At that price I expected at least one topping to be sprinkled with gold dust or blessed by a dairy priest. I paid with tap to pay after the cashier specifically asked if I wanted to tap. Cool. Fine. No receipt given. We step aside waiting for our order when I notice the giant sign saying if you don't receive a receipt at the time of order, your order is free. Well well well. The plot thickens. So I politely go back and explain I never got a receipt. Cashier suddenly develops selective amnesia and says she'll just print one now. That's not how this works, babe. Then enters Margie, shift manager and defender of the treasury. Margie immediately starts throwing excuses around like confetti at a parade. First she claims the cashier asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. False. Then she says they can't refund me because I paid with a card. I told her cash works just fine for me, I'm flexible. At this point Margie actually pulls the cash from the register, but instead of handing it over she disappears into the back to hold what I can only assume was an emergency Supreme Court hearing with the cashier. She returns and suddenly the story changes again. Now apparently the cashier asked "the man" if he wanted a receipt and he said no. Girrrrrllll. My nephew is a child. Also she never spoke to him. The lies were getting so creative I was waiting for them to blame the waffle cone itself. Eventually Margie gives the refund, but instead of handing me the money like a normal human being, she tosses it onto the counter like she was paying off a poker debt in a smoky back room casino. I said, "Next time, Margie, put my money in my hand." This woman looks me dead in my face and says, "Next time, MISSY, put your hand out if you want it in your hand." Honestly, the ice cream was good, but the customer service had all the warmth of a tax audit. 10/10 entertainment though. I came for dessert and accidentally got dinner theater.

The staff were very friendly and upbeat which was super cool. The shop is decorated in a fun matter. It was very bright and inviting. The service was impeccable. We Scream offers a multitude of flavors that you can choose from. They even offer pup cups which is great!. We ordered Butter Pecan and Chocolate cookie dough with brownie. We ordered a small cup of both. We also ordered a pup cup which was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream. My dog absolutely loved it. The ice cream was delightful and delicious. You can't go wrong. Their prices are really low as well compared to Ben n Jerry's we literally paid $10 for all the items we ordered. We had a great experience. The only adjustment was that they weren't able to provide pizza or ice cream at the time, so we brought our own food, which honestly wasn't an issue at all. That kind of commitment and genuine care for their customers is rare these days. Danny was our host, and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so patient, kind, and engaging, even as the kids ran around nonstop asking her questions. She handled everything with such a positive attitude. The shop itself is incredible! Bright, colorful, and filled with fun superhero details everywhere you look. It's truly a dream spot for kids. The party room is a great size, and they offer fun packages that include superhero caps and eye masks, which the kids absolutely loved. On top of that, they have a variety of arcade games that are free to play, which was a huge hit for both kids and adults. What really stood out to me was their integrity. They kept their word, even when it would have been easy to cancel and leave us scrambling to find another venue. That alone speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. To say my son had an amazing time would be an understatement. He kept saying "this is the best day ever!" with his hands in the air. That's a memory I'll never forget.
