I've been coming to get bagels for like a week straight it's so good the everything bagel is EVERYTHING ! Big reasonably priced ! The staff is so nice ! I really want to try the tuna sandwich sounds delicious ! I'll be back to report ! There is metered parking around the area

The best breakfast bagel sandwiches ever! My next favorite are from the yeasties boys truck. If you live in LA and you've been to Sam's Bagels, are you even a true angeleno? FYI- Order ahead and have it ready by the time you get there!

Best bagels hands down, awesome & friendly service, there's a lot different kinds of bagels to choose from, the bagels have a good crunch and freshness,we drive from a good distance and sometimes sit in traffic for hours,it's worth it all.the ambiance is quick service.

Lox Sandwich on an egg bagel and a small vanilla nut coffee. Wish I hadn't spent my money. Stale bagel and watery coffee.

I was there at 9am on a Thursday to pick up plain, everything and cheese plain bagels. The plain bagel tasted the freshest but I was not impressed. Do not recommend.

Pro-tip: parking is tricky. Anti-gridlock on sunset from 7-9! Am, so park on the side street. If you want to take a small risk park at the Bristol farms. Yes, you're unauthorized , but there's like a 99 chance nothing will happen as the lot is empty mostly -- especially in the morning. Highly recommend their everything bagel and cream cheese. Their best Bag by far. When you need it the most, Sam is consistent to get your American Morning a jumpstart with a cup of Joe and a New York, LA bagel . I've spent many a mornings at 6:00 am to snag an everything bagel and cream cheese. Everything bagel is everything you need. The seasoning is extremely pronounced and slightly bitter when the crust toasts. Some might find that off-putting, but that's the way ya I like it. Bagel and cream cheese under $5.

Fresh back from a week in New York City, I needed to know what LA spot had the best bagel. I got some friends together, all of whom visit NYC often and one who is actually from NYC. We are tough critics. We tried Hank's, Sam's, and Belle's, some with cream cheese and others with eggs, sausage, and cheese. You know, for science. We picked up from all three spots. Hank's had a very easy ordering process - I just placed my order online and popped in to pick up. Sam's was the same. Belle's required standing in line and placing an order in person (demerits!). Our finds on the best bagel: Belle's for everything bagel Sam's for onion bagel Sam's for salt bagel Hank's for cinnamon raisin Hank's and Belle's both had great sesame bagels Based on this, I'm actually a little surprised that Sam's doesn't have a higher score overall on Yelp, but if you're looking for an onion bagel or a salt bagel, know that Sam's is your spot! There was just no contest. The others didn't even come close. Sam's was the hands-down winner for an onion bagel, and it's ruined me for others.

No matter what I know that I can be able to grab a bagel and locks here and it will hit every time, but the food is always fresh, which is important for fish and overflowing, which is important to my budget. Their seating in the back which is cool but I usually just take it to go since the seating is also the Bristol Farms parking lot. Services is super friendly and fast.

Bagels hot out of the oven! Soft and chewy inside, crispy crust outside. Good stuff!

Delicious bagel sandwiches, toasted sesame with egg, cheddar and sliced tomatoes...yum! And a great value. And, the best part, my extra sesame bagels were literally hot out of the oven, chewy, slightly crispy on the crust. Gentleman who helped me was very kind. We'll be back for sure!

    Sad egg and meat bagel.

Ordered bacon and egg on bagel. For some reason, the egg was only on one side of the bagel. It actually looks like they cut the egg down the middle and only gave me half. I'm done.

