I stopped in here when my washer broke about a week ago. Their selection wasn't so big but the girl that was there on Saturday was helpful. They are closed on Sunday's but the owner (I forgot his name) delivered my new washer that Monday morning and hauled away my old one. There was no extra charge for it. This is a cash only establishment so 4 stars for that. The washer I bought seemed newer and doesn't seem to have any problems. It came with a 3 months warranty. But the girl did say the owner was very reasonable person, if something was to happen after the 3 months he would more than likely still repair it free of charge. 9/1/18 update: my washer gave out on me. When I called to try and get it repaired no one answered or returned my calls. I went ahead and bought a new one instead. Super disappointed that there was lack of follow through, i like supporting small business. I've updated my review to 3 stars. read more

I purchased a used washer prior to COVID-19 hitting. I was given a receipt and told to hold onto it for the 3-month warranty. I was able to pay by check. I see some other people saying it is cash only, so apparently that policy has changed. The washer was delivered on time for free. Simple and easy. The washer started to have some problems with the spin cycle within three months, but due to all the drama with COVID-19 and shelter-in-place, I just didn't get around to calling about it until 6 months had passed. I always procrastinate on things like this because they always become a giant hassle. I am happy to say that this was NOT AT ALL the case with Sanchez Appliance. When I called, I said that it was beyond the warranty, but asked if they would look at it anyways. The answer was yes, and to send a picture of the receipt. I did and was contacted the next day to make an appointment for someone to come look at it. The repair person arrived ON TIME and quickly assessed the situation, told me what was wrong and said he would have to talk to the owner and get back to me. Very polite and professional. The problem was that a spring or bracket that held the tub in place was broken. I got a call later that day saying that they'd like to pick up the washer and fix it at their shop and they'd charge $40 for parts. I felt that was very fair since it was beyond their warranty. The next day they arrived ON TIME (within a 1 hour window they'd given me) and quickly hauled off the washer. That afternoon I got a call saying it was done and asking when they could return it. They returned it also exactly within the 1 hour window they'd given me. Installed, tested and left with a check for $40. I've now run two loads through it and it is definitely fixed. Before it would always get out of balance in the spin cycle and bang loudly, regardless of the load. I've washed a mattress pad (larger item that sometimes will get out of balance) and sheets and it has been completely quiet and normal on spin. I was completely dreading having to deal with this situation, but the whole interaction was so easy and seamless. And I'm grateful that they were so nice to work with despite the warranty being expired. And they were on-time which I so very much appreciate. read more

Very unprofessional and dishonest. Purchased one and did not work so I called to get mine back that had apparently been fixed. They were not happy at all that I wanted my washing machine back. I took it back and was still broken after they said they fixed it. Spent money at this place and no solution to my washing machine or no new washing machine that works. Go here if you are willing to take a gamble with $250. My dryer broke and I don't really care about new. I just wanted a dryer that worked. Someone recommended Sanchez as opposed to trolling Craigslist. I went to see what they had in there warehouse and was surprised by the inventory of the used appliances. There were many dryers available ranging from 150 - 300. I then proceeded to look at Home Depot and Sears Outlet and debated on new vs. used because I really wanted something that would be reliable. A family of 5 makes an incredible amount of laundry. After much contemplation, I decide to save a some money and get a used one from Sanchez. it worked out for my friend, I thought. What could go wrong, I thought. I went back, selected a dryer, paid cash (cash was the only option, and no sales tax...also means no record of purchase). They were prompt with delivery at the end of the day and even switched out the cord to match my electrical plug. Great! Two days later, it broke. I called and explained and they came back the next day. Saying if they couldn't fix it they would bring another. Like I said, they had a huge inventory. They guy came back, dryer could not be fixed. Said it was our fault because we turned the dial the wrong way. What!!! Swapped out the dryer for another one and told me that if it happened again they would charge us for repairs. Another week goes by, the second dryer broke. I called 10 times for over a week to reach someone to communicate this and to get them to take a look. Not one of my phone calls was returned. Not one!!! After a week of not being able to do laundry and frustration. I went down to Home Depot, bought a new dryer on sale. Had them take the piece of crap that was given to me by Sanchez. I basically threw away $ 250.00. I knew I was taking a risk buying used but cannot believe that this company cares not to make good on their sales. I feel like this company took advantage and ripped me off. Use this review how you wish. My friend was happy with what he got but I got two lemons and an F U for my purchase. read more

It's easy to give a good rating when everything goes smoothly. The real test of a business customer service is when things go wrong. I recently bought a refrigerator from Sanchez. He delivered it on time, installed it and picked up the old appliance. It stopped working the next day. I called and he agreed to either come out to the house and repair it or exchange it for another refrigerator. I chose the exchange. He again arrived on time, set up the new one and removed the old one. No hassles, just good service. read more

Mr. Sanchez has helped us three times. We bought a washer and dryer from him in 2011. Then he changed the electrical cord when we moved, and most recently he replaced a worn out part on our washer. He is knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Services refrigerators, and stoves too. read more

Recently purchased a used washer from Sanchez appliance. Price was pretty reasonable and included delivery and setup, and unit was in decent shape. After delivery and setup, washer appeared to work perfectly, but can't comment on longevity since I've only had it a few days. My main reason for writing a review was to express how the delivery person went out of his way to also hook up my gas dryer that I already had on site. I was lacking a gas line and a dryer vent tube, which were both supplied and connected at no extra charge. Communication a la language barrier was a little difficult, but I was more than thankful for the extra effort and service! read more

On the Martin Luther KIng holiday wkend my dryer stopped heating. On the Monday holiday I called several repair businesses, (the larger more common ones). A few where open on that holiday, however my wait time for an appt. would be at least a wk. I then called Sanchez Appliance, he was able to come that day at 6pm. He had me text him the model number and a photo of my dryer (kenmore elite He3) he explained that way, he could possibly bring with him the parts he might need to repair it. He came on time, within a few minutes he removed the broken heating coil and replaced it with one he had brought. Job completed in less than 20 minutes! Charged me a very reasonable amount. We bought a used fridge, which, upon delivery, had a broken foot. Their proposed "fix" was to shove a block of wood under that (front) corner. They did eventually replace the fridge with another of the same model, but that one didn't work. After several rescheduled and ultimately failed attempts to fix, it we just gave up. read more

Bob B 10/28/2020....We elected to have Ramon and Davion look at our four year old GE Profile Microwave Oven. They had to remove and take the oven to their shop in order to get into a thermo fuse that had broke in half. The original estimate had to be increased. They indicated that we could get our microwave oven back the following day with a phone call to ensure we would be here with a 20 minute time spread. They called to say the microwave oven was in perfect working condition and they arrive right on schedule. Both gentlemen were super responsive and respectful during this project. They also told us how the broken fuse was a lower quality rating than the replacement...a good reason why it did not last. Thank you very much GE Appliance. We are completely happy with the work Sanchez Appliance performed on our Microwave Oven and strongly endorse this company for any and all appliance repair needs. read more
