Crap business. Took my vehicle for my car that got keyed. Got it back and the bumper was scratched and the paint chipped. My windshield has clear coat from not being covered up correctly. I just wanted to update my review since it's been close to 3 years. Most recently Wen (Owner) painted and installed my front bumper on my RX350. From start to finish it took less than a week. All of the parts ordered were straight from the dealership (OEM). As you can see in the picture, Wen has mastered the art of color matching. Keep in mind that over the years, paint does fade, so acquiring a stock color will not always work well in every situation. That said, he has invested in his own color matching paint system which gives him the edge over other body shops. Other body shops are forced to blend connecting panels just to make the repaired part look decent. If the other panels don't need to be altered, why sand and buff them when you know it is NOT needed??? After inspecting my bumper, I could not find a single flaw. Since Wen is a perfectionist, it is always his goal to make sure you feel like you are getting a factory paint job. Whenever he's worked on my vehicles, you can never tell which panel he's repaired or painted. That alone tells you how good his work is. Over the years I've developed an eye for aftermarket paint jobs. I can easily tell if a door, bumper, or panel has been painted. With Wen's work, it almost impossible to figure out what he worked on or painted. (Yes, he is that GOOD!) Needless to say, I highly recommend San Jose Auto Collision Center to anyone that takes pride in their vehicle. read more

I just bought a 2004 Toyota Solara 3 days ago and somebody just hit my car at the parking lot yesterday. So I found Vu from yelp. Vu and his nephew are very kind and nice. He told me the dent need to be repainted if I want to fix it perfectly and it's gonna cost around 500 dollars. I asked him for fixing dent without repainted because it seems will be far cheaper. Vu is an extremely hard-working, kind, and talented car repair GURU! He is also great at paint-matching. He painted my hood and front side panels and you can't see any difference at all. I recently went back to him when I was in a fender-bender and he didn't just fix my Honda door, he replaced it with a new one (from Honda). - So he never takes short cuts, no bonding, just old-school high-quality craftsmanship. But the thing that impressed me the most was how he fixed my rear bumper. It had such a deep scrape I thought it could never be fixed with paint alone - but it was no problem for Vu! My car was a total mess when I first brought in my car. I had no hopes for it to look as good as it did before the accident. I don't know anything about cars and I really just wanted to be able to drive it again and go on with my life. But Mr. Vu did an excellent job. My wife and I decided it was time to repaint our 15 year old Mustang convertible. We purchased the car 2 years prior with very low miles. My 2013 Honda Accord had a close encounter with a dumpster, necessitating a repair to the rear bumper and taillights. I took my car over to Vu who was confident he could repair the bumper, rather than replace it. The bumper is plastic, so he said he would plastic weld the damage which would save me from having to shell out $1,000.00 for a new bumper. Three days later and I can't even tell it was damaged. He replaced my driver side door, quarter panel, hood and matched the paint perfectly.
