Nice view by the marina to have a meal with drinks. Pricing seems very appropriate and not too high especially since the food is actually good. Most restaurants with a nice marina view end up being tourist traps with not so much good food, but this place was different. I had the shrimp poboy and it was legit. We also shared a corn on the cob and it was hot and fresh with good Mexican flavors. They have a special for early risers which is pretty cool - 6$ breakfast 9-11am I think! We are in Clearwater for the first time and just happened to stop at the Fish Camp because it was close to our morning parasail experience. For a laid back restaurant on the water we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding. We started with the calamari and shrimp appetizer. It was very lightly breaded with a nice sweet and sour dipping sauce. Great start. My wife had the Cracker scallops in key lime butter with cracker crumbs. I got to taste and it was excellent. I had the fresh fish of the day. Red Snapper grilled over fresh dirty rice served with Mexican street corn and a hush puppy. They were all outstanding and extremely fresh ingredients. My kids had chicken and waffles and a double stack burger. Again, fresh ingredients and good taste. The service was very good also. After a week of vacation and eating out, this was by far the best meal we have had. Great food! read more

My favorite stop this vacation! I'm so glad we decided to stop in last minute. At first my boyfriend and I were just going to grab a quick drink, but found ourselves there for over an hour drinking and eating. A very modern vibe right on the marina, great view. Had some really special mixed drinks. We didn't eat much, just grabbed some of the hush puppies and if those were any indication on how the rest of the food is...then it's good! The bartender Mike was absolutely amazing, made the entire stay worth while. Very friendly and engaging. Nothing like getting yummy food and drinks along with exceptional service! Nice place to sit and watch the boats come in and people watch. Food was fair. After some time in Clearwater all of the blackened grouper starts to taste the same. I wish the smoked fish dip didn't taste like tuna with some hot sauce added. I'm used to making smoked mahi dip with hot sauce and cream cheese. Wow! Best seafood Boil I have had so far. Cooked just right to perfection. You can tell that All ingredients were fresh and man it was good. The fish has the texture of crab or lobster dipped in that sauce. If you are ever in Clearwater beach, come here just for the seafood boil, for $24, it's a steal (maybe in compared to where I am from -California) And try the mussels, also very big and humongous! So glad we found this spot. I think it's a great option for a weekend lunch. Word is there are 2 available slips for boat parking so be sure to take advantage of that if you're a boater. They offer excellent Happy Hour choices 2 for 1 margaritas, sangria and well liquors. They also have a nice selection of small bites for just $5! Unfortunately those didn't start until 2pm so we weren't able to order those since we were there around 1pm. The calamari was nice and crisp, the mussels were memorable with coconut milk, lemongrass and lime. Wow what a combination. My shrimp skillet was just ok but for only $5 I would order it again. My husband had a double stack burger that he thought was really tasty. It looked like a burger to me but then again I'm not a burger conussiour. Be sure to try the smoked fish dip. Most very restaurant has this on their appetizer choices but this one was nice with the addition of pickled jalapenos on the side. Our server/bartender was super attentive and friendly. Meet with the hostess at the front to get a table or open sitting at the bar. FOOD: - ROASTED OYSTERS ($5 HAPPY HOUR): we ordered two orders of these since they were so addicting. These oysters are topped with cheese and roasted. They are so GOOD. The oysters were large in size as well. - RAW OYSTERS ($5 HAPPY HOUR): big and fresh oysters. Worth the $5 for happy hour. - SHRIMP SKILLET ($5.90): this was listed under the shareable sides on their menu. This item consists of chunks of shrimp, chopped bacon, cheese, and green onions all on top of grits in a hot skillet. - STEAMED MUSSELS ($5 FOR 1/2 LB): probably the most flavorful dish of the night. The mussels are cooked with lime, cilantro, coconut milk, and lemongrass. The mussels come with four slices of grilled baguette to dip in the light, but flavorful broth. Every item we had, we dipped into the broth - this included French fries, too. The mussels were also very easy to share and eat. This dish can be found on their regular menu as well. - GROUPER TACOS ($15 FOR 3 TACOS): your choice of either grilled or fried grouper. My friend opted for the fried grouper tacos. The tacos came with a side of French fries. Each taco was topped with slaw and avocado. The tacos are easy for sharing and easy to eat. If you're not that hungry, you can opt for two tacos. - SEAFOOD BOIL ($24.90): in this boil, you will find clams, shrimp, mussels, oysters, fish, corn, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and four slices of grilled baguette to dip in the light seafood broth.