Able to order quickly, waiting for food wasn't too bad around 15 mins. The person taking orders was super helpful recommending things from the menu (since all sounded so great). There was a good amount of outdoor seating with umbrella to block from the sun but many people were there waiting. Which is why I said "yes" to checking this place out even though it was a drive for us. We're coming from the southbay of LA. The parking situation is pretty tight, but if you get there at the right time you'll find a spot in their underground parking area. It's an easy walk up to the bagel shop from there. They have ample seating outdoors. The indoor seating is first come first take and it looks like it's usually crowded. I had this place on my to-do list for over a month and a half and I finally happened to be in the area, so I stopped by to give it a try. I ordered the Signature Calic and the Pepperoni Pizza Calic. The place was pretty busy and it took about 20 minutes to get my order, but I have a feeling they're making these fresh because when they brought them out they were steaming hot like they had just come out of the oven. The first thing I noticed was that these aren't your typical bagels. Instead of being sliced in half, they're stuffed and baked, almost like a cross between a bagel and a stuffed bread. The outside had a nice light crispness to it while the inside was soft and fluffy. Honestly, the texture reminded me more of fresh Italian bread than a traditional chewy bagel. The Signature Calic was loaded with whipped garlic cream cheese and had a great layer of garlic, cheese, and seasoning on top. The Pepperoni Pizza Calic was packed with marinara-flavored cream cheese, melted mozzarella, and pepperoni. When I pulled it apart, there was cheese stretching everywhere, and it definitely looked as good as it tasted. Both bagels were extremely fresh and full of flavor. They were also surprisingly filling. I finished the garlic one and all but one bite of the pizza bagel, which I ended up finishing later. I'm honestly a little torn on this place. I enjoyed both bagels, the freshness was outstanding, and the flavors were really good. At the same time, I think I'm more of a traditional bagel guy. I like a bagel that's a little chewier and I usually prefer a thicker cream cheese instead of the whipped style they use here. That said, I'm glad I finally gave it a try because it was definitely different from anything else I've had. If you've never been here before, I think it's worth stopping in at least once. You may end up loving this style of bagel. For me, I still lean toward a more traditional bagel with lox or maybe a simple bagel with jalapeños, cheese, and cream cheese, but I'm happy I finally checked this place off my list.

The sourcream and apple sauce together was delicious. Absolutely loved the apple sauce, which had a beautiful texture and sweetness that was addictive. The star was the applesauce! SALT BAGEL, EVERYTHING BAGEL, CACIO E PEPE, EVERYTHING PUMPERNICKEL BAGEL All of the untoasted bagels except the Cacio e Pepe, had a firm outer texture, a bit hard to tear apart with hands. Inside the bagels were dense, yet had a light chewy texture and not dry either. Toasted, they were even better. The outer crust was beautifully crispy and the inside bagel was soft and chewy. The beet cream cheese was delicious with all the bagels! Cacio e Pepe was soft all around, unlike the other bagels. Cacio e Pepe had a light cheese and black pepper crust. It wasn't full of cacio e pepe flavor right off the bat, but still enough to know what you're eating. If you ate only the top bagel, I think you'll get the best of this bagel. Still good all around, even toasted. I think it will be great as a bagel sandwich. Everything Pumpernickle had a good pumpernickle flavor in addition to the everything seasonings. There were booths, counter seats and outdoor seats too. It was packed inside on a Wednesday lunch. Got there before noon. CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall good, friendly service. Staff was smiling and that's always a good thing! Went on a Wednesday before noon, but it was nearly packed. PARKING Horrible. Just horrible. Street parking only. There's a few spots directly in front of Belle's, but it's metered parking too and also it was full. It's parking that always makes or breaks your experience when driving to LA. After driving around to find a decent parking spot, I finally found one close to Belle's, but after parking, I realized it was a loading zone. So hurried to get my food to go and just ate in the car. Overall, I enjoyed the bagels here and would love to return for their bagels and lunch offerings.

Unfortunately, what…read morereally holds it back is the price point and the overwhelming hype--both from long lines and TikTok buzz--that doesn't quite match the experience. The scale tips more toward the downside when it comes to the bagels themselves. The toppings aren't particularly unique, or consistent, and the bagel had a noticeably firm texture that didn't stand out in a good way. What initially drew me in--and ultimately prompted this review, my first review--was the coffee. After trying 50+ coffee shops over the past 2 years alone, I can honestly say this was one of the more disappointing lattes I've had. I ordered a whole milk latte, and the best way to describe it is simply: watery. It wasn't milk-forward, not sweet, and surprisingly not even very coffee-forward. Instead, it had a slightly herbal, almost oily, burnt-bean flavor that felt diluted with water. I also ordered the carrot cake latte, which had the same base issue. The carrot cake foam helped mask it a bit, but it tasted more like a strong sugar cookie flavor than anything close to carrot cake. In the end, giving grace, perhaps it was just a "bad barista day". Overall, it's not terrible--but definitely not worth the hype or the price. *If visiting on the weekend arrive before 9:30 to beat the line if you dare.*
