I am so glad I tried this place. Now this is my FAVORITE sandwich place in the city!!! The owner is super nice and he has a great smile! I have a sweet tooth so for me, Instacran was the best. We had two sandwiches delivered today. they open at 7am and closes at 2pm. which is perfect if you are craving a breakfast bagel with coffee. The sandwich i decided to choose was the "Glorious Bastard" which comes with Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, Pepper Jack, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickled Onions & Garlic Mayo on Dutch Crunch. asked for extra spicy and they will add additional jalapeno. The dutch crunch bread was nice, soft, crunchy. the garlic mayo is outstanding and so delicious. and you can never go wrong with a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. And we also got the Medi cal -Chicken tossed in tahini sauce, cucumber, tomato, arugula, pickled turnips, on a Seeded Roll. the pickled turnip was nice and refreshing, but they said it was a bit sour from it being pickled. the tahini and cucumber was cool and refreshing and a nice mix with the arugula. when craving another specialty sandwich i will definitely coming here to order. also out delivery guy was amazing. We were not able to add a floor and suite number, he knew to come up stairs to deliver the food. The pictures does not do the sandwiches justice. just trust me if you want, please go try "Salty's". I was looking through the menu and wanted a sandwich with chicken in it. The garlic sauce seems to be popular from perusing through the other reviews so I decided on the Bonjorno. The bread roll was warm and tasted fresh. Plenty of chicken in the sandwich too that some it was falling off when I took a bite. I've walked past Salty's countless times over the years (prior to the pandemic, it was on my foot commute to work) and I finally tried it last week for the first time. I've ordered it three times since, and today it was it was even better than the last two; specifically, The Bonjourno. The chicken is tender and marinated, the bread is toasted but soft, the garlic mayo and pesto all come through in your mouth, and the arugula and pepperoncinis helps give it a nice fresh crunch. Oh my god is that one of the best sandwiches I've had delivered to my door in my life or what!? Ordered the breakfast sandwich. They serve a fried egg on the bread of your choice. I added bacon and asked them to remove the cheese. When I'm craving for a delicious deli sandwich, Salty's is one of my reliable go-to's. I've tried the Glorious Bastard and WTF?!, and the Glorious Bastard is easily my favorite one. The WTF?! was very tasty, but a little heavy for me. Maybe because of the cream cheese. The Glorious Bastard had a great balance of fresh elements with the lettuce, tomato, and pickled onions with creaminess of avocado, and salty, meatiness from the turkey and bacon. And all of those toppings sandwiched in between my favorite bread for subs or sandwiches: dutch crunch. I can eat that sandwich over and over again. read more

I'm not a big sandwich person but the chicken salad at Salty's was full of flavor and had an awesome, creamy texture that went soooo well with the garlic mayo and Dutch Crunch! I've been here a few times now for the Create Your Own sandwiches and their pastries (they used to have a 50% off after 2 pm deal) and realized I hadn't left a review yet.
