beautiful space! When you hear "take-out only", I know what you're thinking, BUT I promise you this is the best takeout food you will ever have! The packaging is very well-designed to keep the flavors and ingredients at its finest! As I mentioned, I ordered the beef noodles, and typically noodle dishes are not ideal for takeout, but Asia Blue separates the soup from the noodles so that the noodles are not soggy, and even after half hour, the soup stayed warm and flavorful. The noodles also came paired with many mini side dishes as palate cleansers, which were a nice surprise. From my conversation with the staff, I've also learned that this is one of the rare places that truly make their broth fresh from premium ingredients! You can be sure that it's MSG free and packed with healthy nutrients, and that's a quality that you can taste. I highly recommend this place for your next ramen adventure, and I certainly will be returning again very soon to try the other menu items. :)

All were delicious, no complaints. My favorites were definitely the bready meat dumpling, it just melted in your mouth, and the yibin noodles. I also really enjoyed the chrysanthemum tea; they delivered a big pot and several cups, and there was enough in the pot to fill each of our cups three or four times.
